Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour la transmission sans contact d'énergie électrique entre un mur et un battant qui est fixé à ce mur de façon articulée à charnière autour d'un axe de charnière (S), comprenant une bobine primaire (1, 10) pouvant être fixée au mur, une bobine secondaire (2, 9) pouvant être fixée au battant, et une broche de charnière (3, 103) qui sert de corps conducteur de flux magnétique entre la bobine primaire (1, 10) et la bobine secondaire (2, 9), dans lequel la broche de charnière (3, 103) comprend au moins un élément de flux (4, 4' ; 104, 104') constitué par un élément préfabriqué présentant des côtés frontaux (18, 19 ; 18', 19' ; 118, 119 ; 118', 119'), ainsi qu'au moins deux segments d'articulation (8, 8' ; 108, 108') ayant chacun un côté frontal conjugué (17, 17' ; 20, 20' ; 117, 117' ; 120, 120'), et dans lequel au moins un côté frontal (18, 19 ; 18', 19' ; 118, 119 ; 118', 119') de l'élément de flux (4, 4' ; 104, 104') est serré avec précontrainte contre un côté frontal conjugué (17, 17' ; 20, 20' ; 117, 117' ; 120, 120') d'un segment d'articulation (8, 8' ; 108, 108')

- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de traction (6) est assemblé par vissage à au moins un segment d'articulation (8, 8').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le segment central (7) présente des propriétés amortisseuses.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de traction (6) est assemblé par vissage à des segments d'articulation (8, 8') qui forment les segments extrêmes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que, sur au moins un élément de flux (104, 104'), est formé, côté frontal, au moins un prolongement fileté (104a, 104a') ou un perçage fileté, et par le fait qu'au côté frontal conjugué (117, 117') du segment d'articulation correspondant (108, 108'), est formé un perçage fileté complémentaire (105') ou un prolongement fileté, de telle sorte que l'au moins un élément de flux (103) est apte à être assemblé par vissage au segment d'articulation (108, 108').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la broche de charnière (103) présente deux éléments de flux (104, 104') maintenus espacés l'un de l'autre par un segment central (107) qui présente des côtés frontaux conjugués (120, 120', dirigés en sens inverse l'un de l'autre, le segment central (107) comprenant, à ses côtés frontaux conjugués (120, 120'), des perçages filetés (105) ou des prolongement filetés qui sont complémentaires des prolongements filetés (104a, 104a') ou des perçages filetés des éléments de flux (104, 104'), de telle sorte que les éléments de flux (104, 104') sont aptes à être assemblés au segment central (107) par vissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le segment central (107) présente des propriétés amortisseuses.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que les segments d'articulation (8, 8' ; 108, 108') présentent des méplats d'écrou (8a, 8a' ; 108a, 108a') destinés à recevoir un outil de rotation.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que les segments d'articulation (8, 8' ; 108, 108') présentent chacun une surface de centrage (17, 17' ; 117, 117') et les éléments de flux présentent chacun une surface de centrage conjuguée (18, 19 ; 18', 19') ; 118, 119 ; 118', 119').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le segment central (7, 107) comprend des surfaces de centrage conjuguées (20, 20' ; 120, 120') correspondant chacune à une surface de centrage (19, 19' ; 119, 119') d'un élément de flux (4, 4' ; 104, 104').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les segments d'articulation (8, 8' ; 108, 108') sont fabriqués en une matière de faible perméabilité.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que la segment central (7, 107) est fabriqué en une matière de faible perméabilité.
