Definitions
- the present invention relates to a technique, a device and a method for installing modular panel formwork for pouring concrete in one-piece fashion for swimming pools or retaining walls.
- the modular panel reusable shuttering device of claim 1 enables one-piece casting of concrete from beaches or terraces (high horizontal portions), walls (vertical portions) and the bottom or raft (low horizontal portions) of a Inground reinforced concrete pool, the reusable formwork device is set up from inside the pool.
- the document US Patent 4464802 discloses a reusable formwork device that includes features of the preamble of claim 1.
- This invention combines and combines the formwork for one-piece casting of beaches, walls and pool bottom without patching phase, backfilling and with the reuse of this formwork.
- This invention also provides flexibility and modularity because the bottom thickness, the width of the walls, the height of the walls and the thickness of the beaches are variable and adjustable by the positioning of the formwork.
- the principle of this new technique is to set up a reusable formwork by the use of modular panels to allow casting of reinforced concrete vibrated MONOBLOC to make pools or retaining walls.
- This MONOBLOC pouring makes it possible to cast in one piece the beaches, the swimming pool walls and the pool bottom to ensure a uniform work of the concrete without breaking concrete.
- the principle of this formwork is to perform a formwork from the inside of the pool, that is to say that the elements are assembled and disassembled from the inside of the pool and that the surface in contact with the concrete is the smooth surface of the formwork.
- the principle of using assembly panels makes it possible to ensure a high degree of modularity and to build custom-made pools as the heights, widths and lengths are variable and variable.
- the choice of the material of the various formwork elements was made on the iron because, compared to the aluminum or the wood, it is not scratched, does not rot, is robust, less fragile and with a long life. However, other types of materials are usable.
- the solid block (1) is a solid parallelepiped which can be of different size depending on the thickness of the desired raft. Its role is to ensure the levels and receive the elements (2) formwork positioning frame (3) (4).
- the figure 1 allows to visualize the solid block (1).
- the reference frame element (2) is positioned on the block (1) which represents the lower part of the formwork (3) (4).
- the closed frame consists of several rectangular frame elements (2) and defines the exact location of the formwork (3) (4).
- the frame member (2) can be extended indefinitely via the sleeve (9).
- the positioning of the frame member (2) is performed on three solid blocks (1) by a return bar perpendicular to the frame member (2). This bar also has at its end a stop (10) which will be used to accommodate the strut (6).
- the figure 2 displays the frame element (2) and the stop (10).
- the vertical formwork panel (4) is formed on its outer face with a smooth plate which will be in direct contact with the concrete to form the formwork (4).
- a rectangular frame is present on the entire periphery. This frame consists of two vertical left and right rectangular bars and two horizontal bars high and low horizontal. The left and right vertical bars are drilled 1/4 of the top and 1/4 of the bottom to receive the handle (8) figure 8 which will be held by an axis (13) and a pin (14).
- the low horizontal bar has two hook tabs (12) located at each third of the formwork panel bar (3) (4) to allow attachment to the frame member (2). Thus, these hooks (12) are necessary to position and seat very precisely the shuttering panel (3) (4) on the frame member (2).
- the figure 4 allows to visualize the hooking tabs (12).
- a reinforcing bar of the shuttering panels (5) is positioned in the middle of the shuttering panel (4) between the high horizontal bar and the horizontal low bar to solidify the vertical shuttering panel (4).
- guides (11) are positioned to receive the reinforcing bar of the shuttering panels (5). The figure 4 allows to visualize the guide (11).
- the vertical formwork panel (4) can be of variable dimensions; for example in length of 1000 mm, 500 mm or 250 mm.
- the figures 4 and 5 visualize the vertical formwork panel (4).
- the corner formwork panel (3) has a design identical to the vertical formwork panel (4) with a smooth surface on the outside and a frame around its entire inner periphery.
- the right and left vertical rectangular bars are pierced at quarter to receive an axis (13) and a pin (14) for positioning the clamping handle (8).
- the figure 3 allows viewing the corner formwork panel (3), the figure 8 allows to visualize the tightening handle (8).
- a strut (6) makes it possible to wedge the shuttering panels (3) (4) and to ensure perfect squaring of the shuttering (3) (4).
- This strut (6) is in two parts: a female upper part which is fixed by an axis (13) on the high horizontal bar of the shuttering panel (4) and a lower male part which is fixed by an axis (13). ) on the stop (10) of the frame member (2). These two parts are assembled since the lower male part is smaller in size to enter the upper female part. These two elements are blocked by an axis (13) and a pin (14) which blocks the axis (13) passing through them.
- the lower male part By removing the pin (13) and the pin (14), the lower male part enters the female upper part to allow the formwork panel (3) (4) to take off from the concrete during disassembly of the formwork (3) ( 4).
- the strut (6) is positioned between the horizontal high bar of the shuttering panel (3) (4) and the stop (10) provided for this purpose on the return bar of the frame member (2). The figure 6 allows to visualize the strut (6).
- Reinforcing bars of the shuttering panels (5) are necessary to ensure greater rigidity of the shuttering panels (4).
- These reinforcement bars formwork panels (5) are housed horizontally in the guides (11) provided for this purpose fixed on the central vertical bar of the shuttering panel (4). These bars are arranged to be straddling between two shuttering panels (4).
- the figure 5 allows to visualize the reinforcement bars of the vertical panels (5).
- Holding U (7) between two corner shuttering panels (3) or vertical shuttering panels (4) are used to ensure continuity of the shuttering panels (3) (4) on the upper part.
- the U (7) overlap the high ends of the shuttering panels (3) (4).
- the figure 7 allows to visualize the U (7).
- frame continuity sleeves (9) are used to extend the frame members (2).
- the frame continuity sleeves (9) are small rectangular male-male pieces which fit into the frame members (2).
- the figure 9 allows to visualize the continuity sleeve of frame (9).
- cone-shaped grips (8) are used. Their purpose is to bring together two shuttering panels (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) by a rotary movement and thus a sliding of the shuttering panel (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) on the lower frame member (2) to provide a continuous form surface (3) (4) and / or (4) (4).
- These clamping handles (8) are drilled on the upper part and the lower part to receive an axis (13) and a pin (14) which will be positioned and secured to the right and left vertical bars of the formwork panels (3) ( 4) and / or (4) (4).
- the figure 8 allows to visualize the tightening handle (8).
- pins (13) To ensure the assembly of all these elements of the pins (13) are used and pins (14) are required to lock the pins (13).
- the next part deals with the assembly and disassembly of the formwork for the construction of a pool to highlight the technique and the process.
- the implementation of this technique is first of all to carry out a terracing that corresponds to the size of the pool with a surcharge of 200 mm over the entire periphery.
- the formwork is then carried out from inside the pool.
- Level blocks, consisting of solid blocks (1) are positioned on a concrete excavation on the bottom of the earthwork to allow to have the desired height of concrete for the pool bottom.
- the next step is to precisely position the frame member (2) by fixing on the solid blocks (1).
- the frame element (2) is fixed thanks to a "SPIT" ® mechanical fastening on solid blocks (1) for allow to receive the formwork panels (3) (4) and / or (4) (4), whether corner form panels (3) or vertical formwork panels (4).
- the frame element (2) makes it possible to constitute an assembly of the formwork panels (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) and to ensure the alignment of the formwork (3) (4) and the positioning from the formwork (3) (4) to the size of the desired basin.
- the closed frame consists of a plurality of frame members (2) which are continuously adjusted and assembled by continuity sleeves of the frame (9). This male-male piece is inserted at the ends of each frame member (2).
- the vertical formwork panels (4) and the corner formwork panels (3) are positioned one by one on the frame member (2) by means of bracketing tabs (12) present on the lower part shuttering panels (3) (4).
- the frame member (2) acts as a positioning rail where the form panels (3) (4) are positioned and adjusted.
- the shuttering panels (3) (4) have a smooth outer surface that makes it possible not to proceed with a smoothing phase after casting.
- a strut (6) is positioned via pins (13) and pins (14) between the top of the formwork panel (3) (4) and the abutment for strut (10) present on the element of the frame (2), and more precisely on the part perpendicular to the element of the frame (2) which is positioned on the solid block. (1).
- reinforcing bars of shuttering panels (5) are positioned on the shuttering panels (4) thanks to the guides (11) provided for this purpose on the upper part and on the lower part.
- the figures 7 and 8 visualize reinforcement bars of formwork panels (5) and guides (11).
- the positioning of the shuttering panels (3) (4) is one by one on the frame member (2).
- continuity sleeves of the frame (9) are used on the lower part to extend the frame members (2) to form the closed frame member (2).
- U (7) are used on the upper part at each end of the shuttering panels (3) (4) to provide a connection between the shuttering panels (3) (4).
- a clamping handle (8) is used between two shuttering panels (3) (4) and / or (4) (4).
- the effect rotation of the handle makes it possible to bring the shuttering panels (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) closer together by simply sliding on the frame and tightening the shuttering panels (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) between them to form a form surface (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) continuous, flat and smooth.
- the casting phase of the vibrated reinforced concrete in the walls is carried out between the earth and the smooth surface of the shuttering panel (3) (4) and / or (4) (4) up to the desired wall height and allows have the concrete pour out on the pool bottom and thus be able to pour the beaches, walls and pool floor in one piece.
- the reinforced concrete is then vibrated to ensure homogeneity in all parts of the wall.
- the vibrated concrete avoids the realization of a total patching of the walls and makes it possible to have a perfect arase.
- the operation is to first remove the U (7), then to loosen, remove the pins (13) and the pins (14), to remove the grips (8) and remove the reinforcing bars of panels (5).
- the next step consists of removing the frame element (2) from the solid block (1) and removing the shuttering panel (3) (4) and / or (4) (4). Then the continuity sleeves of the frame (9) are removed and the frame member (2) is removed. The formwork (3) (4) is then completely removed and only the solid block (1) remains in the cast structure during the bottom cover of the basin.
- the last step in finalizing the pool is to seal; for example, by placing a liner directly on the walls or placing a tile or other.
- the terracing of the pool is carried out to the size of the pool with just a gap of 200 mm on all dimensions to ensure the pouring of concrete in this empty gap formed between the earth and the smooth surface of the formwork panel (3) (4).
- This has the clear advantage of not overmajor the earthwork as for the assembly and adjustment of a lost formwork and does not require backfilling once pouring done.
- one-piece casting allows to achieve in one piece the beaches, walls and the pool bottom while lost formwork this requires two steps namely a first pouring for the walls and the bottom, and after backfilling, a second pouring for the beaches.
- the heights of walls are variable at will with this technique while the height is imposed with a lost formwork.
- This part makes it possible to specify that this new reusable formwork is constituted by iron and that it makes it possible to carry out easily, quickly and without difficulty formwork for buried pools, retaining walls to ensure a one-piece casting in vibrated reinforced concrete, terraces, walls and background.
- This new reusable formwork technique for one-piece vibrated concrete casting is intended for use in the swimming pool environment to cast the beaches, the walls and the underground pool bottom in one piece.
