Claims (7)

  1. Mélangeur statique disposé dans une tube de mélange, dont l'entrée est destinée à recevoir deux brins sensiblement coaxiaux de composants du matériau à partir de la sortie d'une cartouche à deux composants, comportant une pluralité d'éléments de mélange (2) disposés en succession axiale et reliés les uns avec les autres de manière fixe, et présentant la forme des portions à double spirale disposées en succession et décalées par un angle de rotation, dans lequel une plaque déflectrice (1) est disposée à l'extrémité d'entrée du mélangeur statique avant le premier élément de mélange (2), la plaque comportant une épine ou une broche (11) centrée saillant dans la direction en amont qui se raccorde, au moyen d'une zone de transition divergeant et défléchissant le flux de matériau interne vers l'extérieur, à la plaque déflectrice (13) propre s'étendant perpendiculairement par rapport à l'axe, la plaque déflectrice étant formée avec un nombre des bras d'étoile, qui forment des passages (14) entre eux.
  2. Mélangeur statique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la zone de transition (12) de l'épine ou de la broche est incurvée de manière concave en forme d'arc, et l'épine ou la broche est en outre configurée sous forme conique ou de pyramide.
  3. Mélangeur statique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel la plaque déflectrice (13) comporte quatre bras d'étoile disposés en croix, et définit quatre ouvertures de passage entre les bras d'étoile.
  4. Mélangeur statique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les bras d'étoile partent d'une région circulaire centrale de la plaque déflectrice (13).
  5. Mélangeur statique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les bras d'étoile se réduisent dans leur largeur radialement à partir de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, de façon continue, sous forme d'arc ou de façon échelonnée.
  6. Mélangeur statique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel au moins une autre plaque déflectrice (13) avec les caractéristiques selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6 est disposée respectivement entre des groupes de plusieurs éléments de mélange (2) successifs.
  7. Mélangeur statique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la ou chaque plaque déflectrice est orientée de telle sorte que le bord d'entrée de l'élément de mélange suivant la plaque déflectrice se trouve, en chaque cas, axialement derrière un bras d'étoile de la plaque déflectrice (1).
