Claims (11)

  1. casque de sécurité (1), en particulier pour des courses de moto et/ou automobiles, avec une fixation de la garniture de confort, comportant une coiffe extérieure (2) et un rembourrage intérieur (3) associé en interne avec ladite coiffe extérieure (2) et à porter sur la tête d'un utilisateur, ayant en outre une garniture de confort (4) caractérisée en ce qu'elle est associée audit rembourrage intérieur (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un cadre de support (5) fixé sur ledit rembourrage intérieur (3) et d'un cadre de support secondaire (6) fixé sur ladite garniture de confort (4) et associé de manière amovible audit cadre de support (5), lequel comporte en outre des éléments de fixation (7) qui font partie intégrante dudit cadre de support (5) et sont prévus avec des parties qui sont en contre-dépouille et incorporées dans ledit rembourrage intérieur (3), ledit rembourrage intérieur (3) étant réalisé au moyen d'un procédé de co-moulage conjointement avec ledit cadre de support (5).
  2. Casque de sécurité (1), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de fixation (7) comportent des arcs (8) qui sont solidaires dudit cadre de support (5).
  3. Casque de sécurité (1), selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit cadre de support (5) est associé audit rembourrage intérieur (3) à proximité d'un bord supérieur (9) d'une ouverture frontale (10) définie sur ladite coiffe extérieure (2) et conçue pour être disposée à l'avant du visage dudit utilisateur.
  4. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit cadre de support (5) et ledit cadre de support secondaire (6) sont chacun sensiblement en forme de C avec la même courbure dudit bord supérieur (9).
  5. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend cinq arcs (8) qui sont sensiblement espacés de manière égale les uns des autres.
  6. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des éléments de fixation et de libération rapides (11) qui sont interposés entre ledit cadre de support (5) et ledit cadre de support secondaire (6).
  7. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite garniture de confort (4) est cousue sur ledit cadre de support secondaire (6) à partir du côté tourné vers ledit rembourrage intérieur (3).
  8. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit rembourrage intérieur (3) est constitué au moins en partie de polystyrène expansé dans la région associée audit cadre de support (5).
  9. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est du type intégral.
  10. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est du type modulaire ou relevable.
  11. Casque de sécurité (1), selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est du type à visage découvert.
