Claims (11)
- Ein Schutzhelm (1), insbesondere für Motorrad- und/oder Autorennen, mit Befestigung der Komfortauskleidung, der eine äußere Kappe (2) und eine innere Polsterung (3) umfasst, die innen mit der äußeren Kappe (2) verbunden und über den Kopf eines Benutzers tragbar ist, wobei weiter eine Komfortauskleidung (4) vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit der inneren Polsterung (3) durch einen an der inneren Polsterung (3) befestigten Stützrahmen (5) und einen sekundären Stützrahmen (6) verbunden ist, der an der Komfortauskleidung (4) befestigt und lösbar mit dem Stützrahmen (5) verbunden ist, der weiter Befestigungselemente (7) umfasst, die einteilig mit dem Stützrahmen (5) und mit Abschnitten versehen sind, welche unterschnitten und in die innere Polsterung (3) eingebettet sind, wobei die innere Polsterung (3) mit einem Verfahren des gemeinsamen Formens mit dem Stützrahmen (5) hergestellt wird.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (7) Bögen (8) umfassen, die einteilig mit dem Stützrahmen (5) sind.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützrahmen (5) mit der inneren Polsterung (3) in der Nähe einer Oberkante (9) einer vorderen Öffnung (10) verbunden ist, bestimmt auf der äußeren Kappe (2) und dazu dienend, vor dem Gesicht des Benutzers angeordnet zu werden.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützrahmen (5) und der sekundäre Stützrahmen (6) jeweils im Wesentlichen C-förmig sind, mit derselben Krümmung der Oberkante (9).
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er fünf Bögen (8) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen den gleichen Abstand voneinander haben.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Elemente (11) zur Schnellbefestigung und -lösung umfasst, die zwischen dem Stützrahmen (5) und dem sekundären Stützrahmen (6) angeordnet sind.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komfortauskleidung (4) mit dem sekundären Stützrahmen (6) von der Seite vernäht ist, die der inneren Polsterung (3) zugewandt ist.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Polsterung (3) in dem Bereich, der mit dem Stützrahmen (5) verbunden ist, zumindest teilweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol besteht.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vom Integraltyp ist.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vom modularen oder aufklappbaren Typ ist.
- Der Schutzhelm (1) gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er vom offenen Typ ist.
