Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungsbehältnis aus Kunststoff zur Aufbewahrung von vorzugsweise heiß abfüllbaren Lebensmitteln, insbesondere einen Lebensmittelbehälter aus Kunststoff, umfassend einen Deckel und einen eine untere Aufstandsfläche ausbildenden Behälter mit einem durch eine Seitenwand begrenzten Aufnahmeraum, mit einer entlang eines oberen Bereiches der Seitenwand laufenden Schürze und mit einem vorzugsweise eine Originalitätslasche aufweisenden Originalitätsverschluss, die nach Befüllung des Verpackungsbehältnisses zum erstmaligen Öffnen durch einen Verbraucher zu lösen ist, wobei der als Klemm- oder Stülpdeckel ausgebildete Deckel am oberen Behälterrand festlegbar ist, und wobei die Originalitätslasche transparent ausgebildet ist.
  • Auf dem Markt vorhandene Produkte nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 weisen oftmals Originalitätsverschlüsse und Originalitätslaschen auf, die für Senioren im Alter von beispielsweise mehr als 70 Jahren nur schwer zu finden und zu öffnen sind.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Gegenstand nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 seniorengerechter auszugestalten.
  • Ein Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus dem Dokument WO 01/30593 A1 bekannt.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen Gegenstand nach dem Anspruch 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den auf diesen Anspruch rückbezogenen Unteransprüchen sowie der nachfolgenden Beschreibung zu entnehmen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, die Originalitätslasche transparent auszubilden und das Verpackungsbehältnis mit einem optischen Indikator zur Kenntlichmachung der Originalitätslasche zu versehen, wobei dieser Indikator zwischen einer senkrecht auf der unteren Aufstandsfläche stehenden Längsmittelachse und einer von dieser weggerichteten Oberfläche der Originalitätslasche angeordnet ist. Der Originalitätsverschluss wird oftmals als eine über Sollbruchansätze an der Schürze angeordnete Originalitätslasche ausgebildet. Diese Lasche ist wegzuknicken oder abzureißen, um eine dahinterliegende Grifflasche des Deckels greifen zu können. Um die Öffnungserfahrung eines Senioren angenehmer zu gestalten, ist der Originalitätsverschluss bzw. die -lasche gemäß der Erfindung durch den optischen Indikator optisch gekennzeichnet, d.h. verbessert für das menschliche Auge wahrnehmbar. Insbesondere ist der optische Indikator farblich gegenüber dem Rest des Verpackungsbehältnisses abgesetzt und vorzugsweise in einer Signalfarbe, insbesondere rot eingefärbt. Die transparente Originalitätslasche ist dergestalt ausgebildet, dass sie ein reales Bild des Indikators für das menschliche Auge zumindest teilweise wahrnehmbar durchlässt. Insbesondere ist der optische Indikator bezüglich der unteren Aufstandsfläche auf einer Höhe mit einer Originalitätslasche des Originalitätsverschlusses angeordnet und zwischen derselben und der Längsmittelachse befindlich.
  • Der optische Indikator kann zumindest teilweise durch eine partielle Einfärbung der Originalitätslasche ausgebildet sein, was durch eine Herstellung des Behältnisses in Zwei-Komponenten-Bauweise realisiert werden kann.
  • Alternativ oder ergänzend kann der Indikator wenigstens teilweise durch einen teilweise zwischen Originalitätslasche und Längsmittelachse befindlichen Teil des Deckels ausgebildet sein. Hierbei kann z.B. die Grifflasche des Deckels, die nach Lösen oder Öffnen der Originalitätslasche gegriffen werden muss, optisch deutlich gegenüber dem Rest des Deckels und des Behälters farblich abgesetzt und insbesondere durch die transparente Originalitätslasche des Originalitätsverschlusses hindurch wahrnehmbar sein.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft wird der Indikator durch ein Label des Verpackungsbehältnisses ausgebildet, welches vorzugsweise als In-Mould-Label während eines Herstellungsprozesses des Topfes direkt in der Seitenwand des Topfes angeordnet wird. Hierbei kann dann ohne ein Zwei-Komponenten-Werkzeug ein deutlich wahrnehmbarer und farblich abgesetzter Teil des Labels hinter der Grifflasche angeordnet werden und somit die Stelle des Verpackungsbehältnisses mit dem Öffnungsmittel seniorengerecht kennzeichnen. Es versteht sich, dass nur ein Teil des Labels als optischer Indikator ausgebildet werden kann und der Rest eines Labels andersfarbig gestaltet sein kann. Allerdings kann auch ein mit einem einfarbigen Hintergrund ausgestaltetes und vorzugsweise rotes Label einen auch für sehschwache Personen deutlichen Hinweis auf einer Vorderseite des Verpackungsbehältnisses darstellen und weist so verstärkt auf die Originalitätslasche hin.
  • Alternativ oder ergänzend zu einem optischen Indikator auf die Originalitätslasche kann auch der die Lasche umgebende Bereich mit einem insbesondere optisch wahrnehmbaren Hinweis versehen sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Seitenwand des Behälters mit Ausnahme von Stabilisierungsstegen und unter Verzicht auf weitere Ansätze direkt in einen oberen und vorzugsweise als Siegelrand ausgebildeten Rand übergehend ausgebildet, wobei insbesondere im Bereich eines als Indikator wirkenden Labels oder Etiketts der vom Label/Etikett abgedeckte Bereich der Seitenwand rippen- bzw. steglos ausgebildet ist. Somit ist das Label gut im Bereich eines Originalitätsverschlusses und nahezu vollflächig über die Höhe der Seitenwand anordnungsfähig und es ergeben sich keine Probleme mit dem Ausfüllen der Stege während eines Spritzgußherstellungsprozesses.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Verpackungsbehältnis dergestalt ausgebildet, dass die Schürze und der oberste Teil der Seitenwand mit dem oberen Rand ein im Wesentlichen n-förmiges Profil ausbilden, wobei der optische Indikator auf einem Schenkel des "n" angeordnet werden kann.
  • Die Originalitätslasche kann hierbei über wenigstens eine Sollbruchstelle an der einen Teil des Schenkels des n-förmigen Profils ausbildenden Schürze festgelegt sein.
  • Ein Hinweis auf die Originalitätslasche eines erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungsbehältnis ist weiterhin verbessert, wenn die Lasche nach außen hin ausgestellt ist, beispielsweise dergestalt, dass sie bei einem ansonsten kreisrunden Eimer über den Radius der übrigen Schürze übersteht.
  • Die optische Sichtbarkeit der Originalitätslasche wird weiterhin verbessert, wenn - wie bei einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung vorgesehen - ein umlaufend hochgestellte Rand des Deckels auf seiner der Grifflasche des Deckels abgewandten Innenseite in eine Ausbuchtung des Deckelspiegels übergeht, die im weiteren Deckelspiegel nicht vorhanden ist. Die Kombination eines in einer reinen Draufsicht erkennbaren Hinweises auf die Originalitätslasche mittels der Formgebung des Deckels, ggf. unterstützt oder ersetzt durch ein entsprechenden Hinweis im Label des Deckelspiegels, mit einer farblich gekennzeichneten Originalitätslasche führen zur besonders guten Erkennbarkeit derselben. Darüber hinaus ist es vorteilhaft, die Originalitätslasche seitlich von zwei von der Schürze nach oben hin weisenden Randlappen zu begrenzen, die den Bereich um die Originalitätslasche vergrößern.

  • Gleich oder ähnlich wirkende Teile sind - sofern dienlich - mit identischen Bezugsziffern versehen. Einzelne technische Merkmale der nachfolgend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele können auch mit den Merkmalen der vorbeschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele zu erfindungsgemäßen Weiterbildungen führen.
  • Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verpackungsbehältnis gemäß Fig. 1 ist als Lebensmittelbehälter aus Kunststoff ausgebildet und umfasst einen Deckel 1 und einen Behälter 2, der eine untere Aufstandsfläche 3 ausbildet (vgl. Fig. 4). Eine Seitenwand 4 ist in der Ansicht der Fig. 1 vollflächig mit einem Label 6 versehen. Die Seitenwand 4 begrenzt einen im Wesentlichen unterhalb des Deckels 1 befindlichen Aufnahmeraum. In einem oberen Bereich der Seitenwand 4 weist der Behälter eine Schürze 7 auf, deren oberer Teil von einem Außenrand des Deckels 8 abgedeckt wird. An der Schürze ist ein eine Originalitätslasche 9 aufweisender Originalitätsverschluss angeordnet, der etwas über den Außenrand der Schürze hinaussteht (vgl. Fig. 3). Randlappen 11 dienen einerseits dem Schutz der Originalitätslasche vor ungewolltem Öffnen, andererseits einer verstärkte Kenntlichmachung eines die Originalitätslasche 9 aufweisenden Originalitätsverschlusses. Eine gestrichelte Linie 12 indiziert eine obere Kante eines Teils des Labels 6. Im Bereich der Originalitätslasche 9 ist zwischen derselben und einer Längsmittelachse 13, die senkrecht auf der unteren Aufstandsfläche 3 steht, und der transparenten Originalitätslasche 9 ein optischer Indikator 14 angeordnet, der durch eine gestrichelte Linie 16 angedeutet und als Teil des Labels 6 ausgebildet ist. Der Indikator ist somit zwischen der von der Längsmittelachse 13 wegweisenden und den Schriftzug "OPEN" tragenden Oberfläche der Lasche 9 und der Längsmittelachse 13 angeordnet. Die Indikator 14 kann anstelle durch ein Label auch durch die Struktur der Oberfläche der Seitenwand oder der hinter der Originalitätslasche 9 liegenden Schürze einen Hinweischarakter entfalten.
  • Der einen umlaufend hochgestellten Rand 10 ausbildende Deckel 1 geht auf seiner einer nicht gezeigten Grifflasche des Deckels 1 abgewandten Innenseite des Randes 10 in eine Ausbuchtung 15 des Deckelspiegels 20 über.
  • In der Ansicht der Fig. 2 ist gezeigt, dass der Indikator einstückig mit dem Label 6 ausgebildet und in einem rippenlosen Bereich der Seitenwand 4 angeordnet ist. Dies ist insbesondere für In-Mould-Label vorteilhaft, da ansonsten zwischen Schürze 7 und Seitenwand 4 die Anordnungen des In-Mould-Labels in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden würde bzw. ein außen auf die Seitenwand aufbringbares Label nicht weit genug hinter die Originalitätslasche 9 gebracht werden könnte. Gleichzeitig könnte bei Verwendung eines In-Mould-Labels eine Ausbildung der Rippen im Spritzgussverfahren verhindert werden.
  • Während die Ausbildungsbeispiele im Wesentlichen für spritzgegossene Produkte verwendet werden, kann ein erfindungsgemäßes Verpackungsbehältnis auch tiefgezogen hergestellt werden.
  • Gemäß Fig. 4 erstreckt sich das In-Mould-Label mit dem optischen Indikator 14, der mittels einer Linie 17 vom Rest des Labels abgrenzt ist, bis kurz unterhalb eines Siegelrandes 18 des erfindungsgemäßen Behältnisses. Unter Verzicht auf weitere, in Horizontalrichtung verlaufende Ansätze kann ein Label problemlos als In-Mould-Label ausgebildet werden. Auch in den weiteren Seitenwandbereichen der Wand 4 sind bis auf den Siegelrand 18 keine horizontalen Ansätze angeordnet. Dieser Bereich C der Seitenwand 4 (vgl. Fig. 5), in den das als In-Mould-Label ausgebildete Label eingebracht ist, bildet auf der linken oberen Seite des Verpackungsbehältnisses gemäß Fig. 5 den rechten Schenkel eines in etwa n-förmigen Profils des oberen Verpackungsbehältnisses. Ein linker und von der Schürze 7 gebildeter Schenkel 19 weist in seinem unteren Bereich einen Ansatz 21 auf, an den die Originalitätslasche 9 mittels Sollbruchstellen 22 angebunden ist.
  • Der optische Indikator ist im Wesentlichen über die Höhe der Originalitätslasche 9 in dem Bereich C zwischen Längsmittelachse 13 und der Originalitätslasche 9 angeordnet, er könnte jedoch beispielsweise auch im Schenkel 19 angeordnet werden. Die Anordnung auf der inneren Seitenwand 4 ist jedoch prozesstechnisch für ein Spritzgußverfahren vorteilhaft, da eine Befüllung der Werkzeugkavität dann geringstmöglich beeinträchtigt wird.

Claims (11)

  1. Verpackungsbehältnis aus Kunststoff zur Aufbewahrung von vorzugsweise heiß abfüllbaren Lebensmitteln, insbesondere Lebensmittelbehälter aus Kunststoff, umfassend einen Deckel (1) und einen eine untere Aufstandsfläche (3) ausbildenden Behälter (2) mit einem durch eine Seitenwand (4) begrenzten Aufnahmeraum, mit einer entlang eines oberen Bereiches der Seitenwand (4) laufenden Schürze (7) und einem eine Originalitätslasche (9) aufweisenden Originalitätsverschluss, die nach Befüllung des Verpackungsbehältnisses zum erstmaligen Öffnen durch einen Verbraucher zu lösen ist, wobei der als Klemm- oder Stülpdeckel ausgebildete Deckel (1) am oberen Behälterrand festlegbar ist, wobei die Originalitätslasche (9) transparent ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) zwischen einer senkrecht zur unteren Aufstandsfläche (3) stehenden Längsmittelachse (13) und einer von dieser weg gerichteten Oberfläche der Originalitätslasche (9) einen optischen Indikator (14) zur Kenntlichmachung der Originalitätslasche (9) aufweist.
  2. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Indikator (14) zumindest teilweise durch eine partielle Einfärbung der Originalitätlasche (9) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Verpackungsbehältnis nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Indikator (14) wenigstens teilweise durch einen teilweise zwischen Originalitätslasche (9) und Längsmittelachse (19) befindlichen Teil des Deckels (1) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Verpackungsbehältnis nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Indikator (14) durch ein Label (6) des Verpackungsbehältnisses ausgebildet wird.
  5. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Label (6) als In-Mould-Label ausgebildet ist.
  6. Verpackungsbehältnis nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (4) mit Ausnahme von Stabilisierungsstegen und unter Verzicht auf weitere Ansätze direkt in einen oberen und vorzugsweise als Siegelrand ausgebildeten Rand (18) übergeht.
  7. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (7) und der oberste Teil der Seitenwand (4) mit dem oberen Rand (18) ein im Wesentlichen n-förmiges Profil ausbilden.
  8. Verpackungsbehältnis nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Originalitätslasche (9) über wenigstens eine Sollbruchstelle (22) an der Schürze festgelegt ist.
  9. Verpackungsbehältnis nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Originalitätslasche (9) nach außen hin ausgestellt ist.
  10. Verpackungsbehältnis nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein umlaufend hochgestellter Rand (10) des Deckels (1) auf seiner einer Grifflasche des Deckels (1) abgewandten Innenseite in eine Ausbuchtung (15) des Deckelspiegels (20) übergeht.
  11. Verpackungsbehältnis nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Originalitätslasche (9) seitlich von zwei von der Schürze (7) nach oben hin weisenden Randlappen (11) begrenzt wird, die den Bereich um die Originalitätslasche (9) vergrößern.
