Claims (8)

  1. Piston de fermeture et d'expression en matière plastique élastique, pour cartouches pour masses plastiques, avec une plaque de piston (1) et une jupe (2) cylindrique raccordée à celle-ci en arrière, dans lequel la région de transition entre la plaque de piston (1) et la jupe (2) est configurée avec une section transversale sous forme de V, ainsi formant sur la périphérie une lèvre d'étanchéité (3) tournée de façon oblique vers l'avant et vers l'extérieur, et avec des autres lèvres d'étanchéité (4) tournées vers l'arrière et formées sur la périphérie de la jupe (2), en outre avec un anneau de placement (5) mis en forme à l'arrière de la plaque de piston et axialement saillissant de la plaque de piston (1) en arrière, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux saillies (9) axiales distribuées uniformément sur la périphérie sont prévues sur la face d'extrémité de l'anneau de placement (5) tournée vers l'arrière.
  2. Procédé d'insertion d'un piston en matière plastique élastique dans l'extrémité arrière ouverte d'une cartouche, dans lequel le piston présente une plaque de piston (1), une jupe (2) cylindrique raccordée à celle-ci en arrière, et un anneau de placement (5) saillissant axialement en arrière de la face arrière de la plaque de piston (1) et ayant une face d'extrémité arrière, dans lequel la région de transition entre la plaque de piston (1) et la jupe (2) est configurée avec une section transversale sous forme de V, ainsi formant sur la périphérie de la plaque de piston (1) une lèvre d'étanchéité (3) tournée vers l'avant, caractérisé en ce qu'un outil de placement est utilisé pour l'insertion du piston dans la cartouche, la région (11) du piston transférant une poussée axiale sur l'anneau de placement (5) du piston présentant au moins deux saillies (12; 13) axiales distribuées sur la périphérie.
  4. Piston selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'anneau de placement (5) présente deux boucles (9) saillissant axialement vers l'arrière et étant situées sur une ligne diamétrale commune.
  5. Piston selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les nervures (7) respectivement dépassent la lèvre d'étanchéité (3) axialement vers l'avant et forment une surface en forme de rampe (8) tournée de façon oblique vers l'avant et vers l'extérieur et passant dans la face latérale de la lèvre d'étanchéité (3).
  6. Piston selon la revendication 2 ou 5, dans lequel l'anneau de placement (5) présente au moins deux boucles (9) qui sont disposées sur sa périphérie, saillissent axialement et sont situées sur lesdites lignes radiales.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'outil de placement présente deux saillies (12; 13) axiales et diamétralement opposées.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 7, dans lequel les saillies de l'outil de placement sont configurées sous forme des boucles rondes (12) ou sous forme des nervures (13).
