Description
- Aus der
DE 198 02 418 A1 ist eine Startvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine bekannt, bei der ein Sicherungselement in einer Hohlwelle angeordnet ist, die Teil eines Außenteils eines Freilaufs ist. Dies hat den Nachteil, dass das Sicherungselement möglicherweise durch rotatorische und auch translatorische Relativbewegung zwischen Außenteil und Sicherungselement verschleißen und dadurch aus einer Nut herausspringen kann. Dass Sicherungselement funktioniert dann nicht mehr. - Aus der
ist bekannt einen in eine Hohlwelle eingesteckten Ritzelschaft so durch ein Sicherungselement zu sichern, dass eine axiale Bewegbarkeit des Ritzelschafts relativ zur Hohlwelle durch ein Sicherungselement begrenzt ist. Ferner sind dieJP 59-113256 und dieFR 2572137 bekannt.GB 755594 - Die Startvorrichtung nach dem Hauptanspruch hat den Vorteil, dass die Relativbewegung zwischen Hohlwelle und Ritzelschaft begrenzt ist und daher ein Verschleiß des Sicherungselements deutlich verringerbar ist. Zudem ist die Bearbeitung von Passungen und Einhaltung von Toleranzen mit weniger Aufwand möglich.
- Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der Beschreibung und den Unteransprüchen.
- Die Erfindung ist in den nachfolgend gezeigten Figuren in mehreren Beispielen näher dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 ist schematisch ein Teillängsschnitt durch eine Startvorrichtung 10 gezeigt. In bekannter Weise ist ein um einen Drehpunkt 13 schwenkbarer Gabelhebel 16 vorhanden, der an einem zu einem elektrischen Startermotor gerichteten Ende eines Einspurgetriebes 19 angreift. Durch eine Schwenkbewegung ist das Einspurgetriebe 19 in der Figur nach links zu einem nicht dargestellten Zahnkranz der Brennkraftmaschine bewegbar. - Teile des Einspurgetriebes 19 sind ein Mitnehmer 22 eines Freilaufs 25 mit Klemmrollen 28 und einem Innenring 31, der Teil einer Hohlwelle 34 ist. Die Hohlwelle 34 bildet an ihrem Innenumfang mit einer Innengeradverzahnung 35 mit einem Ritzelschaft 37 und seiner Außengeradverzahnung 38 eine Welle-Nabe-Verbindung 40, die beispielsweise als geradverzahnte Keilwellenverbindung ausgeführt ist. Der Ritzelschaft 37 gleitet bei einer Vor- oder Rückbewegung des Einspurgetriebes 19 auf einer Abtriebswelle 43.
- In
Figur 2 ist ein Querschnitt durch die Hohlwelle 34 und den Ritzelschaft 37 dargestellt. Die Welle-Nabe-Verbindung 40 mit der Innengeradverzahnung 35 und der Außengeradverzahnung 38 ist gut zu erkennen. -
Figur 3 zeigt die Hohlwelle 34 mit einem Ritzelelement 43, welches einen Ritzelschaft 37 mit einer Schaftachse 46 in einer Verschieberichtung des Ritzelschafts 37 aufweist. Der Ritzelschaft 37 ist in die Hohlwelle 34 eingesteckt. Zwischen einem Kragen 49 und einer Stirnfläche 52 ist eine Feder 55, ausgeführt als Spiralfeder, angeordnet. So sind das Ritzelelement 43 und die Hohlwelle 34 gegeneinander federnd abgestützt. Ein zu einem Ritzel 58 gerichteter Abschnitt 61 der Hohlwelle 34 überragt die Feder 55, schützt diese so und dient mit einem zum Kragen 49 gerichteten Ende 64 als Anschlag für den Kragen 49, wenn das Ritzel 58 am Zahnkranz anliegt (Zahn-auf-Zahn-Stellung) - Am vom Ritzel 58 abgewandten Ende 67 der Hohlwelle 34 weist die Hohlwelle 34 eine vom Ritzelelement 43 abgewandte Stirnfläche 70 auf. Der Ritzelschaft 37 tritt hinter der Stirnfläche 70 aus der Hohlwelle 34 aus. Zwischen einem Ende des Ritzelschafts 37 und der Stirnfläche 70 weist der Ritzelschaft 37 eine umlaufende Nut 73 auf, in der ein mittelbar gesichertes Sicherungselement 76, ausgeführt als Sprengring, sitzt. Die Hohlwelle 34 hat radial außerhalb des Sicherungselements 76 eine zylindrische Aufweitung 79, die bis zum Ende der Hohlwelle 34 reicht. Die mittelbare Sicherung kommt dadurch zu Stande, in dem als Mittel zur Sicherung des Sicherungselementes 76 eine Buchse 82 radial außerhalb des Sicherungselements 76 angeordnet ist und die in der Hohlwelle 34 mit Presssitz sitzenden Buchse 82 das Sicherungselement 76 vor unzulässiger Aufweitung unter Flichkraftbelastung sichert. Der Verband aus Hohlwelle 34 und Ritzelschaft 37 bleibt so auch bei hohen Drehzahlen erhalten.
- Eine axiale Bewegbarkeit des Ritzelschafts 37 relativ zur Hohlwelle 34 ist durch das Sicherungselement 76 begrenzt, welches mittelbar durch eine Presspassung (der Buchse 82) in der Hohlwelle 34 gesichert ist.
- Die gegenüber dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel wesentliche Änderung bzw. Abweichung des zweiten Ausfürungsbeispiels nach
Figur 4 besteht darin, dass die Buchse 82 einen Abschnitt 85 aufweist, der das Sicherungselement 76 hinterschneidet. Durch diese Hinterschneidung ergibt sich zwangsläufig eine größere radiale Materialstärke der Buchse 82. Unmittelbare Folge dessen ist eine festigkeitsmäßige Unterstützung der Hohlwelle 34 in diesem Bereich. Dadurch ist die Belastbarkeit des Innenrings 31, der Teil der Hohlwelle 34 ist, für Klemmkräfte des Freilaufs 25 höher. - Eine noch höhere Belastbarkeit ergibt sich, in dem die Buchse 82 einen Abschnitt 85 aufweist, der dem Ritzelschaft 37 direkt gegenüber steht,
Figur 4 . - Ein nicht erfindungsgemäßes Beispiel ist in den
Figuren 5 und 6 gezeigt. Die Hohlwelle 34 nimmt auch hier den Ritzelschaft 37 auf. Der Ritzelschaft 37 ist hier gegen herausfallen dadurch gesichert, in dem der Ritzelschaft 37 eine Nut 88 (umlaufende Ringnut oder tangentiale Nut) aufweist, ein Sicherungselement 76, hier in Gestalt eines Stiftes, in die Nut 88 eingreift und so ein übermäßiges Verschieben des Ritzelschafts 37 gegenüber der Hohlwelle 34 unterbunden wird. Der Ritzelschaft 37 ist in die Hohlwelle 34 eingesteckt und eine axiale Bewegbarkeit des Ritzelschafts 37 relativ zur Hohlwelle 34 ist durch ein Sicherungselement 76 begrenzt, welches direkt durch eine Presspassung in der Hohlwelle 34 gesichert ist. In der Hohlwelle 34 ist eine tangentiale Bohrung 91 eingearbeitet und der Stift mit Übermaß eingepresst. Der Stift sitzt so auch in der Nut 88. - Das so direkt gesicherte Sicherungselement 76 ist mindestens ein Stift. In
Figur 5 und 6 sind jeweils zwei Bohrungen 91 und zwei Stifte, die in je eine tangentiale Nut 88 eingreifen. Alternativ wäre es auch möglich, eine umlaufende Nut 88 für beide Stifte zu verwenden. Beide Stifte sind zueinander parallel. - Die Nut 88 weist jeweils zwei Flanken 94 und 95 auf, die die Nut 88 begrenzen. Der mindestens eine Stift greift in eine Nut 88 mit Flanken 94, 95 ein, wobei der Stift eine Längsachse 98 aufweist, die parallel zu den Flanken 94, 95 orientiert ist,
Figur 5 und 6 . - Ein Abstand A zwischen den Flanken 94, 95 ist größer als ein Durchmesser D des Stiftes ist.
Claims (3)
- Startvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine, mit einer Hohlwelle (34), mit einem Ritzelelement (43), welches einen Ritzelschaft (37) mit einer Schaftachse (46) in einer Verschieberichtung des Ritzelschafts (37) aufweist, wobei der Ritzelschaft (37) in die Hohlwelle (34) eingesteckt ist, wobei eine axiale Bewegbarkeit des Ritzelschafts (37) relativ zur Hohlwelle (34) durch ein Sicherungselement (76) begrenzt ist, welches mittelbar durch eine Presspassung in der Hohlwelle (34) gesichert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlwelle (34) eine vom Ritzelelement (43) abgewandte Stirnfläche (70) aufweist, und der Ritzelschaft (37) hinter der Stirnfläche (70) aus der Hohlwelle (34) austritt und das mittelbar gesicherte Sicherungselement (76) durch eine radial außerhalb des Sicherungselements (76) angeordnete und in der Hohlwelle (34) mit Presssitz sitzenden Buchse (82) vor unzulässiger Aufweitung gesichert ist.
- Startvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (82) einen Abschnitt (85) aufweist, der das Sicherungselement (76) hinterschneidet.
- Startvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (82) einen Abschnitt (85) aufweist, der dem Ritzelschaft (37) direkt gegenüber steht.
