  9. A room divider having at least one wall element (3, 3') according to one of claims 1 to 8 and a guide rail (1, 2).
  10. A room divider according to claim 9 characterised in that a surface element (4, 4', 5, 5', 6) or a guide element connected thereto is arranged displaceably in the guide rail (1, 2) so that the wall element (3, 3') is received displaceably in the guide rail (1, 2).
