Definitions
- the present invention relates to a foil package with an opening aid.
- Plastic materials are known.
- Known packaging has various advantages and disadvantages.
- the present invention provides a film package which is characterized by having substantially the shape of a tetrahedron and having an opening aid in the form of dotted lines of weakness.
- a film package provided by the present invention will hereinafter also be referred to as "film package (s) according to (the present invention)".
- a film package according to the present invention has substantially the shape of a tetrahedron, i. H. essentially the shape of a body with four triangular faces.
- Tetrahedron here includes the regular (or equilateral) tetrahedron and the general tetrahedron, which is also referred to as a three-sided pyramid or three-dimensional simplex.
- a Folienverpacküng according to the present invention, a substantially equilateral tetrahedron, d. H. All triangle sides are essentially the same length.
- substantially is intended to mean that deviations from the shape of the tetrahedron or the regular tetrahedron, for example due to the manner in which the film packaging is produced, for example rounded edges, may not quite occur equal sides of the triangle.
- “Sheets” in a film package of the present invention include thin (eg, ⁇ 1 mm) sheets of plastic, for example, made in endless webs, rolled up, and later cut into mating pieces, and optionally in the form of a sheet
- Plastic materials which can be provided in the form of films can be used.

- a packaging film according to the present invention includes, for example, a
- Composite film for example comprising at least two layers: one, a
- Inner side of the packaging film and a single or multilayer outer film laminated to the inner film Inner side of the packaging film and a single or multilayer outer film laminated to the inner film.

- a dotted line of weakness denotes a line in a packaging film according to the present invention, in the point-prefabricated
- Predetermined breaking points, but the packaged sealed to the outside, preferably hermetically sealed, is.
- the present invention provides a film packaging according to the present invention, which is characterized in that the dotted lines of weakness comprise lines of prefabricated predetermined breaking points, which are arranged substantially point-like behind one another, such that the packaged material is closed towards the outside airtight.
- the point prefabricated predetermined breaking points along the line weaken the film strength, so that the film packaging along these lines by the application of a force in the direction of the dotted line of weakness can be torn open.
- the point-shaped predetermined breaking points can be produced by means of suitable methods, for example with the aid of wheels for folding surface products, or by laser scoring, with the aid of a laser punctiform indentations, for. B. Indentations are made in the film, so that after the laser treatment on the film is a scored (dot-shaped) laser track.
- a dotted line of weakness is a line formed of predetermined breaking points made by laser scoring.
- Lines of weakness may be formed along the entire circumference of the tetrahedral surface or, preferably, only on two sides of the triangle forming the tetrahedral surface, e.g. B. on two sides of the triangle where the baseline of the triangle is not a dotted
- the dotted line of weakness is in each
- Embodiment on each triangle side where available, for example, two
- Triangular sides, the tetrahedral surface substantially the same length.
- the dotted line of weakness is located either essentially on the edges of the tetrahedron triangle, or is set back slightly from the edges in the triangle. However, the dotted line of weakness substantially follows the edges of the triangle and is thus substantially triangular on the tetrahedral triangular surface, or arranged like a triangle with a non-dotted and non-weakened baseline and two dotted lines of weakness along the sides of the triangle leg.

- dotted lines of weakness is by the application of force, in the direction of the dotted lines of weakness a piece of foil from a
- Triangular foil surface of the tetrahedron deducted whose shape is substantially triangular.
- dotted lines of weakness which are arranged on only two sides of a triangle of the tetrahedron surface, wherein the base of the triangle is not dotted and weakened, the opening forms a substantially triangular opening, but the film removed from the tetrahedral triangular surface at the not dotted and not weakened baseline of the triangle remains.
- substantially triangular is intended to mean that an opening is formed in the packaging film which corresponds to a triangle, but deviations from the exact shape of a triangle may well occur, for example due to inaccurate triangular puncturing of the film, or due to slippage the film in the tetrahedral formation.
- a film package according to the present invention can be produced from a film tube having dotted lines of weakness.
- sealed foil projects beyond the two transverse sealing seams by the transverse seal, with protruding, sealed foil running parallel to the edge of the tetrahedron.
- This projection of the sealed film over the transverse sealing seam is shown schematically, for example, in the drawings by the reference numeral (3).
- the sealed, protruding film protrudes, for example, to a small extent beyond the edge of the tetrahedron, z. To such an extent that it is possible for a person to grasp the protruding sealed film with his or her fingers.
- the sealed film protrudes approximately to the extent of 0.05 to 3 cm, z. B. 0.2 to 1 cm, such as 0.2 to 0.6 cm beyond the transverse sealing seams addition.
- Another sealing seam is formed in the production of the tetrahedron of a film packaging according to the present invention from a film tube by longitudinal sealing.
- This longitudinal sealing seam extends from an edge of that triangle of the tetrahedron, at which a transverse sealing seam is parallel to the base line of the triangle, to
- a portion of the longitudinally sealed film protrudes through the seal, as in the
- Transverse seal beyond the longitudinal sealing seam and is preferably sealed, z. B. bent and sealed to the tetrahedral surface.
- the sealed film portion projecting beyond a transverse sealing seam may be notched or cut at one location, e.g. B. V-shaped and such that the incision or notch is less deep than the protruding, sealed film is wide, so that the tightness of the packaging is guaranteed.
- a notch or such an incision is shown for example in Fig. 3 by the reference numeral (2).
- a consumer can touch the protruding, cross-sealed film portion, for example, next to the notch or next to the incision, with your fingers and the
- the notch or incision is, as also shown in Fig. 2, either in that protruding film part (3) attached from the transverse seal, which is not on the triangular surface with the dotted lines of weakness, but can also effectively in that projecting film part (3) from the transverse seal located on the triangular surface with the dotted lines of weakness, the first embodiment being shown in Fig. 2, but the second embodiment is not shown.
- the indentation or incision according to FIG. 1 in which the indentation or incision according to FIG.
- the dotted lines of weakness preferably continue from the apex of the triangle formed by the dotted lines of weakness in the tetrahedral surface toward the notch or cut.
- the notch or notch is located in the protruding film portion at the point as close as possible to the apex of the triangle formed by the dotted lines of weakness.
- the dotted, triangular lines of weakness in the tetrahedral surface are thus, as shown in FIG. 3, guided over the adjacent tetrahedral surface in the direction of the notch or cut.
- the notch or notch is located close to one of the dotted triangular lines of weakness.
- a continuation of the dotted, triangular lines of weakness is not necessary in this embodiment.
- the packaging film can be opened by applying a force directed primarily in the direction of the dotted lines of weakness on a triangular side of the tetrahedron along the dotted lines of weakness.
- the film is first torn at the notch or at the incision and with further exercise of force along the dotted lines of weakness.
- the present invention provides a film package according to the present invention in which the film comprises transverse sealing seams, wherein sealed film portions protrude beyond the transverse sealing seams; in particular, wherein the film is notched or cut on one of the sealed film portions that protrude beyond the transverse seam, so that sealed film portions which protrude beyond the transverse sealing seams, for example at the notch or at the incision, can be detected by a consumer with the fingers, in particular being by exercising a force that
- Foil packaging along the dotted lines of weakness is torn open.
- a packaging film according to the present invention can be used to package all conceivable items.
