  • sectional modular system of the invention may be conveniently utilized to make aggregate assemblies at the factory, which are ready to be placed in the building frame in a recessed, semirecessed or externally mounted position, while allowing the end installer to replace one or more removable parts with other removable parts.
  • This is useful, for instance, to replace a set of taps and fittings while leaving the building frame unaffected. Such replacement may occur by driving the screws or dowels that act upon the tubular joints.

Claims (14)

  1. Système modulaire par éléments pour réaliser des installations de plomberie sanitaire du type comprenant :
    - un ou plusieurs composants de base (2) qui sont conçus pour être placés dans un mur dans une position encastrée, semi-encastrée ou montée extérieurement et pour être mis en communication de fluide l'un avec l'autre et/ou avec une ligne de distribution d'eau ;
    - au moins un composant amovible (3) sélectionné à partir du groupe comprenant : un inverseur deux voies ou plus, un mélangeur, un mélangeur thermostatique mécanique et/ou motorisé, un moyen de vanne d'arrêt de fluide, un régulateur/inverseur à voies multiples et une sortie de distribution d'eau avec laquelle un lavabo ou une arrivée d'eau de baignoire, une pomme de douche, une douchette peut être connecté, et
    - une structure de support et de centrage (4) conçue pour être montée sur ledit mur, pour supporter au moins deux composants de base (2) pour garantir leur mise en place et leur position relative correctes,
    dans lequel :
    - chaque composant amovible (3) est associé en communication de fluide avec un composant de base respectif (2) ;
    - lesdits un ou plusieurs composants de base (2) comprennent un corps ayant une paroi avant (2a) qui est conçue pour faire face à la paroi arrière de leur composant amovible respectif (3), une paroi arrière (2b) opposée à celle-ci et des parois latérales (2c) ;
    - chaque composant amovible (3) comprend des passages d'eau arrière (5) au niveau de ladite paroi arrière (3b) ;
    - le corps desdits un ou plusieurs composants de base (2) est divisé en une pluralité de chambres d'eau indépendantes (14, 15) ;
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - ladite paroi avant (2a) du corps des un ou plusieurs composants de base (2) est prédisposés avec des passages d'eau avant (6), pour mettre une chambre d'eau respective (14, 15) du composant de base (2) en communication de fluide avec un passage d'eau arrière correspondant (5) d'un composant amovible (3) ;
    - ladite pluralité de chambres d'eau indépendantes comprend une première chambre d'eau (14) et au moins quatre chambres d'eau restantes (15) ;
    - chaque chambre d'eau (14, 15) est prédisposée pour avoir au moins deux passages d'eau latéraux (7) au niveau desdits parois latérales (2c) du corps desdits un ou plusieurs composants de base (2).
  2. Système modulaire par éléments selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite première chambre d'eau (14) divise le corps du composant de base (2) en une pluralité de portions, chacune ayant au moins une desdites chambres d'eau restantes (15) à l'intérieur.
  3. Système modulaire par éléments selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite première chambre d'eau (14) est prédisposée pour avoir au moins deux passages d'eau latéraux opposés (7).
  4. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite première chambre d'eau (14) est prédisposée pour avoir au moins deux paires de passages d'eau latéraux opposés (7) qui divisent le corps de leur composant de base respectif (2) en quatre quadrants, avec au moins une chambre desdites au moins quatre chambres d'eau restantes (15) qui est situé au niveau de chacun d'eux.
  5. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 4, dans lequel lesdites au moins quatre chambres d'eau restantes (15) sont prédisposées pour avoir chacune au moins deux passages d'eau latéraux orthogonaux (7).
  6. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 5, dans lequel chaque chambre d'eau (14, 15) est prédisposée pour avoir au moins un passage d'eau (16) au niveau de ladite paroi arrière du corps dudit composant de base (2).
  7. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 6, dans lequel une pluralité desdits composants de base (2) sont en communication de fluide entre eux par des tubes de connexion (12) connectant les passages d'eau latéraux (7) des chambres, d'eau (14, 15) de composants de base respectifs (2).
  8. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 7, dans lequel les passages d'eau arrière (5) de chaque composant amovible (3) sont en communications de fluide avec un passage d'eau avant respectif (6) d'une chambre d'eau (14, 15) du composant de base respectif (2) par des joints de raccordement tubulaires en utilisant une étanchéité.
  9. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 8, dans lequel lesdits passages d'eau latéraux (7) de chaque composant de base (2) sont coplanaires.
  10. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 9, dans lequel ledit composant amovible (3) comprend un corps arrière (8) et un corps avant (9), qui sont unis ensemble de manière étanche par une adaptation de forme d'accouplement, dans lequel :
    - ledit corps arrière (8) comprend ladite paroi arrière (3b) ayant lesdits passages d'eau arrière (5) en communication de fluide avec un composant de base respectif (2) et
    - ledit corps arrière (8) comprend un logement avant (10) qui reçoit une portion d'extrémité (9a) dudit corps avant (9),
    dans lequel
    - ledit corps avant (9) du composant amovible (3) est un composant sélectionné à partir du groupe comprenant : un inverseur, un mélangeur, un moyen de vanne d'arrêt de fluide, un régulateur/inverseur à voies multiples et un bec de distribution d'eau,
    - ledit corps avant (9) du composant amovible (3) est engagé de manière étanche par une adaptation de forme d'accouplement dans ledit logement avant (10) du corps arrière (8) et
    - ladite portion d'extrémité (9a) du corps avant (9) a des canaux pour mettre lesdits passages d'eau arrière (5) du corps arrière en communication de fluide avec les passages d'eau et/ou les chambres dudit composant sélectionné à partir dudit groupe comprenant : un inverseur, un mélangeur, un moyen de vanne d'arrêt de fluide, un régulateur/inverseur à voies multiples et un bec de distribution d'eau.
  11. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 10, dans lequel un ou plusieurs desdits passages d'eau desdites chambres d'eau du composant de base (2) sont fermés par des bouchons et/ou membranes amovibles ou pouvant être percés.
  12. Système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 11, comprenant une boîte de finition (11) ayant :
    - une portion tubulaire (11a) qui est conçue pour être encastrée dans ledit mur (13) pour encercler la portion dudit composant amovible (3) qui est encastrée dans ledit mur (13),
    - une ouverture avant et
    - un bouchon avant amovible ou pouvant être percé, qui est situé au niveau de l'ouverture de ladite portion tubulaire de ladite boîte de finition.
  13. Système modulaire par éléments selon la revendication 12, dans lequel ladite boîte de finition (11) comprend une ouverture avant avec une bride périphérique (11b) dépassant de celle-ci et conçue pour couvrir la surface du mur à partir de laquelle ledit composant amovible (3) fait saillie.
  14. Structure de construction comprenant au moins une structure de support et de centrage (4), un composant de base (2) et un composant amovible (3) d'un système modulaire par éléments selon une quelconque revendication 1 à 12, dans laquelle ladite structure de support et de centrage (4) et ledit composant de base (2) sont situés dans ladite structure de construction dans une position incorporée, et ledit composant amovible (3) est situé dans une position telle qu'elle permette sa manipulation ou son actionnement par un opérateur à l'extérieur de ladite structure de construction.
