Those pressing portions 52 are arranged such that when the mounting ring 50 is placed upon the valve function unit 20, the pressing portions 52 abut against the mounting lug 36 of the valve function unit 20. In particular the pressing portions 52 press against the annular surface 39 surrounding the cylindrical through hole 38 which forms an abutment portion of the valve function unit 20.
  • the mounting ring 50 provides through long holes 54 which are arranged at positions on the mounting ring 50 which fall in line with one of the outer threaded holes 32 or 34 of the threaded holes arrangement 28 of the connecting member 12.
  • the orientation of the through long holes 54 in the mounting ring 12 is substantially diagonal to the main axes of the connecting member 12 when assembled.
  • some of the through long holes 54 may be provided with opening gaps 56 which may receive a rib 37 arranged on the respective mounting lug 36 of the valve function unit 20.
  • the fixing screws 40 (if necessary with a longer thread portion) are inserted in the through long holes 54 and cooperate with the uncovered outer threaded holes 34 of the thread hole arrangement 28. Due to the clearance provided by the through long holes 54 and the seals 42 the valve function unit 20 may then be aligned with an maximum angle ⁇ of about ⁇ 4° with respect to the main axes of the connecting member 12. When tightening the fixing screws 40 the valve function unit 20 is then pressed to the connecting interface 16 of the connecting member 12 via the mounting ring 50.
  • Figures 7 to 11 show a modified mounting ring 150 made of a plastic material.
  • the mounting ring 150 comprises strengthening portions 158 around the through long holes 154 near the noses 152 for pressing. These strengthening portions 158 are thicker than bridge portions 160 connecting the through long holes 154 in order to form a u-shape.

Claims (10)

  1. Système à partir duquel une robinetterie sanitaire dissimulée (10) peut être assemblée, le système comprenant :
    a. un élément de raccord (12) configuré pour être installé dans un évidement d'installation, présentant une interface de raccordement (16) pour un raccordement fluidique avec une unité à fonction de vanne (20) et comprenant au moins deux premiers moyens de montage (28, 32, 34),
    b. une unité à fonction de vanne (20) comprenant une interface de raccordement complémentaire (22) et au moins une partie de butée (36, 39), et
    c. un élément de serrage (50 ; 150) comprenant
    i. au moins deux deuxièmes moyens de montage (54 ; 154) coopérant avec les premiers moyens de montage (28, 32, 34) et
    ii. une partie d'appui (52 ; 152),
    où la partie d'appui (52 ; 152) est appuyée contre la partie de butée (36, 39) de l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) lorsque l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150) est fixé sur l'élément de raccord (12) à l'aide des premiers et deuxièmes moyens de montage (28, 32, 34, 54 ; 154), en serrant ainsi l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) contre l'élément de raccord (12) pour un raccordement fluidique
    où l'élément de raccord (12) comprend au moins deux troisièmes moyens de montage (28, 30, 32, 34), et où l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) comprend au moins deux quatrièmes moyens de montage (36, 38, 39) lesquels sont configurés pour coopérer avec les troisièmes moyens de montage (28, 30, 32, 34) de sorte à fixer l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) sur l'élément de raccord (12) si l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150) n'est pas utilisé
    où l'interface de raccordement (16) et l'interface de raccordement complémentaire (22) définissent
    i. un plan de montage (15) dans lequel l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) peut être décalé et
    ii. un axe central transversal au plan de montage (15) autour duquel l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) peut être pivotée
    pendant une étape de réglage lors de laquelle l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) est en butée au niveau de l'élément de raccord (12) et avant que l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) ne soit serrée fermement contre l'élément de raccord (12) en utilisant l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150), et
    où l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) ne peut pas être pivotée si les troisièmes et quatrièmes moyens de montage (28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38) sont utilisés pour fixer l'unité à fonction de vanne (20).
  2. Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que au moins une partie de chacun des quatrièmes moyens de montage (36, 38, 39) forme la partie de butée (39).
  3. Système selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chacun des quatrièmes moyens de montage (36, 38, 39) comprend une patte de montage (36) présentant un trou traversant cylindrique (38), et en ce que la partie de butée est formée par une surface annulaire (39) entourant le trou traversant (38).
  4. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun des premiers moyens de montage (28, 30, 32, 34) comprend un trou taraudé (30, 32, 34) et chacun des deuxièmes moyens de montage (54 ; 154) comprend un trou oblong (54 ; 154) dans l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150), où le trou taraudé (30, 32, 34) et le trou oblong (54 ; 154) sont configurés pour recevoir une vis de fixation (40).
  5. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150) comprend au moins quatre deuxièmes moyens de montage (54 ; 154) agencés de telle sorte que les au moins quatre deuxièmes moyens de montage (54 ; 154) sont répartis autour de la circonférence de l'unité à fonction de vanne (20) et coopèrent avec au moins quatre premiers moyens de montage (28, 30, 32, 34) de l'élément de raccord (12) lorsque l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150) est fixé sur l'élément de raccord (12).
  6. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (50 ; 150) est sensiblement en forme de u.
  7. Système selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'appui (52 ; 152) comprend un bec (52 ; 152) faisant saillie vers l'intérieur.
  8. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (50) présente deux plans de symétrie.
  9. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (150) est constitué d'une matière plastique et comprend une partie de renfort (158) autour de chacun des deuxièmes moyens de montage (154), où la partie de renfort (158) est plus épaisse qu'une partie de pont (160) qui relie deux deuxièmes moyens de montage (154).
  10. Robinetterie sanitaire dissimulée (10) assemblée à partir du système selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
