le mécanisme de blocage comporte un élément de blocage (11) qui peut être disposé de manière pivotante entre une position de blocage et une position de déblocage sur un patin (10), par l'intermédiaire duquel l'extrémité du côté vantail du levier de commande (6) est montée mobile linéairement et mobile en rotation sur le guidage (8) du côté vantail, l'élément de blocage (11) étant sollicité par un ressort (12) avec une force telle que ledit élément de blocage est poussé, sans l'intervention d'une force extérieure, de sa position de blocage vers une position de déblocage, l'élément de blocage (11), lorsque le vantail (1) atteint la position d'ouverture, coopère avec une butée (13) du dispositif, propre à être fixée au vantail (1), de telle sorte que l'élément de blocage (11) est amené à pivoter dans le sens opposé à la force du ressort depuis sa position de déblocage dans sa position de blocage, dans laquelle l'élément de blocage (11), pour immobiliser la position d'ouverture du cadre (3), peut coopérer avec un téton de verrouillage (15) disposé sur une tringle de commande (14) pouvant être actionnée par la poignée du vantail (1), lorsque le téton de verrouillage (15), sous l'effet de l'actionnement de la poignée, a été amené dans sa position de verrouillage. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (11) comporte une butée de blocage qui, lorsque l'extrémité du côté vantail du levier de commande (6) est bloquée par rapport au guidage (8) du côté vantail dans la position correspondant à la position d'ouverture du vantail (1), coopère avec la butée (13) pouvant être fixée sur le vantail (1).
