Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité qui est pourvu de micro-renfoncements (8) teintés avec une encre déterminée et est destiné à des papiers de sécurité, documents de valeur ou objets similaires, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    a) revêtement d'un face de dessus (5) d'un support (4) avec une couche gaufrable (7),
    b1) formage de micro-renfoncements (8) dans la couche gaufrable (7) afin de façonner une couche gaufrée (7), puis
    b2) dépôt d'une couche de protection (11; 10) sur la couche (7), la couche de protection (11; 10) étant en l'occurrence structurée de telle sorte qu'elle ne recouvre pas les micro-renfoncements (8) devant être teintés avec l'encre déterminée, puis
    c) application de l'encre déterminée sur la face de dessus (5), de telle sorte que l'encre (14) reste dans les micro-renfoncements (8), puis
    d) enlèvement de la couche de protection (11; 10) structurée et donc d'une teinte (16) se trouvant à l'extérieur des micro-renfoncements, un remplissage d'encre étant limité aux micro-renfoncements (8),
    caractérisé en ce que
    à l'étape b2), une couche de protection (11) structurée est déposée, laquelle comporte une fenêtre (12) dans laquelle se trouvent les micro-renfoncements,
    avant l'étape b2), la face de dessus (5) revêtue est métallisée (10),
    à l'étape b2), la couche de protection (11) structurée est déposée, la couche de protection (11) étant façonnée de telle façon qu'elle protège la métallisation d'un décapage, et
    après le dépôt de la couche de protection (11) structurée, la métallisation (10) se trouvant dans la fenêtre (12), non protégée par la couche de protection (11), est décapée afin de démétalliser les micro-renfoncements (8).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    à l'étape b1) ou avant l'étape b2), aussi des structures d'hologrammes (9) sont formées dans la couche gaufrable (7), ces structures d'hologrammes (9) étant métallisées (10) et pourvues d'une couche de protection (11),
    et en ce que, après l'étape d),
    e) à l'extérieur des structures d'hologrammes (7), la face de dessus (5) est pourvue d'un revêtement de protection (18) et
    f) des zones (19) des structures d'hologrammes (9) non pourvues du revêtement de protection (18) sont démétallisées (19) par décapage.
  3. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face de dessus ou une face de dessous (5, 6) du support (4) est pourvue d'une couche de colle.
  4. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face de dessus ou une face de dessous (5, 6) du support (4) est pourvue d'une impression d'apprêt.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, à l'étape c, pour l'application d'encre, une impression par effleurage est effectuée.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, à l'étape c, pour l'application d'encre, de l'encre (14) est appliquée de manière étendue et de l'encre superflue est éliminée par raclement.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que couche de protection (11), c'est une encre lavable ou un vernis résist qui est utilisé.
