Therefore, in comparison with the case where the projection portion 61e is formed by being bent, it becomes easy to stably obtain accuracy of its height, and its operation characteristics can be stabilized.

Therefore, the warp of the spring is less likely to occur even for three-dimensional deformation of the spring, such as a twist, and it becomes possible to peel off the contact point (movable contact point) 61d and the contact point (fixed contact point) 62d that are fused with each other more reliably from each other.
  • the quadrangular truncated pyramidal projection portion 61e is illustrated, which is formed by extruding the plate spring (movable spring) 61a from one surface side thereof to the other surface side thereof; however, the shape of the projection portion can be formed into various shapes without being limited to this shape.
