Definitions
- the present invention relates to a snow and / or icing device having the features of the independent claims 1 and 9, and a ridge-inclined and ridge-shaped roof surface with a snow and / or icing device having the features of independent claim 12.
- snow guard systems for gable roofs are intended to largely prevent the slipping of snowboards and ice sheets.
- conventional snow guard systems can also be mounted. Since these run parallel to the eaves direction and thus transversely to the profiling of the roofs, gaps are formed below the base or base sections, since the snow guard systems or snow guards do not extend into the profile valleys of the profiled roof surfaces but are normally mounted on the profile elevations.
- the uncovered troughs can cause problems, as the gaps are often large enough to allow ice sheets to slip through, separating from the surface of the roof and allowing it to slip downwardly largely unhindered.
- the release of such slabs or ice sheets is particularly favored for sheet metal roofs, as they can be subject to strong temperature fluctuations.
- roofs that are not thermally insulated the roof surface temperature varies greatly, while the snow on the roof has an insulating effect.
- the roof layer on the roof can be thawed several times and turned into ice, allowing the slab to slip off and slide down the profile valley below the snow guards. In such cases, the snow guards system can fulfill its intended protective task only insufficient.
- the JP 110 22 123 A ( JP 35 14 952 B2 ) discloses a roof snow catcher with an angle profile for a folding roof. At the angle profile a wire-shaped arm is arranged, which is connected via curved hangers with the angle profile. The arm should serve to restrain snow and ice.
- a similar snow guard device is further from the JP 2007 211 444 A known.
- the arms are formed as plate-shaped sheets, which are individually mounted on a rail.
- the known snow guard devices for profiled roof surfaces largely fulfill their intended purpose. However, they sometimes have only insufficient mechanical stability and all require a considerable additional installation effort, since they are not universally suitable for different profile widths and / or depths of the roof surfaces. The user can not help to install the additional protection devices after mounting the base rail individually in the appropriate places to cover the profile valleys.
- the object of the present invention is seen to provide a pre-assembled and universally usable ice and / or snow guard device which is suitable for differently profiled roof surfaces.
- the invention proposes a snow and / or icing device for roof surfaces, which are inclined by ridge in eaves direction and profiled in the direction of inclination, with the features of independent claim 1 before.
- This snow and / or icing device comprises a transversely to the direction of inclination of the roof surface extending rail having an L-profile with an approximately parallel to the roof surface extending base portion and an adjoining, opposite the roof surface towering barrier.
- the device according to the invention is characterized by a plurality of tines formed in the base section, at least some of which in each case enclose an acute angle with the surface of the base section and in the firing direction have an angle to the roof surface.
- the tines facing the roof surface are at least those which are arranged in the region of wave or profile valleys of the profiled roof surface.
- Tines not required for the functioning of the snow and / or icing device are those which are arranged in the region of wave crests or profile elevations of the roof surface. These tines are normally not brought into a so-called. Operating position, but remain in their original starting position, parallel to the plane of the base portion.
- the tines are each arranged in profile valleys of profiled in the direction of slope roof surface, they can be adapted to the different profiles, both in terms of the depth of the profile valleys and their width and distances from each other.
- These troughs or profile valleys may, for example, be referred to as lower chords of the profile.
- the wave crests or profile elevations may, for example, also be referred to as upper chords of the profile. So if in the context of the present application of profile valleys or lower chords and profiled surveys or upper chords is mentioned, so this refers to all types of regularly profiled transverse to the eaves eaves direction roof surfaces, whether they are now edged or wavy profilings.
- the prongs are each formed integrally with the base portion and / or connected.
- the base portion may be formed integrally with the barrier.
- the barrier may, for example, be formed as a continuous sheet, optionally with openings, which may in particular be punched out.
- the tines can be punched out in each case in the base section in an advantageous embodiment. In this way, the tines can each be bent or bent from the plane of the base section in the direction of the roof surface, so that they can be ideally adapted to a wide variety of roof contours and profiles. Thus, by no means all existing tines must be bent down to the roof surface, but preferably only those that are arranged in the range of profile valleys.
- Unnecessary tines remain in the unbent state in the base section.
- the individually bendable tines allow the assembly of the rail on the roof and the subsequent activation of each required tines to protect vulnerable areas below the roof optimally against sliding down snow or loosening ice sheets.
- These snow or ice plates remain hanging on the bent down in the direction of the roof surface and pointing in the direction of the fire tines and get caught There, where the tines are bent by the adjacent snow or ice loads in an advantageous manner downwards towards the roof surface, which reliably prevents yielding or failure of the protective function.
- the tines can each be designed as tongues which are bent downwards along a bending and / or bending line running parallel to the longitudinal extension direction of the L-profile in the direction of the roof surface.
- the unneeded tines which are arranged in the region of profiled bumps, wave crests or upper straps, on the other hand, are not bent downwards, but remain in the plane of the base section regardless of their stamped outline.
- the tines may be formed as strips of constant width with edged or rounded tip.
- the tines each taper toward their free ends facing the roof surface and / or taper toward their free ends.
- the present invention also relates to a designed as an L-profile rail snow and / or Eisfangvorraum, especially for roof surfaces which are inclined from ridge in the eaves direction and profiled in the direction of inclination, comprising a flat or slightly curved and / or wavy base portion and a leg adjoining a longitudinal side.

- the L-profile rail may, for example, have a sheet thickness of 2 to 3 mm, wherein the material used may be, in particular, painted or powder-coated steel sheet, optionally with electrogalvanizing or hot dip galvanizing, an enamel coating or the like.
- the material used may be, in particular, painted or powder-coated steel sheet, optionally with electrogalvanizing or hot dip galvanizing, an enamel coating or the like.
- other types of metals are also suitable for producing such rails, such as copper, stainless steel (stainless steel grades, aluminum or corresponding copper- or aluminum-containing or -based alloys.)
- Sensible dimensions can be, for example, length units of the profile rail between about 0.5 to about
- the profile rail can have almost any desired lengths, for example the base section can have a width of between 80 and 150 mm, as can the barrier section
- tines may each have lengths of between 50 and 120 mm, with tongue widths of, for example, between 10 and 25 mm.
- the distances between the tongues may, for example, be between approximately 25 and 75 mm.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a snow and / or icing device having the features of the
In order to avoid accidents due to uncontrollably slipping snow snow guard systems or other snow guard devices of different design variants are used. Conventional snow guard systems for gable roofs are intended to largely prevent the slipping of snowboards and ice sheets. For more profiled roofs, for example made of sheet metal or corrugated sheets, conventional snow guard systems can also be mounted. Since these run parallel to the eaves direction and thus transversely to the profiling of the roofs, gaps are formed below the base or base sections, since the snow guard systems or snow guards do not extend into the profile valleys of the profiled roof surfaces but are normally mounted on the profile elevations.
However, the uncovered troughs can cause problems, as the gaps are often large enough to allow ice sheets to slip through, separating from the surface of the roof and allowing it to slip downwardly largely unhindered. The release of such slabs or ice sheets is particularly favored for sheet metal roofs, as they can be subject to strong temperature fluctuations. Especially with roofs that are not thermally insulated, the roof surface temperature varies greatly, while the snow on the roof has an insulating effect. The roof layer on the roof can be thawed several times and turned into ice, allowing the slab to slip off and slide down the profile valley below the snow guards. In such cases, the snow guards system can fulfill its intended protective task only insufficient.

Although the known snow guard devices for profiled roof surfaces largely fulfill their intended purpose.
The object of the present invention is seen to provide a pre-assembled and universally usable ice and / or snow guard device which is suitable for differently profiled roof surfaces.
This object of the invention is achieved with the objects of the independent claims. Features of advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the respective dependent claims. To achieve the above object, the invention proposes a snow and / or icing device for roof surfaces, which are inclined by ridge in eaves direction and profiled in the direction of inclination, with the features of
The fact that the tines are each arranged in profile valleys of profiled in the direction of slope roof surface, they can be adapted to the different profiles, both in terms of the depth of the profile valleys and their width and distances from each other. These troughs or profile valleys may, for example, be referred to as lower chords of the profile. The wave crests or profile elevations may, for example, also be referred to as upper chords of the profile. So if in the context of the present application of profile valleys or lower chords and profiled surveys or upper chords is mentioned, so this refers to all types of regularly profiled transverse to the eaves eaves direction roof surfaces, whether they are now edged or wavy profilings.
Preferably, the prongs are each formed integrally with the base portion and / or connected. In addition, the base portion may be formed integrally with the barrier. The barrier may, for example, be formed as a continuous sheet, optionally with openings, which may in particular be punched out. Also, the tines can be punched out in each case in the base section in an advantageous embodiment. Unnecessary tines remain in the unbent state in the base section. The individually bendable tines allow the assembly of the rail on the roof and the subsequent activation of each required tines to protect vulnerable areas below the roof optimally against sliding down snow or loosening ice sheets. These snow or ice plates remain hanging on the bent down in the direction of the roof surface and pointing in the direction of the fire tines and get caught There, where the tines are bent by the adjacent snow or ice loads in an advantageous manner downwards towards the roof surface, which reliably prevents yielding or failure of the protective function.
In particular, the tines can each be designed as tongues which are bent downwards along a bending and / or bending line running parallel to the longitudinal extension direction of the L-profile in the direction of the roof surface. The unneeded tines, which are arranged in the region of profiled bumps, wave crests or upper straps, on the other hand, are not bent downwards, but remain in the plane of the base section regardless of their stamped outline.
Vorzugsweise jedoch verjüngen sich die Zinken jeweils in Richtung zu ihren zur Dachfläche weisenden freien Enden und/oder laufen in Richtung ihrer freien Enden spitz zu.Optionally, the tines may be formed as strips of constant width with edged or rounded tip. Preferably, however, the tines each taper toward their free ends facing the roof surface and / or taper toward their free ends.
The present invention also relates to a designed as an L-profile rail snow and / or Eisfangvorrichtung, especially for roof surfaces which are inclined from ridge in the eaves direction and profiled in the direction of inclination, comprising a flat or slightly curved and / or wavy base portion and a leg adjoining a longitudinal side. In the base portion a plurality of formed and / or punched tines is provided, which are each formed as tongues, which are angled along a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the L-profile bend and / or bending line. The L-profile rail may in particular be formed by a sheet-metal profile section, in which the prongs are preferably regularly spaced from each other and each have the same lengths. The L-profile rail may, for example, have a sheet thickness of 2 to 3 mm, wherein the material used may be, in particular, painted or powder-coated steel sheet, optionally with electrogalvanizing or hot dip galvanizing, an enamel coating or the like. In addition, other types of metals are also suitable for producing such rails, such as copper, stainless steel (stainless steel grades, aluminum or corresponding copper- or aluminum-containing or -based alloys.) Sensible dimensions can be, for example, length units of the profile rail between about 0.5 to about In principle, however, the profile rail can have almost any desired lengths, for example the base section can have a width of between 80 and 150 mm, as can the barrier section For example, tines may each have lengths of between 50 and 120 mm, with tongue widths of, for example, between 10 and 25 mm. The distances between the tongues may, for example, be between approximately 25 and 75 mm. In the region of the bending line to the barrier, a plurality of elongated holes may preferably be provided in the base section in order to be able to easily screw the base section onto the roof surface. The elongated holes allow any mounting on crests or profile elevations of the profiled roof surface, regardless of the respective profile pitches and / or the distances between the peaks and / or troughs or the profile elevations or profile sinks. In addition, the barrier portion may be slightly bent at its upper edge in the firing direction of the roof. Basically, it is irrelevant for the function, whether the base portion and / or the barrier are curved or profiled flat or in the longitudinal direction of the rail and how this curvature or profiling dimensioned, if available. If such a profiling is present at least in the base section, the prongs preferably also have the profiling, which, however, does not impair or influence their function in any way.
Finally, the invention comprises a roof surface inclined from the ridge in the eaves direction and profiled in the direction of inclination, comprising at least one snow and / or icing device, which is continuous or interrupted and partially attached near a eaves, and which comprises a rail extending transversely to the direction of inclination of the roof surface. which has an L-profile with an approximately parallel to the roof surface extending base portion and an adjoining, opposite the roof surface towering barrier, characterized by a plurality of formed in the base portion tines, which each include an acute angle with the surface of the base portion and in the firing direction have an angle to the roof surface. In principle, a plurality of parallel rows of such snow and / or Eisfangvorrichtungen can be mounted on the roof surface, optionally in a continuous configuration or as a single or multiple interrupted rails that can be arranged in the parallel rows, for example, offset from each other on the roof surface, if the expected snow loads require this or make sense.
If in the present context of an operating position or an activated position of the tines is mentioned, so that is the angled position after mounting the rail on the roof surface meant. The pre - cut tines, which are in the Area of wave or profile valleys of the profiled roof, can be bent with simple tools and bent down so they can fulfill their actual task, the stopping of slipping snow and / or ice loads in an optimal manner. If, in the context of the present description, also wave troughs and wave crests of the profiled roof are mentioned, all conceivable shapes and contours of profiled valleys and profiled elevations of the profiled roof are therefore included in the same way. These troughs or profile valleys may, for example, be referred to as lower chords of the profile. The wave crests or profile elevations may, for example, also be referred to as upper chords of the profile.
