Claims (13)
- Turbinenrad (10), das eine Rotationsachse (X) aufweist und umfaßt:- eine Scheibe (12) mit einem Umfang und einer Seitenfläche (12a),- eine Vielzahl von Schaufeln (14), die an der Scheibe (12) angebracht sind, wobei eine jede der Schaufeln (14) einen Schaufel (14)-Fuß (20) und einen axial vorspringenden ersten Haken (22) umfaßt, wobei der erste Haken (22) radial ausgerichtet ist und eine erste Nut (24) definiert, die sich in Richtung der Rotationsachse (X) des Turbinenrades (10) radial öffnet,- wobei die Scheibe (12) eine Reihe von zweiten Haken (26) umfaßt, die von ihrer Seitenfläche (12a) auf der gleichen Seite wie die ersten Haken (22) axial vorspringen, wobei jeder zweite Haken (26) radial ausgerichtet ist und eine zweite Nut (28) definiert, die sich in Richtung der Rotationsachse (X) des Turbinenrades (10) radial öffnet,- einen axialen Haltering (30), der wenigstens einen Anschlag (32) umfaßt und in den ersten Nuten (24) und in den zweiten Nuten (28) angeordnet ist, um die Schaufeln (14) gegenüber der Scheibe (12) axial zu halten,- wobei das Turbinenrad (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß der Anschlag (32) zwischen zwei benachbarten Schaufel (14)-Füßen (20) angeordnet ist, um die Azimutbewegungen des Rings (30) zu begrenzen.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (32) von einer axialen Seite des Rings (30) axial vorspringt.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (32) an einem inneren Ringabschnitt (30b) des Rings (30) angeordnet ist.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (32) zwischen den ersten Haken (22) von zwei benachbarten Schaufel (14)-Füßen (20) angeordnet ist.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (32) genau unter einem der zweiten Haken (26) angeordnet ist.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mindestabstand zwischen dem äußeren Umfangsrand (30e) des Rings (30) und dem Anschlag (32) größer als die Tiefe von einer der zweiten Nuten (28) ist.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Haken (22) einer jeden der Schaufeln (14) von dem Fuß (20) der Schaufeln (14) radial vorspringt.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (20) einer jeden der Schaufeln (14) in eine sich am Umfang der Scheibe (12) öffnende Aufnahme (18) eingesteckt ist, wobei die Aufnahmen (18) durch Zähne (16) getrennt sind, wobei jeder zweite Haken (26) von einem der Zähne (16) vorspringt.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (32) Kontaktflächen aufweist, die geeignet sind, einen flächigen Kontakt mit Auflageflächen der beiden Schaufel (14)-Füße (20), die die Aziumutbewegung des Rings (30) begrenzen, herzustellen.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (30) einen dem Anschlag (32) diametral gegenüberliegenden Schlitz (34) aufweist.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (30) die allgemeine Form eines Rings mit einer Achse (X) aufweist, wobei der Schwerpunkt (G) des Rings (30) auf der Achse (X) liegt.
- Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (30) lediglich mit den zweiten Haken (26) radial zusammenwirkt.
- Turbomaschine (100), die ein Turbinenrad (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 umfaßt.
