Claims (13)
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung, umfassend:- ein Grundöl;- ein Detergens und- eine Aminverbindung mit der folgenden allgemeinen Formel (I):worin R1 für eine Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 1 bis 50 Kohlenstoffatomen steht und R2 aus der Gruppe bestehend aus H und einer Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 1 bis 50 Kohlenstoffatomen ausgewählt ist; wobei die Aminverbindung in einem Gehalt von mehr als 0,3 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Schmiermittelzusammensetzung, vorliegt,

wobei das Detergens aus neutralen und überalkalisierten Metalldetergentien mit einer Gesamtbasenzahl (Total Base Number) gemäß ASTM D 2896 von 20 bis 450 ausgewählt ist, wobei die Zusammensetzung mindestens 8 Gew.-% des Detergens, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, umfasst und wobei die Zusammensetzung eine Gesamtbasenzahl (Total Base Number, TBN) gemäß ASTM D 2896 von mehr als 20 mg KOH/g aufweist. - Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Aminverbindung in einem Gehalt von weniger als 2,5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Schmiermittelzusammensetzung, vorliegt.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Aminverbindung in einem Gehalt im Bereich von 0,4 Gew.-% bis 2,4 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Schmiermittelzusammensetzung, vorliegt.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Aminverbindung in einem Gehalt im Bereich von 0,5 Gew.-% bis 2,0 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Schmiermittelzusammensetzung, vorliegt.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei R2 für H steht.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei R1 für eine Kohlenwasserstoffgruppe mit 8 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Zusammensetzung mindestens 10 Gew.-% des Detergens, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung, umfasst.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das Detergens aus einem Detergens vom Sulfonat-Typ, einem Detergens vom Phenat-Typ oder einer Mischung davon ausgewählt ist.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Zusammensetzung eine Gesamtbasenzahl (Total Base Number, TBN) von höchstens 75 mg KOH/g gemäß ASTM D 2896 aufweist.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Zusammensetzung eine Gesamtbasenzahl (Total Base Number, TBN) von höchstens 65 mg KOH/g gemäß ASTM D 2896 aufweist.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei die Zusammensetzung eine kinematische Viskosität bei 100°C von mehr als 5,6 mm2/s und weniger als 21,9 mm2/s aufweist.
- Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die Zusammensetzung keine anderen Additive als ein oder mehrere Detergentien, ein oder mehrere Dispergiermittel und eine oder mehrere Aminverbindungen mit der allgemeinen Formel (I) enthält.
- Verwendung einer Schmiermittelzusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Verbesserung einer oder mehrerer der Korrosionsverschleißschutzeigenschaften gemäß ASTM G181 und der gemäß ASTM D 2896 gemessenen BN-Retentions- und BN-Nutzungseigenschaften.
