In order to enable a reliable, possibly interchangeable and thereby reproducible attachment of the information carrier card to the container arrangement, guide means are provided. Preferably, the guide means for a linear guide of the information carrier card are formed so that it can be inserted along a linear, in particular rectilinear, guide path in the receiving shaft or pushed out of this. The information carrier card can thus be optionally introduced into the receiving shaft, at least one of its two card surfaces is visible through the viewing window.
The guide means comprise an L-shaped profiled guide rail, which has a groove-shaped guide slot for a peripheral guide of the information carrier card and which extends parallel to the outer surface of the container wall. The L-shaped profiled guide rail is attached to the outer surface of the container base or the container lid and allows with its groove-shaped guide slot easy guidance and definition of the information carrier card. In this case, a clear width of the limited by the L-shaped profiled guide rail guide slot is preferably selected such that the information carrier card between the guide rail and the outer surface of the container wall is reliably guided. Preferably, the receiving shaft is designed for frictional fixing of the information carrier card. This is achieved, for example, in that the clear width of the guide slot is selected to be only a few percent larger than the thickness of the information carrier card.
An end-side, open end region of the guide rail opens close to, in particular flush with, a terminating edge of the container wall of the container lower part or of the container lid. Thus, the information carrier card is reliably guided in the region of the end edge. As a result, the risk of damage to the information carrier card when inserting or removing machines or components in or out of the container assembly is low.
It is advantageous that the open end region of the guide rail is arranged on the container lower part or container lid such that it is in a closed position of the container lower part is closed to the container lid. By this measure it is achieved that the information carrier card is secured in the closed position of the container base relative to the container lid against accidental falling out or unauthorized removal. The container cover or the container lower part lying opposite the receiving shaft in the closed position can, for example, be designed in such a way that it rests flat on an end face of the guide rail. In the open position of the container base relative to the container lid, the information carrier card can be removed from the receiving shaft or inserted into the receiving shaft.
It is also advantageous that the container lid has a first engagement structure arranged on the upper side and the container lower part has a second engagement structure arranged on the underside, wherein the two engagement structures are matched to one another such that in the stacked state of two containers the upper first engagement structure of the lower container and the underlying second engagement structure of the upper container engage each other such that on the one hand, the two containers are secured transversely to the stacking direction relative to each other and on the other by engaging transversely to the stacking Hintergreifbestandteile the engagement structures a lifting of the upper container from the lower container at least partially preventing locking between the containers. As a result, a plurality of container arrangements can be firmly connected to a container stack, which is then transported as a complete assembly.
Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
It is useful if hinge means are provided for a pivotable attachment of the container lid to the container base, wherein a pivot axis of the hinge means is parallel to adjacent adjacent end edges of the container base and the container lid. The hinge means allow a captive arrangement of the container lid on the container base. In a substantially cubic container arrangement, the hinge means extend parallel to substantially rectilinear end edges of the container base and container lid. In this way, the container lid can be pivoted about the pivot axis relative to the container base to open or close the container assembly.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the container lid is box-shaped or cup-shaped and comprises at least one edge-side, circumferential second container wall. As a result, the volume of space of the container assembly is at least partially co-determined by the container lid, whereby an advantageous access to the recorded in the container assembly machines or parts can be ensured depending on the application for the container assembly.
Preferably, the guide means are designed such that a card surface of an information carrier card inserted into the receiving shaft is aligned at least substantially parallel to the container wall. This allows a particularly compact arrangement of the information carrier card on the container arrangement.
It is expedient if the guide means are designed such that an information carrier card inserted into the receiving shaft is flush with an end edge facing the opposite container lower part or container lid the container wall closes. This ensures that the information carrier card does not protrude in an annoying manner beyond the terminal edge of the container wall even when the container arrangement is open. In this way it can be avoided that the information carrier card is possibly damaged when inserting or removing machines or components into or out of the container arrangement.
It is advantageous if the guide means comprise two guide rails, which are arranged opposite each other and with their groove-shaped guide slots facing each other. By means of the two guide rails, the information carrier card can be guided at two opposite end portions, for example at the opposite longitudinal sides or opposite broad sides. Preferably, the distance of the two guide rails is dimensioned such that the information carrier card can not tilt in the guide rails during insertion or removal, in particular not about a normal to the outer surface of the container wall aligned pivot axis.
It is expedient if the groove-shaped guide slots of the two guide rails are aligned parallel to each other. This ensures that the information carrier card can be inserted with little force into the receiving shaft and removed from it. Preferably, the groove-shaped guide slots are aligned transversely to an end edge of the container wall and extend parallel to the container wall.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the container wall has a recess in a region between the guide rails, which forms a rear shaft wall of the receiving shaft to an arrangement of the information carrier card to ensure flush or set back against adjacent to the receiving shaft arranged container wall sections. With the help of the return of the space is created to avoid overhanging the information carrier card on adjacent to the receiving shaft arranged container wall sections. This is particularly advantageous in rough use of the container arrangement. By mounting the information carrier card flush with the surface or with respect to adjacent container wall sections, the information carrier card is prevented from being damaged during contact with other container arrangements.
Preferably, the guide rail is closed on one end side of the end portion opposite end portion of a transverse to the main extension of the groove-shaped guide slot wall portion end. By this wall portion, the length of the guide rail is set to a predetermined amount, which is preferably dimensioned such that the information carrier card is completely received in the guide rail. The wall section then serves as a stop to prevent positioning of the information carrier card outside a default position, in particular a too deep insertion of the information carrier card in the receiving shaft. Preferably, the information carrier card between the wall portions of the groove-shaped guide slots cantilevered in the guide means is added. As a result, on the one hand a static overdetermination for the information carrier card is avoided, which would possibly bring unfavorable insertion and / or removal of the information carrier card in or out of the receiving shaft with it. On the other hand, when producing the container arrangement in the plastic injection molding process, an advantageous design for the area of the receiving shaft is achieved become. For this reason in particular, no shoulder for supporting the information carrier card is arranged between the guide rails.
Preferably, the guide means for a low-back recording an information carrier card with the format ID-1 according to ISO 7816 are formed. Under a low-play recording of the information carrier card is to be understood that the information carrier card can be inserted without great effort into the receiving shaft or removed from the receiving shaft, but reliably received in the receiving shaft usually occurring in the container assembly loads. Here, for example, rough transport conditions are to be considered, in which it must be avoided that the information carrier card can fall out of the receiving shaft.
At least one, in particular made of plastic material, information carrier card is preferably included, which is accommodated in particular in a receiving shaft. With the aid of the information carrier card, specific information about the respective container arrangement can be stored in a simple manner and assigned to the respective container arrangement.
It is advantageous if the information carrier card is formed in the format ID-1 according to ISO 7816, wherein the card surface of the information carrier card can be formed printed with information. For example, the information carrier card is a warranty card on which the warranty information relevant to the machine or parts delivered in the container assembly and which is labeled, for example, by the laser printing method. Particularly preferred is the information carrier card at least partially provided with a label field that can be filled out later by a user using a waterproof pen to supplement more information on the information carrier card.
The information carrier card preferably has a wirelessly readable or wirelessly readable and wirelessly writable electronic component that is designed for electronic data storage. By way of example, the electronic component is an RFID tag (Radio Frequency Identification TAG) which can be read out and / or written to with electromagnetic waves. Such an electronic component enables the storage of a large amount of information on the information carrier card. Thus, for example, data about the device received in the container assembly or the corresponding parts up to authentication data for a warranty card can be stored.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the viewing window of the receiving shaft is made of a transparent material, so that an inserted into the receiving shaft information carrier card is received between the rear shaft wall and the transparent viewing window. The viewing window thus has a protective function for the information carrier card, it forms a transparent protective layer between the at least partially provided with information card surface of the information carrier card and the environment, so that mechanical loads do not act directly on the card surface.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the viewing window of the receiving shaft can be formed as a recess, so that the card surface is directly accessible from the outside. As a result, a particularly simple design of the receiving shaft is achieved.
