Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Unterputz-LED-Leuchte mit einem in einer handelsüblichen UP-Gerätedose installierbaren Gerätesockel, welcher ein Netzteil/Konverter, eine Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung hierzu, eine Anschlusseinheit für 230V-Netzleitungen, eine Montageplatte sowie ein Leuchtmittel in Form mindestens einer LED umfasst.
- Aus der
DE 10 2009 022 401 A1 ist eine aus einem Basisgerät als erste Funktionseinheit und einem Leuchtengehäuse als zweite Funktionseinheit bestehende Leuchte bekannt, wobei das Basisgerät zur Montage in einer handelsüblichen UP-Gerätedose geeignet ist und einen Konverter inklusive Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung, eine Anschlusseinheit für Netzleitungen, eine elektrische Anschlussbuchse und eine Montageplatte mit Verbindungsmitteln für die Befestigung an der UP-Gerätedose aufweist. Das Leuchtengehäuse weist mindestens ein Leuchtmittel, ein Fenster zum Austritt des erzeugten Lichts, einen korrespondierend zur Anschlussbuchse ausgebildeten elektrischen Stecker und Verbindungsmittel für die Befestigung am Basisgerät auf. - Aufgrund der Integration des Konverters in die UP-Gerätedose ist eine geschmackvolle Ausgestaltung mit möglichst kleiner und flacher Bauform der außen sichtbaren Komponenten der Leuchte, d. h. des Leuchtengehäuses ermöglicht. Der Einsatz energieeffizienter Leuchtmittel, welche meist eine im Vergleich zur 230V-Netzspannung herabgesetzte Spannung erfordern, wird wesentlich erleichtert. Im Vergleich zu allgemein üblichen Wandleuchten besteht der Leitungsauslass nicht aus einem aus der Wand heraushängenden Stück Installationsleitung, sondern der Leitungsauslass ist in der UP-Gerätedose integriert. Dies hat Vorteile hinsichtlich der elektrischen Sicherheit bei Renovierungsmaßnahmen, z. B. beim Tapezieren der Wand, d. h. bei Renovierungsarbeiten ist ein gefahrloses Übertapezieren und nachträgliches Freischneiden sichergestellt. Im Vergleich zu einer üblichen Wandleuchte ist bei der Installation eine feste Zuordnung von Phase und Nulleiter des Netzes zu bestimmten Anschlüssen des Basisgeräts gegeben, wodurch ein sachgerechter Anschluss wesentlich erleichtert wird. Die Gefahr des Anbohrens der elektrischen Leitung am Leitungsauslass beim Befestigen der Leuchte ist nicht mehr gegeben. Aufgrund der vom Konverter sekundärseitig erzeugten, vom Netz getrennten, berührbaren Kleinspannung müssen hinsichtlich der außen sichtbaren Komponenten der Leuchte keine isolierenden Maßnahmen getroffen werden und der Freiheitsgrad zur Entwicklung unterschiedlicher Designvarianten der Leuchte wird stark erhöht.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine optimierte Unterputz-LED-Leuchte anzugeben.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine Unterputz-LED-Leuchte mit einem in einer handelsüblichen UP-Gerätedose installierbaren Gerätesockel, welcher ein Netzteil/Konverter, eine Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung hierzu, eine Anschlusseinheit für 230V-Netzleitungen, eine Montageplatte sowie ein Leuchtmittel in Form mindestens einer LED umfasst, wobei eine den Gerätesockel abdeckende Zentralscheibe als Lichtaustrittsscheibe mit einer das vom Leuchtmittel erzeugte Licht empfangenden, drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube und einem Lichtauslass ausgebildet ist, wobei die Lichtführungshaube als Drehhebel für eine Drehbewegung dient und in einer vorgegebenen Drehbewegungs-Position automatisch eine Abschaltung des Leuchtmittels erfolgt, bewirkt von der Lichtführungshaube.
- Vorzugsweise umfasst der Gerätesockel einen in Form eines Reed-Relais ausgeführten Schalter.
- Dabei kann der Schalter mittels eines an der drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube angebrachten Permanentmagneten beaufschlagbar sein.
- Des Weiteren kann der Schalter mittels eines feststehenden Permanentmagneten magnetisch vorgespannt sein.
- Diese magnetische Vorspannung kann durch den an der drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube angebrachten Permanentmagneten aufgehoben werden.
- Diese magnetische Vorspannung kann alternativ hierzu auch durch eine an der drehbewegliche Lichtführungshaube angebrachte Metallabschirmung aufgehoben werden.
- Parallel zum Schalter kann ein Widerstand angeordnet sein, um derart eine Orientierungsbeleuchtung mit verminderter Helligkeit an Stelle einer Ausschaltung zu realisieren.
- Optional kann ein Miniaturschalter in Reihe zum Widerstand angeordnet sein, wodurch anwenderseitig wahlweise eine Orientierungsbeleuchtung mit verminderter Helligkeit oder eine Ausschaltung wählbar ist.
- Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass zum Einen die Lichtaustrittsöffnung in beliebiger Weise, auch während des Betriebes, in gewünschter Weise um bis zu 360° verstellbar ist und dass zum Anderen in einer bestimmten, vorab frei bestimmbaren / definierbaren Stellung automatisch das Licht ausgeschaltet wird. Die Lichtführungshaube dient quasi gleichzeitig zur Führung des Lichtes und als Drehhebel zum Schalten des Lichtes. Ein separater Schalter zum Einschalten/Ausschalten der Unterputz-LED-Leuchte ist entbehrlich. Ferner wird ein Stand-Alone-Installationsgerät geschaffen, welches sehr einfach in ein Installationsgeräte-Programm integrierbar ist. Die Unterputz-LED-Leuchte kann mit beliebigen Komponenten eines konventionellen Installationsgeräte-Programms für Steckdosen /Schalter / Taster / Dimmer kombiniert werden, desgleichen wird ein konventioneller Abdeckrahmen dieses konventionellen Installationsgeräte-Programms eingesetzt. Unter konventionellen Installationsgeräte-Programmen werden dabei Programme verstanden, wie sie von zahlreichen Installationsgeräte-Herstellern vertrieben werden und verschiedene Wippschalter-Einsätze, Wipptaster-Einsätze, Dimmer-Einsätze, Steckdosen-Einsätze sowie Wippen und Abdeckrahmen 1fach, 2fach, 3fach, 4fach in bestimmten Designs und bestimmten Farben beinhalten. Des Weiteren sind alle vorstehend zur
DE 10 2009 022 401 A1 angeführten Vorteile in gleicher Art und Weise gegeben. - Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend an Hand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele erläutert. Es zeigen:

- In
Fig. 1 ist ein seitlicher Schnitt durch eine Unterputz-LED-Leuchte dargestellt. Es ist eine einen Gerätesockel 3, eine drehbewegliche Zentralscheibe 12 und einen Abdeckrahmen 18 umfassende Unterputz-LED-Leuchte 1 zu erkennen, wobei im Gerätesockel 3 ein Netzteil/Konverter, eine Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung hierzu und eine Anschlusseinheit für 230V-Netzleitungen und (optional) Busleitungen integriert sind. Der Gerätesockel 3 weist eine Montageplatte 4 (Tragring) auf, so dass eine Installation des Gerätesockels 3 in einer handelsüblichen UP-Gerätedose (entsprechend DIN 49073, mit 60 mm Durchmesser) ermöglicht ist. In einer zentralen Sicke dieser Montageplatte 4 ist eine Leiterplatte 5 befestigt, welche - ein Leuchtmittel 6 in Form mindestens einer, vorzugsweise mehrerer Leuchtdiode(n),
- einen als Reed-Relais ausgeführten Schalter 7,
- optional einen feststehenden Permanentmagneten 8,
- optional einen Widerstand (in
Fig. 1 nicht gezeigt, siehe hierzu den Widerstand 9 in denFiguren 3 und 4 ) - optional einen Miniaturschalter (in
Fig. 1 nicht gezeigt, siehe hierzu den Miniaturschalter 10 inFig. 4 ) - Die drehbewegliche Zentralscheibe 12 ist mit einer drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube 13 versehen, welche in einen drehbeweglichen Lichtauslass 14 mündet. Auf diese Weise ist es durch Drehen der Zentralscheibe 12 möglich, das mittels des Leuchtmittels 6 produzierte Licht über die Lichtführungshaube 13 und den Lichtauslass 14 in eine gewünschte Abstrahlrichtung zu lenken. Optional können die Zentralscheibe 12 oder die Lichtführungshaube 13 an ihrer dem Gerätessockel 3 zugewandten Unterseite einen drehbeweglichen Permanentmagneten 15 oder alternativ hierzu eine drehbewegliche Metallabschirmung (in
Fig. 1 nicht gezeigt, siehe hierzu die Metallabschirmung 16 in denFiguren 5 und 6 ) aufweisen. - In
Fig. 2 ist eine Schaltskizze zu einer mittels eines drehbeweglichen Permanentmagneten ein- und ausschaltbaren Unterputz-LED-Leuchte dargestellt. Das Leuchtmittel 6, z. B. aus vier in Serie geschalteten LEDs, liegt in Reihe zum Schalter 7 zwischen den positiven/negativen Ausgangsklemmen des Konverters. Der Schalter 7 ist in Form eines Öffners ausgebildet, d. h. im Ruhezustand (ohne Magnet-Beaufschlagung) sind seine beiden Schaltkontakte miteinander verbunden und bei Magnet-Beaufschlagung sind seine Schaltkontakte geöffnet.Fig. 2 zeigt die Position, bei welcher der drehbewegliche Permanentmagnet 15 den Schalter 7 beaufschlagt, wodurch seine Schaltkontakte geöffnet werden. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 ausgeschaltet. Sobald sich der Permanentmagnet 15 durch Drehen der Lichtführungshaube 13 vom Schalter 7 entfernt, nimmt der Schalter 7 seinen Ruhezustand ein, bei welchem die Schaltkontakte geschlossen sind. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 eingeschaltet. -
Fig. 3 ist eine Schaltskizze zu einer für eine Normalbeleuchtung mit voller Helligkeit und für eine Orientierungsbeleuchtung mit verminderter Helligkeit umschaltbaren Unterputz-LED-Leuchte dargestellt. Zusätzlich zur Schaltskizze gemäßFig. 2 ist bei dieser Variante ein Widerstand 9 parallel zum Schalter 7 angeordnet. Die sonstige Konfiguration ist wie unterFig.2 beschrieben. Im Unterschied zum Ausführungsbeispiel gemäßFig. 2 ergibt sich hierdurch bei geöffneten Schaltkontakten des Schalters 7 ein Strompfad vom Leuchtmittel 6 über den Widerstand 9, wodurch eine Orientierungsbeleuchtung realisiert wird. - In
Fig. 4 ist eine Variante zurFig. 3 dargestellt, bei welcher anwenderseitig zwischen einem Betrieb mit verminderter Helligkeit und einem ausgeschalteten Betrieb ausgewählt werden kann. Zusätzlich zur Schaltskizze gemäßFig. 3 ist bei dieser Variante ein Miniaturschalter 10 in Serie zum Widerstand 9 geschaltet. Die sonstige Konfiguration ist wie unter denFiguren 2 und 3 beschrieben. Im Unterschied zum Ausführungsbeispiel gemäßFig. 3 ergibt sich hierdurch die Möglichkeit der Auswahl, ob die Unterputz-LED-Leuchte 1 - vollkommen ausgeschaltet sein soll (hierzu wird der Miniaturschalter 10 geöffnet) oder
- im Sinne einer Orientierungsbeleuchtung betrieben werden soll (hierzu wird der Miniaturschalter geschlossen),

Fig. 5, 6 ist eine Sicht auf eine Unterputz-LED-Leuchte mit feststehendem Permanentmagnet und drehbeweglicher Metallabschirmung bei unterschiedlichen Schaltstellungen dargestellt. Bei dieser Variante ist der Schalter 7 in Form eines Schließers ausgebildet, d. h. im Ruhezustand (ohne Magnet-Beaufschlagung) sind seine beiden Schaltkontakte geöffnet und bei Magnet-Beaufschlagung sind seine Schaltkontakte miteinander verbunden. Eine Besonderheit dieser Variante ist des Weiteren, dass an der Rückseite der Zentralscheibe 12 abschnittsweise eine Metallabschirmung 16 angebracht ist, jedoch kein Permanentmagnet. Über den feststehenden Permanentmagneten 8 ist der Schalter 7 magnetisch vorgespannt, so dass seine Schaltkontakte geschlossen sind. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 eingeschaltet. Die Ausschaltung erfolgt durch entsprechendes Drehen der Lichtführungshaube 13, wodurch die an der Lichtführungshaube 13 befestigte Metallabschirmung 16 die magnetische Vorspannung durch Eintauchen zwischen Schalter 7 und Permanentmagnet 8 aufhebt. -
Fig. 5 zeigt die Position, bei welcher sich die drehbewegliche Metallabschirmung 16 der Zentralscheibe 12 zwischen dem Schalter 7 und dem feststehenden Permanentmagnet 8 befindet. Folglich kann der Permanentmagnet 8 keinerlei Wirkung auf den Schalter 7 ausüben und dessen Schaltkontakte sind geöffnet (Ruhezustand). Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 ausgeschaltet.Fig. 6 zeigt die Position, bei welcher die Metallabschirmung 16 durch Drehen der Lichtführungshaube 13 aus dem Zwischenraum zwischen Schalter 7 und Permanentmagnet 8 herausgeschwenkt ist, so dass der feststehende Permanentmagnet 8 den Schalter 7 beaufschlagt. Folglich nimmt der Schalter 7 einen Zustand ein, bei welchem seine Schaltkontakte geschlossen sind. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 eingeschaltet. - In
Fig. 7, 8 ist eine Sicht auf eine Unterputz-LED-Leuchte mit drehbeweglichem Permanentmagnet bei unterschiedlichen Schaltstellungen dargestellt. Bei dieser Variante ist kein feststehender Permanentmagnet vorgesehen. Der Schalter 7 ist in Form eines Öffners ausgebildet, d. h. im Ruhezustand (ohne Magnet-Beaufschlagung) sind seine beiden Schaltkontakte geschlossen und bei Magnet-Beaufschlagung sind seine Schaltkontakte geöffnet.Fig. 7 zeigt die Position, bei welcher der drehbewegliche Permanentmagnet 15 unmittelbar auf den Schalter 7 einwirkt, so dass dessen Schaltkontakte geöffnet werden. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 ausgeschaltet.Fig. 8 zeigt die Position, bei welcher der Permanentmagnet 15 durch Drehen der Lichtführungshaube 13 aus dem Einwirkungsbereich für den Schalter 7 herausgeschwenkt ist, so dass der der Schalter 7 seine Ruheposition einnimmt, bei welcher die Schaltkontakte geschlossen sind. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 eingeschaltet. - In
Fig. 9, 10 ist eine Sicht auf eine Unterputz-LED-Leuchte mit feststehendem und drehbeweglichem Permanentmagnet bei unterschiedlichen Schaltstellungen dargestellt. Bei dieser Variante ist der Schalter 7 in Form eines Schließers ausgebildet, d. h. im Ruhezustand (ohne Magnet-Beaufschlagung) sind seine beiden Schaltkontakte geöffnet und bei Magnet-Beaufschlagung sind seine Schaltkontakte miteinander verbunden. Über den feststehenden Permanentmagneten 8 ist der Schalter 7 magnetisch vorgespannt, so dass seine Schaltkontakte geschlossen sind. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 eingeschaltet. Die Ausschaltung erfolgt durch entsprechendes Drehen der Lichtführungshaube 13, wodurch der an der Lichtführungshaube 13 befestigte Permanentmagnet 15 die magnetische Vorspannung durch gegensinnige Polung beider Permanentmagnete 8, 15 aufhebt. -
Fig. 9 zeigt die Position, bei welcher sich sowohl der feststehende Permanentmagnet 8 als auch der drehbewegliche Permanentmagnet 15 im Einwirkungsbereich des Schalters 7 befinden. Da die beiden Permanentmagnete 7, 15 hinsichtlich ihrer magnetischen Ausrichtung (magnetischer Nordpol / magnetischer Südpol) gegensätzlich angeordnet sind, heben sich ihre magnetischen Einflüsse auf den Schalter 7 auf, so dass sich dieser in seiner Ruheposition mit geöffneten Schaltkontakten befindet. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 ausgeschaltet.Fig. 10 zeigt die Position, bei welcher der Permanentmagnet 15 durch Drehen der Lichtführungshaube 13 aus dem Einwirkungsbereich für den Schalter 7 herausgeschwenkt ist, so dass lediglich der feststehende Permanentmagnet 8 magnetisch auf den Schalter einwirkt und dessen Schaltkontakte geschlossen werden. Folglich ist das Leuchtmittel 6 eingeschaltet. - Alternativ zum vorstehend im Detail erläuterten Ausführungsbeispiel mit einem in Form eines Reed-Relais ausgeführten Schalter ist es möglich, einen auf der Leiter-platte 5 montierten Mikroschalter zu verwenden, welcher durch einen an der Lichtführungshaube 13 befestigten Nocken eingeschaltet / ausgeschaltet wird.

Claims (8)
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) mit einem in einer handelsübliche UP-Gerätedose installierbaren Gerätesockel (3), welcher ein Netzteil/Konverter, eine Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung hierzu, eine Anschlusseinheit für 230V-Netzleitungen, eine Montageplatte (4) sowie ein Leuchtmittel (6) in Form mindestens einer LED umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine den Gerätesockel (3) abdeckende Zentralscheibe (12) als Lichtaustrittsscheibe mit einer das vom Leuchtmittel (6) erzeugte Licht empfangenden, drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube (13) und einem Lichtauslass (14) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Lichtführungshaube (13) als Drehhebel für eine Drehbewegung dient und in einer vorgegebenen Drehbewegungs-Position automatisch eine Abschaltung des Leuchtmittels (6) erfolgt, bewirkt von der Lichtführungshaube (13).
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gerätesockel (3) einen in Form eines Reed-Relais ausgeführten Schalter (7) umfasst.
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (7) mittels eines an der drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube (13) angebrachten Permanentmagneten (15) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalter (7) mittels eines feststehenden Permanentmagneten (8) magnetisch vorgespannt ist.
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube (13) eine Metallabschirmung (16) angebracht ist.
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gerätesockel (3) einen in Form eines Mikroschalters ausgeführten Schalter umfasst, welcher durch einen an der drehbeweglichen Lichtführungshaube (13) angebrachten Nocken eingeschaltet / ausgeschaltet wird.
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 2 oder 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zum Schalter (7) ein Widerstand (9) angeordnet ist.
- Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Miniaturschalter (10) in Reihe zum Widerstand (9) angeordnet ist.
