Erfindungsgemäß ist der Lukendeckel im Wesentlichen aus einem wärmedämmenden Isolationsmaterial gebildet. So wird erfindungsgemäß eine wesentlich verbesserte wärmedämmende Isolationseigenschaft einer erfindungsgemäßen Dachbodentreppe erreicht. Lukendeckel, welche im Wesentlichen aus einem wärmedämmenden Isolationsmaterial gebildet sind weisen ein sehr geringes Gewicht auf, wodurch die Montage einer erfindungsgemäßen Bodenabschlussvorrichtung wesentlich erleichtert wird. Weist der Deckel ein geringes Gewicht auf, ist das Ausrichten sowie das Befestigen des Lukendeckels an einem Befestigungsabschnitt von einer Person durchführbar. Insbesondere ist diese Ausführungsform bevorzugt, wenn das Scharnier des Lukendeckels formschlüssig mit dem Befestigungsabschnitt verbindbar ist. Die Montage einer so gebildeten Dachbodentreppe ist wesentlich vereinfacht. Durch eine so vereinfachte Montage können Zeit und Kosten gespart werden, auch ist die Sicherheit bei der Montage größer, da keine komplizierten Montagevorgänge durchgeführt werden müssen und keine hohen Gewichte von den montierenden Personen gehoben werden müssen. Zudem ist ein Wechsel des Lukendeckels aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung des Scharniers besonders einfach möglich, sodass auch nachträglich ohne großen Aufwand Lukendeckel aus wärmedämmendem Material (Isolationsmaterial) nachgerüstet werden können. Bevorzugt ist der gesamte Lukendeckel im Wesentlichen aus dem wärmedämmenden Isolationsmaterial gebildet. So weist der Lukendeckel keine Abschnitte auf, die eine geringere Wärmeisolationskraft haben, und die beiden durch die Dachbodentreppe getrennten Räume sind noch besser gegeneinander wärmeisoliert.According to the invention, the hatch cover is essentially formed from a heat-insulating insulation material. Die Dichtfunktion im Bereich 218 wird durch das (nicht dargestellte) formschlüssige Scharnier übernommen. Auf der hierzu gegenüberliegenden, rechten Seite in Figur 17 ist ein Bereich 220 angeordnet, der in Figur 17 unten als Detailansicht vergrößert dargestellt ist. Hier ist gezeigt, dass die Abdeckleiste 216b ohne Dichtfunktion den Rahmen 10 umgreift und die erste Abdeckleiste 216c, die auf die Stirnseite des Lukendeckels 6 aufgesetzt ist, mit der Dichtlippe 222 in dichtendem Kontakt mit dem Rahmen bzw. den Rahmen umgreifenden Abschnitt der Abdeckleiste 216b in Kontakt steht. Dadurch, dass die an dieser Seite dichtend wirkende Dichtlippe 222 nicht an dem Abdeckelement 216b, sondern der dem Lukendeckel 6 zugeordneten ersten Abdeckleiste 216c angeordnet ist, ergibt sich der Vorteil, dass die Dichtlippe erst dann in Anlage mit der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Rahmens 10 bzw. der Abdeckleiste 216b in Berührung kommt, wenn der Lukendeckel schon fast vollständig geschlossen ist. Dies ist deswegen vorteilhaft, weil bei einer Anordnung der Dichtlippe auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, beispielsweise an der Abdeckleiste 216b, die Dichtlippe schon in einem früheren Stadium, nämlich wenn die obere Kante des Lukendeckels bzw. der Abdeckleiste 216c an der Abdeckleiste 216b vorbei geleitet, in Berührung käme. Hierdurch würde der Verschleiß der Dichtlippe deutlich verstärkt.
