Bei dieser Riegelsicherung erfolgt die Krafteinleitung beim Türrahmen bzw. der Tür in vergleichsweise kleinen Bereichen, so daß sie hohen Belastungen nicht widerstehen kann. Nachteilig ist weiterhin, daß sie in Verriegelungsrichtung, also quer zur Trennfuge zwischen Tür und Türrahmen, eine große Längserstreckung aufweist und somit insbesondere an Fensterrahmen und dergleichen nicht bzw. nicht an den vorgesehenen Stellen anbringbar ist.

Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß insbesondere vorgeschlagen, daß eine Halterung für das vom Trägerteil abgenommene Verschlußteil vorgesehen ist, die eine seitlich des Trägerteiles angebrachte, eine Längsschiebebewegung zum Entriegeln der Halteteile zulassende Schwenklagerung aufweist, wobei die Längssschiebebewegung parallel zur Schwenkachse verläuft. Durch die Halterung für das vom Trägerteil abgenommene Verschlußteil ist das Verschlußteil auch in Verriegelungsstellung unverlierbar gehalten. Die eine Längsschiebebewegung zulassende Schwenklagerung ermöglicht, daß das Verschlußteil dabei bezüglich der insbesondere zum Verriegeln erforderliche Handhabungsbewegung geführt ist.
Diese Sicherungseinrichtung besteht in ihrer Grundform nur aus zwei einfachen Teilen, die selbst die Profilierung bzw. Gegenprofilierung aufweisen und durch das Aufschieben in Längsrichtung über eine große Eingriffslänge verriegeln und dementsprechend hochbelastbar sind. Wahlweise ist somit bei etwa gleicher Baugroße wie bisher eine wesentlich höhere Belastbarkeit erzielbar oder aber es lassen sich bei etwa gleicher Belastbarkeit wie bisher wesentlich kleinere Bauformen realisieren. Im letzteren Falle ist dann ein Einsatz auch unter sehr beengten Verhältnissen und/oder für eine sehr unauffällige Montage möglich.

Dadurch ist der zum Entriegeln notwendige Verschiebeweg zwischen den Halteteilen verkürzt, wobei mit zunehmender Anzahl der Ausnehmungen im Trägerteil und der dazu passenden profilabschnitte im Verschlußteil der notwendige Ent- oder Verriegelungs-Verschiebeweg abnimmt. In der Praxis hat sich eine Ausführung mit einer etwa mittigen Ausnehmung im Trägerteil und zwei äußeren Profilabschnitten im Verschlußteil als besonders vorteilhaft gezeigt. In Entriegelungsstellung befindet sich ein Profilabschnitt des Trägerteiles im Bereich der Ausnehmung des Verschlußteiles, so daß dieses abgenommen werden kann. In Verriegelungsstellung greifen alle Profilabschnitte des Trägerteiles und des Verschlußteiles ineinander.

Eine in Fig. 1 gezeigte Sicherungseinrichtung 1 ist beispielsweise an einem Fenster 2 (vgl. Fig. 9) und dabei an dessen Verschlußseite 3 angebracht.
Die Sicherungseinrichtung 1 dient zum Sichern von Fenstern und Türen gegen gewaltsames öffnen. Sie weist im wesentlichen zwei miteinander verriegelbare Halteteile auf, von denen eines am Fensterrahmen 4 (oder Türrahmen) und das andere am Fensterflügel 5 (oder Türblatt) angebracht sind. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist das am Fensterahmen 4 (vgl. Fig. 1 und 2) angebrachte Halteteil ein etwa schienenförmiges Trägerteil 6 und das andere Halteteil ist durch ein auf dieses Trägerteil 6 in Längsrichtung aufschiebbares Verschlußteil 7 gebildet.
Die Figuren 4 bis 8 lassen gut erkennen, daß das Trägerteil 6 eine Hinterschneidungsprofilierung 8 mit zwei längs in dessen Seitenwänden verlaufenden Nuten 9 aufweist. Im Querschnitt ist dadurch ein Doppel-T-Profil gebildet.
Das Verschlußteil 7 weist eine entsprechende Gegenprofilierung 10 auf.
Anstatt der im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigten Profilierungsform können auch andere Sicherungsprofilierungen, z. B. ein T-Profil, ein Rundprofil, eine Schwalbenschwanzführung oder dergleichen vorgesehen sein. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit, daß eine unsymmetrische Profilierung zumindest bei den Ausführungsformen gemäß Fig. 6 u. 7 einer Sicherungseinrichtung 1 vorgesehen sind, wobei zum Abfangen der auftretenden Torsionskräfte eine einerseits Zugkräfte, andererseits Druckkräfte gut abfangende Teilprofilierung vorgesehen ist.
Die Profilierung 8 und die Gegenprofilierung 10 können jeweils durchgehend über die gesamte Länge einerseits des Trägerteiles 6 und andererseits des Verschlußteiles 7 ausgebildet u s - sein, so daß dann die gesamte Baulänge der Sicherungseinrichtung zum übertragen der Verriegelungskräfte zur Verfügung steht. Diese Ausführungsform ermöglicht eine kleine Baugröße der Sicherungseinrichtung.
Zur übertragung der Haltekräfte müssen alle beteiligten Konstruktionselemente nach Möglichkeit gleiche Belastbarkeiten aufweisen. Dazu gehört auch die Befestigung des Trägerteiles 6 am Fensterrahmen 4.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Trägerteil 6 mit Hilfe von vier Schrauben 11 am Fensterrahmen 4 befestigt. Für eine entsprechend den auftretenden Belastungen angepaßte Dimensionierung dieser Schraubverbindung ist auch eine passende Größe des Trägerteiles 6 vorgesehen. Bei dieser Baugröße kann die Profilierung wie im Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, unterbrochen sein, ohne daß sich dadurch eine Belastungsminderung der Sicherungseinrichtung 1 ergibt. Wie in Fig. 1 und 8 erkennbar, ist die Hinterschneidungs-Profilierung 8 in einem mittleren Bereich der Längserstreckung des Trägerteiles 6 unterbrochen. In diesem Bereich sind die Profilierungsabschnitte 8a und 8b beidseitig stirnseitig zugänglich. Das Verschlußteil 7 hat äußere Gegenprofilierungsabschnitte 10a und 10b, die bezüglich ihrer Längserstreckung in die Ausnehmung 12 zwischen den Profilierungsabschnitten 8a und 8b des Trägerteiles 6 passen. Durch diese Ausbildung braucht das Verschlußteil 7 nicht über die gesamte Länge auf das Trägerteil 6 aufgeschoben werden, sondern es genügt ein Drittel des Verschiebeweges.
Trotzdem sind die Längen der miteinander verriegelnden Profile ausreichend dimensioniert, um die auftretenden Kräfte zu übertragen.
A security device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is attached, for example, to a window 2 (cf. FIG. 9) and thereby to its closure side 3.
The security device 1 is used to secure windows and doors against violent opening. It essentially has two interlocking holding parts, one of which is attached to the window frame 4 (or door frame) and the other to the window sash 5 (or door leaf). In the exemplary embodiment, the holding part attached to the window frame 4 (cf. FIGS. 1 and 2) is an approximately rail-shaped support part 6 and the other holding part is formed by a closure part 7 which can be pushed onto this support part 6 in the longitudinal direction.
FIGS. 4 to 8 clearly show that the carrier part 6 has an undercut profile 8 with two grooves 9 running longitudinally in its side walls. A double T-profile is thereby formed in cross section.
The closure part 7 has a corresponding counter-profile 10.
Instead of the profiling form shown in the exemplary embodiment, other securing profiles, e.g. B. a T-profile, a round profile, a dovetail guide or the like can be provided. There is also the possibility that an asymmetrical profiling at least in the embodiments according to FIG. 6 u. 7 of a securing device 1 are provided, partial profiling being provided to intercept tensile forces on the one hand and compressive forces on the other hand to intercept the torsional forces that occur.
The profiling 8 and the counter-profiling 10 can each be formed continuously over the entire length of the carrier part 6 on the one hand and the closure part 7 on the other hand, so that the entire length of the securing device is then available for transmitting the locking forces. This embodiment enables a small size of the safety device.
To transfer the holding forces, all construction elements involved must have the same load capacities if possible. This also includes the attachment of the carrier part 6 to the window frame 4.
In the exemplary embodiment, the carrier part 6 is fastened to the window frame 4 with the aid of four screws 11. A suitable size of the support part 6 is also provided for a dimensioning of this screw connection which is adapted to the loads which occur. With this size, the profiling can be interrupted, as shown in the exemplary embodiment, without resulting in a reduction in the load on the securing device 1. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 8, the undercut profiling 8 is interrupted in a central region of the longitudinal extent of the carrier part 6. In this area, the profiling sections 8a and 8b are accessible on both sides at the front. The closure part 7 has outer counter-profiling sections 10a and 10b, which with respect to their longitudinal extension into the recess 12 between the profiling sections 8a and 8b of the carrier part 6 fit. Due to this design, the closure part 7 does not have to be pushed over the entire length onto the carrier part 6, but a third of the displacement path is sufficient.
Nevertheless, the lengths of the interlocking profiles are dimensioned sufficiently to transmit the forces that occur.

Das Verschlußteil 7 kann als separates, loses Aufsteckteil ausgebildet sein, wobei dann in Verriegelungsstellung ein Schiebeanschlag vorhanden sein muß. Dies kann beispielsweise durch einen Querstift am Trägerteil oder am Verschlußteil gebildet sein.
Das Verschlußteil 7 hat seitlich neben dem Profilierungsbereich eine überstehende Schließlasche 13 (vgl. Fig. 2, 6 u. 7), die in Verriegelungsstellung über den Rand des Fensterflügels 5 greift und diesen gegen gewaltsames Öffnen sichert.
Wie bereits vorerwähnt, kann das Verschlußteil 7 als loses und vom Trägerteil 6 abnehmbares Teil ausgebildet sein. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Verschlußteil 7 unverlierbar über eine Halterung 14 (vgl. z. B. Fig. 2) mit dem Fensterflügel 5 verbunden. Diese Halterung 14 für das Verschlußteil 7 ist durch eine seitlich des Trägerteiles 6 am Fensterflügel 5 angebrachte Schwenklagerung 15 gebildet, die zusätzlich zur Schwenkbewegung auch eine Längsschiebebewegung des Verschlußteiles 7 zuläßt. Die Schwenklagerung 15 ist durch eine am Fensterflügel 5 anbringbare Scharnierhülse 16 sowie einen diese durchgreifende und mit dem Verschlußteil 7 verbundene Scharnierachse 17 gebildet.
Um die Umrißfläche des Verschlußteiles 7 und damit der gesamten Sicherungseinrichtung 1 nicht zu vergrößern, ist die Halterung 14, wie gut in Fig. 2 erkennbar, innerhalb des Umrisses des Verschlußteiles 7 angeordnet. Dieses weist dazu bei seiner Schließlasche 13 einen Ausschnitt 18 auf, dessen Enden zur Lagerung der Scharnierachse 17 dienen.
Die Halterung 14 ist so angeordnet, daß, ausgehend von der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Verriegelungsstellung, das Verschlußteil 7 nach oben geschoben werden kann, bis die Hinterschneidungsprofilierung 8 des Trägerteiles und die Gegenprofilierung des Verschlußteiles 7 außer Eingriff kommen. Anschließend kann das Verschlußteil 7 um die Schwenklagerung 15 aufgeklappt und dann in die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Lage nach unten verschoben werden.
Der Verschiebeweg des Verschlußteiles 7 bei der Schwenklagerung 15 richtet sich nach der Profilierungs-Eingriffslänge und auch der Anordnung dieser Profilierungen, beispielsweise mit mehreren Profilierungsabschnitten.
Um das Verschlußteil 7 in der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Aufschwenklage zu halten, kann die Scharnierhülse 16 und die Scharnierachse 17 eine Halteprofilierung aufweisen, beispielsweise eine im oberen Bereich der Scharnierachse befindliche Vierkantprofilierung und eine entsprechende Querschnittsform der Scharnierhülse, wobei der sich in Fig. 2 außerhalb der Scharnierhülse befindliche Bereich der Scharnierachse 17 rund ausgebildet ist. Wird nun das Verschlußteil 7 nach oben verschoben, ist in dieser angehobenen Stellung ein Aufschwenken möglich und nach dem Absenken in die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Lage greifen die Scharnierhülsen- und die Scharnierachsenprofilierungen ineinander und verhindern ein Verdrehen in dieser Lage. Erst durch Anheben des Verschlußteiles 7 bis diese Profilierung außer Eingriff kommt, kann dann wieder das Verschlußteil herumgeschwenkt und in Sicherungslage auf das Trägerteil 6 aufgeschoben werden.

This holder 14 for the closure part 7 is formed by a pivot bearing 15 attached to the side of the support part 6 on the window sash 5, which in addition to the pivoting movement also permits a longitudinal sliding movement of the closure part 7. The pivot bearing 15 is formed by a hinge sleeve 16 which can be attached to the window sash 5 and a hinge axis 17 which passes through it and is connected to the closure part 7.
In order not to enlarge the outline area of the closure part 7 and thus of the entire securing device 1, the holder 14 is arranged within the outline of the closure part 7, as can be seen clearly in FIG. The displacement of the closure part 7 in the pivot bearing 15 depends on the profiling engagement length and also the arrangement of these profilings, for example with several profiling sections.
In order to hold the closure part 7 in the pivoted-open position shown in FIG. 1, the hinge sleeve 16 and the hinge axis 17 can have a retaining profile, for example a square profile located in the upper region of the hinge axis and a corresponding cross-sectional shape of the hinge sleeve, the one shown in FIG area of the hinge axis 17 located outside the hinge sleeve is round. Der Sperrzylinder dieses Schlosses greift in Schließstellung in eine Bohrung 20 (vgl. Fig. 8) des Trägerteiles 6 ein und verhindert somit ein Längsverschieben des Verschlußteiles 7. Das Verschlußteil weist hier eine zusätzliche Schließlasche 13a auf, wobei sich der die Gegenprofilierung 10 aufweisende Bereich des Verschlußteiles 7 zwischen diesen beiden Schließlaschen 13, 13a befindet. Jede Schließlasche 13, 13a übergreift einen Fensterflügel 5. Im Schnitt ist diese Anordnung in unterschiedlichen Detailausführungsformen in den Figuren 4 u. 5 gezeigt. Je nach Ausführungsform der Fensterflügel 5 und des dazwischen befindlichen Setzholzes 21 können bei den Anlageflächen des Trägerteiles 6 oder des Verschlußteiles 7 zum Höhenausgleich Unterlagen 22 vorgesehen sein.
Auch bei der "Einfach-Ausführung" gemäß Fig. 6 und 7 zum Sichern eines einflügeligen Fensters können entsprechende Unterlagen 22 angeordnet sein.

Insbesondere durch die "innenliegende" Gegenprofilierung 10 des Verschlußteiles 7 überdeckt dieses in Verriegelungsstellung das Trägerteil 6 und dabei insbesondere auch dessen Befestigungsschrauben 11 so, daß sowohl diese Befestigungsstellen als auch das Trägerteil 6 praktisch allseitig unzugänglich abgedeckt sind. Außerdem sind insbesondere auch im Umfangsbereich der in Verriegelungsstellung befindlichen Sicherungseinrichtung keine überstände vorhanden, die mit einem Hebelwerkzeug untergriffen werden könnten. Auch dies erschwert eine Demontage der direkt zugänglichen Sicherungseinrichtung.
Die beiden im wesentlichen die Sicherungseinrichtung bildenden Halteteile 6 und 7 bestehen vorzugsweise aus Aluminiumdruckguß. Dies ermöglicht eine kostengünstige Serienfertigung und außerdem ist dadurch die erforderliche Festigkeit vorhanden.
Versuche haben gezeigt, daß mit der erfindungsgemäßen Sicherungseinrichtung die höchste Einbruchs-Sicherungsklasse erreicht werden kann, wobei die Sicherungseinrichtung bezüglich der Festigkeit eine gleiche Stabilität wie die übrigen damit zusammenwirkenden Konstruktionselemente aufweist.

Claims (13)

  1. A safety device (1) for securing windows (2) and doors against opening by force, said device having retaining members which are adapted to be fitted to the window frame (4) or door frame and to the window wing (5) or door leaf and to be brought into an interlocking position, wherein the retaining members are single parts which are separate or separable from each other and are composed on the one hand by a generally rail-like carrier part (6) having undercut profiling (8) and a slip-on or locking part (7) which has mating profiling (10) and is adapted to be pushed onto said carrier part in the longitudinal direction, characterized in that a holder (14) is provided for the locking part (7) removed from the carrier part (6) and has a swivel bearing (15) which is mounted at the side of the carrier part (6) and allows a longitudinal sliding movement for unlocking the retaining members, the longitudinal sliding movement running parallel to the swivel axis.
  2. A safety device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the slip-on or locking part (7) has at least one locking plate (13) engaging over the edge of the window wing or door wing in the locking position.
  3. A safety device as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the swivel bearing (15) is formed by a hinge sleeve (16) which is adapted to be fitted to the window wing or door leaf and by a hinge pin (17) which passes therethrough and is connected to the locking part (7).
  4. A safety device as claimedin any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the undercut profiling (8) of the carrier part (6) is formed by at least two grooves (9) running lengthwise in the side walls of said carrier part and that the carrier part (6) is preferably of approximately T-shaped or double T-shaped configuration in cross section.
  5. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the mating profiling (10) of the locking part (7) is formed by a groove located directly therein or possibly by a counter-shaping.
  6. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the carrier part (6) has in the course of its longitudinal expanse at least one recess (12) clearing the end face of the undercut profiling (8) thereof and that the locking part (7) has mating profile portion(s) (10a, 10b) fitting in the recess(es).
  7. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the hinge sleeve (16) and hinge pin (17) have a retaining profiling interengaging in the lowered, swung-on position of the locking part (7).
  8. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the hinge-like swing-slide holder (14) for the locking part (7) is situated generally within the outer contour of the locking part in the closed position of the latter.
  9. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a safety lock (19), preferably a cylinder lock, is provided to safeguard the locking position of carrier part (6) and locking part (7).
  10. A safety device as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that the safety lock (19) is arranged in the area between two profile portions (10a, 10b) of the locking part (7) and has its locking cylinder or the like engaging with a recess (20) of the carrier part (6).
  11. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the mounting locations of the carrier part (6) are covered, particularly so as to be inaccessible all round, by the locking part (7) situated in the locking position.
  12. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the profiling (8, 10) on the carrier part (7) and locking part (7) are of asymmetric configuration corresponding to the torsional forces arising.
  13. A safety device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the two retaining members (6, 7) consist of aluminium die casting.
