Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a connecting element, preferably for use in dry construction for the formation of known support-bolt connections.
The drywall is distinguished from the conventional construction in that no hydrous building materials, such as concrete or plaster, are used for the construction of components and therefore can be dispensed with the usual dehydration times. In this context, spatial structures, walls, but also external buildings are created by the joining of industrial semi-finished products. Drywall construction is generally faster and often cheaper than building traditional masonry structures. Dry structures are used in particular to install room-in-room systems, such as partitions, but also entire office or studio installations or wet rooms, either from the beginning or subsequently, in larger room structures. The thus created by drywall space cells can be formed one or two stories and are to construct as self-supporting structures. After they usually have no supporting functions in have to meet a building, they are not comparable loads, as other building structures suspended. Of course, in the context of drywall and mixed constructions, so constructions that put both on conventional masonry, as well as on drywall components, conceivable.
In the previously mentioned space-in-space constructions, however, there is the problem that the drywall construction usually have to be integrated into existing spatial structures. In this case, already existing construction defects, such as unevenness in the erection ground, inclined walls or ceiling constructions, must often be taken for granted in such a drywall construction and the drywall construction can be virtually integrated into the already existing buildings. This usually requires complex special designs on the dry structure or extensive, mostly undesirable reworking of the existing structure. However, since it is precisely the purpose of the use of drywall constructions to design solutions that are as fast and easy as possible, this should be avoided wherever possible.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a connecting element, which allows it in the case of existing bumps in the ground or adjacent walls, without changes to the drywall construction per se to be able to make appropriate Nevillierungen and adjustments in a simple manner on site ,
The solution of this problem is achieved by the use of a connecting element with the features of the main claim. Advantageous embodiments of the connecting element can be found in the
The connecting element essentially comprises a C-profile rail with an open and a closed end side. The closed end side is formed by a flat end plate, which projects beyond the C-profile rail element on the open side by a projection, wherein the end plate also corresponds in its width to the width of the C-profile rail of the connecting element. The C-profile rail is dimensioned such that it can be pushed like a slip-on to a conventional C-profile to form a support or a bolt within a drywall. The maximum Aufschubtiefe of the connecting element is limited by the arranged on the side facing away from the open end face of the C-profile rail end plate of the connecting element. The connecting element can thus be arranged to be freely displaceable in the intermediate region of a minimum insertion depth, which is necessary for a proper connection between the connecting element and its respective support or latch, and the stop formed by the stop closing plate and thus for a continuous extension or shortening of the corresponding support or the respective bolt.
In an advantageous embodiment, the C-profile rail and / or the end plate are provided with through holes, so that the connecting element in its respective postponement position relative to the respective bolt or the respective support is fixed, such as by forming a simple screw.
In another advantageous development, the through holes are arranged in pairs spaced from each other, so that in each case a double connection, such as by forming a simple screw, can be produced and thus for a better fixation of the connecting element in the respective desired relative position to the respective bolt or the respective support is ensured.
The connecting element can be pushed with advantage in the installed position from below on an at least approximately vertically installed support, so that the end plate is virtually the bottom plate of the support. In the event that all vertical supports of a corresponding space structure are provided accordingly with connecting elements, local unevenness of the footprint, the space structure can be compensated by the corresponding positioning of the connecting elements relative to the vertical supports of the space structure.
Alternatively, the connecting elements can also be placed on top of the at least approximately vertically installed supports of a structure and thus compensate for differences in length of the supports on the upper side, so that the supports for to be connected to the supports at least substantially in the horizontal position mounting bolt in the same Height are arranged.
