In den Fig. 1 bis Fig. 3 ist eine erste Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Sicherungsetikettes dargestellt, welches eine Sicherheitslage 10 und eine Grundlage 11 umfasst. Auf der jeweiligen Unterseite der Sicherheitslage 10 und der Grundlage 11 ist eine Klebstoffschicht 12 angebracht, so dass die Grundlage 11 auf einer Einzelverpackung 13 und die Sicherheitslage 10 auf der Grundlage 11 aufgeklebt werden kann. Die Einzelverpackung 13 umfasst eine aus einem formstabilen Kunststoff gebildete Medikamentenaufnahme 14 , in der eine Anzahl von Medikamententrögen 15 ausgebildet sind, wobei in jedem Medikamententrog 15 ein einzelnes Medikament 16 platziert ist. Auf die Medikamentenaufnahme 14 ist eine Alufolie 17 aufgeklebt, so dass die Medikamente 16 in dem Medikamententrog 15 zuverlässig, und gegebenenfalls auch steril, gehalten werden.
Wie insbesondere Fig. 2 zu entnehmen ist, sind in der Sicherheitslage 10 eine Anzahl von Schnitten 18 vorgesehen, wobei sich diese Schnitte 18 auf einer virtuellen Schnittbahn befinden. Diese Schnitte 18 definieren ein Abziehelement 19 , welches jeweils im Bereich des dazugehörigen Medikamententroges 15 angeordnet ist. Auf Grund der gesetzten Schnitte 18 ist es möglich, das Abziehelement 19 vollständig aus der Sicherheitslage 10 heraus zu entfernen. Wie insbesondere Fig. 3 zu entnehmen ist, ist auf der Grundlage 11 im Bereich des Abziehelementes 19 ein Silikonlack 20 aufgebracht, so dass die Sicherheitslage 10 im Bereich dieses Silikonlackes 20 nur eine geringe Klebewirkung entfaltet. Hierdurch wird das Entfernen des Abziehelementes 19 unterstützt, da das Abziehelement 19 nur mit einer sehr schwachen Klebung an der Grundlage 11 gehalten ist.
In einem zur Mitte der Einzelverpackung 13 hin ausgerichteten Abschnitt ist am Abziehelement 19 eine Grifflasche 21 ausgebildet. Diese Grifflasche 21 wird durch einen durchgehenden Schnitt 18 gebildet. Security label for securing drugs held in an individual pack, having a base layer (11, 111, 211) which is adhesively bondable to the individual pack (10, 110), wherein at least one opening cut (26, 226) is configured on the base layer (11, 111, 211) in the region of the drugs (16) to be received, wherein a safeguard layer (10, 110) is adhesively bonded to the base layer (11, 111, 211), characterized in that pull-off elements (19) are configured in the safeguard layer (10, 11) in the region of the drugs (16) to be received in such a manner that cuts (18) are incorporated in the safeguard layer (10, 110) at the border of the pull-off elements (19), wherein the cuts (18) are arranged on a virtual cutting path, wherein a means for reducing or cancelling the adhesive force of the adhesive of the safeguard layer (10, 110) is applied on the base layer (11, 111, 211) in the region of the pull-off elements (19), wherein the cutting path of a border of the pull-off element has a bend (23) having a smaller radius than the radius of the curvature of the other border of the pull-off element lying opposite the bend (23), wherein the angle defined by the bend (23) is predefined to be large and the smaller radius of the bend is predefined to be small in such a manner that the pulling-off operation is all but stopped by the smaller radius in the region of the bend and after reversal of the pulling-off movement may be continued while the pulling-off operation along the other side of the pull-off element along the curvature is continued.
  2. Security label according to Claim 1, wherein the cutting path of the one border of the pull-off element has a bend (23) of 140° to 200°, and the cutting path of the other border of the pull-off element lying opposite the bend (23) has a curvature of 30° to 120°
  3. Security label according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the means for reducing or cancelling the adhesive force is a silicone-containing lacquer (20, 131).
  4. Security label according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that inhibiting locations which form a resistance during pulling-off of the pull-off element are provided on the cutting path.
  5. Security label according to Claim 4, characterized in that the inhibiting location is configured as a transverse cut (25) or as a retaining web (24).
  6. Security label according to Claim 5, characterized in that a retaining web (24) is arranged between an cut (18) and a transverse cut (25).
  7. Security label according to Claim 1, wherein the cutting path performs a bend (23) between 160° and 180°.
  8. Security label according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a grip lug (21) is configured on the pull-off element (19), wherein the grip lug (21) is entirely surrounded by an cut (18) or by a micro-perforation.
  9. Security label according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a retaining lug (22) is configured on the pull-off element (19).
  10. Security label according to Claim 9, characterized in that a U-shaped or V-shaped bend (23) is arranged between the retaining lug (22) and the grip lug (21).
  11. Security label according to Claim 10, characterized in that the grip lug (21) extends into the bend (23).
  12. Security label according to one of Claims 9 to 11, characterized in that on a side of the pull-off element (19) which is opposite the retaining lug (21) the border of the pull-off element (19) is embodied so as to be curved.
  13. Security label according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the opening cut (26) is configured so as to be T-shaped.
  14. Security label according to Claim 13, characterized in that two, three, four, or five T-shaped opening cuts (26) are provided in the region of the drugs (16) to be received.
  15. Security label according to one of Claims 13 to 14, characterized in that the T-shaped opening cuts (26) are arranged with the horizontal portion (27) thereof on a virtual segment of a circle.
  16. Security label according to Claim 15, characterized in that the segment of a circle is arranged so as to be concentric with the contour of a drug trough (16) of an individual pack (13).
  17. Security label according to one of Claims 15 or 16, characterized in that the horizontal portion (27) of the T-shaped opening cut (26) abuts the segment of a circle in a tangential manner, while the vertical portion (28) of the T-shaped opening cut (26) is radially oriented towards the centre.
  18. Security label according to one of preceding Claims 13 to 17, characterized in that the vertical portion (28) of the T-shaped opening cut (26) is approximately 0.3 to 2 times, preferably 1 times as large as the horizontal portion (27) of the T-shaped opening cut (26).
  19. Security label according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a cover sheet (129) which is at least largely detachable is affixed to the safeguard layer (110).
  20. Method for pulling off a pull-off element (19) from a security label which is applied to an individual pack (10, 110), characterized in that a reversal of the pulling-off direction is performed during the pulling-off operation, wherein the pulling-off direction is changed from 140° to 200°.
