Definitions
- the present invention relates to a door fitting, in particular a door fitting with an electronically controlled authentication and a method for fastening a door fitting according to the invention to a door leaf.
- Door fittings with electronic access control are known in various embodiments. They often consist of pairs of door plates, which are mounted on both sides of a door and mostly have plate-shaped basic elements, which are provided with passages for receiving lock actuators such as pusher pins, locking cylinders or the like, and holes for receiving fastening screws. Fixing screws are usually used to secure the door plates to the door leaf. With security fittings, fastening screws are usually only turned from the inside of the door into sleeves that protrude from the back of the outside door plate. The fastening screws have the task, inter alia, of bracing the door or fitting plates against the door leaf or fixing them relative to one another. The fastening screws are either received in existing holes in the door leaf or the holes have to be drilled before assembly, which often only happens when the door is already installed.
- the registration US 4,699,409 relates to a door fitting which can be mounted on a door leaf and is fastened to the door leaf by means of a tensioning element via holes drilled for this purpose in the door leaf.
- the US 3,107,113 relates to a door fitting that is to be mounted using two fastening screws above and below the lever handle.
- WO 03/080963 and US 4,731,418 also concern door fittings that are attached to the door leaf with two symmetrically attached screws.
- WO 2005/103420 relates to a door fitting, which is attached to the top and bottom using two fastening elements on the door leaf, while a locking cylinder is attached to the intended location.
- the US 5,695,227 A relates to a door fitting according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention relates to a fitting, in particular a digital door fitting with electronic access control, which is suitable for a door that opens on the right and / or left.
- the present invention relates to a door fitting with two fitting plates (in the following the terms fitting plate, fitting plate and door plate are used interchangeably) and at least one bracing element in order to brace the two door plates against a door leaf and / or against one another and / or to be rigid against one another fix, the tensioning element lying in an existing opening of the door leaf / mortise lock provided for the lock cylinder.
- a door leaf usually has at least two openings; an upper opening for receiving a pusher pin and a lower opening for receiving a locking cylinder, for example a profile cylinder (PZ cylinder).
- a lock case (mortise lock) can usually be inserted into a door leaf, the lock case likewise having at least two openings which correspond to and are aligned with the two openings in the door leaf.
- the two door plates are braced against the door leaves or against one another with exactly one bracing element, i.e. one opening in the door leaf is sufficient to fasten the fitting according to the invention.
- the handle pin is also installed in order to operate the latch and, if necessary, additionally or alternatively, the bolt of the lock case.
- the bracing element is attached or fastened to a door plate, preferably to both door plates, at a fastening position in order to mount the fitting according to the invention.
- the mounting position on the door plate is adapted to the dimensions of the lock case.
- the directions given above and below refer to correctly installed door plates as they are often used in Germany.
- the handle pin is arranged in an upper part of the door plate and the position at which a locking cylinder is normally carried out is arranged at the bottom of the door plate. In other countries (e.g. in the USA) this arrangement can also be reversed, i.e. the push pin is at the bottom and the locking cylinder is at the top.
- a geometric connecting line can be drawn between the handle pin or between a receptacle / opening for a handle pin provided in the door fitting and the position at which a locking cylinder is normally carried out, the fastening position of the bracing element according to the invention lying on this connecting line / axis, to avoid twisting while using the door fitting.
- this axis lies parallel to the gravitational force when the door fitting is installed correctly.
- the fastening position lies on the axis, in particular between the upper edge of the handle pin and the lower edge of the locking cylinder when the door fitting is mounted on a door leaf.
- a single bracing element or a plurality of bracing elements can be inserted into one or more existing opening (s) in the door leaf, which are located between the opening for the handle pin and the opening for the PZ, oval or round cylinder.
- an opening can also be created between the opening for the pusher pin and the opening for the PZ, oval or round cylinder, which is then used for receiving the tensioning element. Even if the fitting according to the invention was subsequently replaced by a commercially available short fitting, the opening created would be covered by the sheets of the short fitting, ie the additional opening would not be visible from the outside.
- the Opening for mounting the door fitting according to the invention on the connecting lines of the handle pin opening and the locking cylinder opening preferably between the lower edge of the handle pin opening and the lower edge of the locking cylinder opening, the locking cylinder opening also meeting this requirement.
- a person skilled in the art will recognize that these directions should be adapted accordingly for a corresponding US system in which the pusher pin is below the locking cylinder.
- a particular advantage of the present invention is that the tensioning element or the tensioning elements lies in the opening which is provided for the locking cylinder. Only one of the possible bracing arrangements is described in more detail below.
- the door fitting is preferably attached essentially without additional bores and corresponding screws in the door leaf, i.e. only with the aid of the at least one tensioning element. Since the bracing element is arranged within an already existing opening in the door leaf, drilling additional fastening holes in the door leaf is not necessary. That the two door plates are essentially braced against one another or against the door leaf only by the at least one bracing element; additional screw connections between the door plate and door leaf can preferably be avoided.
- the door fitting according to the invention has the decisive advantage that it is also suitable for fire protection doors in which drilling holes is only possible or permitted to a limited extent.
- a door plate is preferably designed as a box profile.
- a box profile has the advantage that the door plate is more resistant to torsion and bending.
- the bracing arrangement is preferably designed to be as torsionally rigid and free of play as possible in order to ensure a defined position of the door plates with respect to one another and to allow moments introduced on one side to be supported from the other side,
- the trigger pin can transmit parts of the moments to the other side.
- it is preferably mounted in one of the two door shields against external moments (forces) about the vertical axis of the fitting with little play and maximum rigidity.
- an essential aspect of the present invention lies in the provision of a door fitting in which the door plates are and remain aligned parallel to one another, even when external forces act on the handle.
- the door fitting according to the invention can preferably be attached via the location of the door leaf provided for the locking cylinder.
- the door fitting according to the invention preferably fulfills the requirements of use in the hospitality and senior residence area.
- the door fitting according to the invention preferably communicates contactlessly with identification media by means of a digital locking and access control system and controls the access and can additionally or alternatively also be operated directly networked online
- the outside handle is not connected to the inside handle using a commercially available handle pin.
- a connection between the inside lever and the outside lever is preferably connected with a thinner lever pin.
- the pusher pin can be stored with play in the pusher (s), so that the (lever) moments acting on the pusher around the vertical or transverse axis of the door plate do not directly over the pusher pin on the pusher on the opposite side of the door leaf are transmitted.
- the pusher pin can also have a joint, preferably be equipped with a universal joint, whereby the rotary movement of the handle for actuating the latch is transmitted via the handle pin to the handle on the other side of the door.
- the bracing element is preferably designed to be torsionally rigid. With this coordination it is achieved that mechanical moments introduced on one side on the handle about the vertical and / or horizontal axis of the fitting are transmitted via the torsionally or flexurally rigid tensioning element to the respectively opposite door plate so that such moments can be absorbed by both door plates and unwanted support via the pusher pin is prevented.
- At least one door plate is firmly connected to the bracing element, for example screwed or welded.
- a door plate together with the bracing element can be attached to the door from one side, the bracing element being guided through the installation opening in the door leaf which is provided for a locking cylinder.
- the second door plate can then be connected, for example screwed, to the bracing element located in the profile cylinder opening. That the second door plate can be connected to the bracing element using a different connection type than the first door plate.
- both door plates can be detachably connected to the tensioning element, ie the door plates are only connected to the tensioning element during or shortly before assembly.
- both door plates can be connected to the bracing element via the same or a different type of connection.
- the two door plates are preferably braced against one another or against the door leaf simultaneously or subsequently.
- At least one door plate has an elongated hole, the bracing element being mechanically engaged with the elongated hole in such a way that the door plates can be braced against one another.
- the bracing element can engage behind the elongated hole and can be displaced along the elongated hole for adjustment purposes.
- Such a connection has the advantage, for example, that the position of the connection between the tensioning element and the at least one door plate can be changed in the vertical and / or horizontal direction and / or rotatably, so that, for example, the distance between the tensioning element and the handle axis depends on the gauge of one in the door leaf assembled lock is adjustable.
- the bracing element further preferably has at least two parts (also referred to below as clamping element components), a first part being connectable or connectable to a first door plate and preferably the second part being connected or connectable to the second door plate.
- the two parts are preferably displaceable relative to one another for bracing; for example, the two parts can be positively connected to one another by the bracing.
- Both parts are preferably displaceable relative to one another, so that the extent or the length of the bracing element between the door plates can be changed in order to adapt the fitting to different door leaf thicknesses and / or to brace the two door plates against one another.
- the two parts of the bracing element can preferably be screwed to one another and are preferably arranged coaxially to one another about an axis.
- an inner part of the bracing element can have an external thread and the other part can have a corresponding internal thread.
- the two parts of the bracing element can be displaced and / or braced against one another with at least one screw, wherein the two parts and the screw are preferably aligned coaxially about an axis to one another.
- the door fitting according to the invention has a cover over the door plates, so that the connection between the bracing element and the door plate is not visible from the outside.
- At least one fitting plate on the side facing the door leaf has at least one and preferably two or more raised bearing surfaces above or below or above and below the bracing element, by means of which the vertical distances of the supporting force introductions to the bracing element are defined.
- the contact surfaces are preferably designed in such a way that a frictional connection between the door leaf and the contact surfaces takes place.
- the raised contact surfaces on the door plate are preferably elastically connected to the door plates or preferably consist of an elastic material so that when the clamping force is applied they shift or deform in such a way that their elevation completely or partially disappears on the side facing the door leaf.
- At least one door plate has at least one, preferably two elastomers on the side facing the door leaf, which is / are located between the door leaf and the door plate when the door plates are braced against one another.
- the door fitting according to the invention is preferably mountable on all common doors that have an opening for a locking cylinder.
- the door fitting according to the invention preferably meets the standards DIN 18255 and DIN EN 1906.
- the tensioning element can lie essentially in a form-fitting manner within the perforation provided for the locking cylinder (also referred to as locking cylinder perforation or profile cylinder (PZ) perforation) of a mortise lock / lock case installed in the door leaf.
- locking cylinder also referred to as locking cylinder perforation or profile cylinder (PZ) perforation
- PZ profile cylinder
- the present invention also relates to a method according to the invention for fastening a door fitting, in particular a door fitting according to one of the preceding aspects, with the steps: arranging a first door plate, preferably together with the associated (first still vertically displaceable) (first) clamping element component on a first side of the door leaf, the (first) tensioning element component coming to lie in the opening of the door leaf provided for a locking cylinder; Arranging a second door plate together with the associated (second still vertically displaceable) (second) tensioning element component on the opposite second side of the door leaf, the (second) tensioning element component likewise coming to lie in the opening provided for a locking cylinder on the opposite side of the door leaf; Adjustment and fixation of the vertical displaceability of the two Clamping element components with respect to the respectively associated door plates, so that there is a positive connection of the two clamping element components, ensuring a mechanical connection between the first door plate and the second door plate in such a way that the steps: arranging a first door plate,
- FIG. 1 the door leaf of a door is labeled with the number 100.
- a lock case which can be inserted into the interior of the door leaf 100 in a known manner from the narrow side of the door leaf is not shown for reasons of clarity.
- the door shields 1 are mounted on both sides of the door leaf 100 from the outside and accommodate or support the rotatable door handles 31, the door handles 31 in turn being connected to one another in a rotationally locking manner via the push rod 30.
- the inside of the door is always coupled to the handle pin, i.e. the latch and / or the latch can be operated from the inside of the door by actuating the handle.
- the handle on the outside of the door preferably couples only after successful authentication of an authorized user, i.e. if the authentication is unsuccessful, the outside handle turns empty, whereas after successful authentication, the outside handle is coupled to the handle pin by means of a coupling mechanism (not described in more detail).
- authentication can also be provided for both the inside of the door and the outside of the door.
- the door plates 1 are covered by a panel (not shown) with corresponding openings.
- the door plate 1 has a guide for guiding or rotatably mounting the door handles 31.
- the door plates 1 are either flat or are profiled in cross section, for example U-shaped, whereby the strength of the door plates can possibly be increased.
- the door plate according to the invention can also have a box element 11 or be designed as a box (see Fig. 3 ).
- a U-shaped profile Door plate a cover 11 firmly attached, preferably welded (see Fig. 1-3 ).
- a flat contact side of the door shields is directed towards one another and against the door or against the door leaf 100.
- a particularly rigid door plate is advantageous because, by combining rigid door plates 1 with the rigid clamping element 2, forces can be distributed via the door plate 1 and the clamping element 2 to the opposite side of the door, thereby displacing or releasing or tilting the Door plates can be avoided due to a missing screw above the handle 31.
- the fitting is preferably formed from a rigid box profile, which has a U-profile (door plate) 1 and a cover 11, the flat side of the U-profile 1 pressing against the door leaf.
- the door handles 31 are preferably mounted as free of play as possible via a bearing 3 on the door plate and / or on the cover.
- Embodiment shown are formed on the side facing the door leaf 100 of the door plate 1 raised bearing surfaces 4 (shown oversized in the drawing).
- the elastomers or the like are compressible, ie the elastomers 4 are compressed when the door plates are installed. This prevents the door plates from moving relative to the door leaf even if external forces act on the door handles when the door is in continuous operation. In other words, external forces directed at the door handles are evenly transmitted and distributed by the elastomers 4 from the door handle via the door plate to the door leaf. In particular, forces which act on the outside are also diverted via the rigid clamping element 2 to the door plate on the inside of the door and vice versa.
- the two door plates 1 are pressed or braced against one another and against the door leaf by means of bracing element 2, the bracing element being located in the opening 200 in the door leaf (and optionally in the opening in the lock case), which is provided for the assembly of a locking cylinder.
- the bracing element 2 consists in the Fig. 1
- the embodiment shown consists of at least two parts, a first part being connected to the door plate on the inside of the door and the second part being connected to the door plate on the outside of the door in the assembled state.
- the connection between the bracing element 2 and the door plates is not restricted to a specific assembly technique.
- a guide rail in a door plate can be particularly advantageous in order to enable an adjustment or fine adjustment of the distance "d", ie the distance between the pusher pin 30 and the PZ opening 200 (door pitch).
- d the distance between the pusher pin 30 and the PZ opening 200 (door pitch).
- it can be advantageous if a displacement in the horizontal direction and / or a twisting of the two door plates is possible.
- the two parts of the bracing element are aligned cylindrically about a common axis A, the left bracing part 21 being arranged inside the outer bracing part 22.
- the extent or the distance "a" of the bracing element 2 is shortened against each other for bracing the door plates. In the embodiment shown, this is done by screwing the screw 23 into the internal thread of the left bracing part 21.
- Figure 2 shows a further preferred and simpler embodiment of the door fitting according to the invention.
- the embodiment of the Fig. 2 differs from that in Fig. 1 Embodiment shown only in the bracing element 2.
- the bracing element 2 does not consist of several components, but only of a simple device that generates a clamping force by shortening the distance a between the two door plates, preferably by simple screwing or locking.
- Figure 3 shows a perspective view of an embodiment similar to Fig. 1 ,
- the two door plates of the fitting set shown are designed as box-shaped fittings, whereby a very high degree of torsional rigidity is achieved.
- a pusher pin and covers for covering the fittings are not shown.
- a pusher pin (30) is mounted in the pusher (31) in such a way that torques are transmitted essentially without play can, but has more freedom of movement in at least one other direction than movement due to the bearing play of the handle (31) in the door plate (1) and a force-related deformation of the door plate (1) can occur.
- the invention also includes the exact or exact terms, features, numerical values or ranges, etc., if above or below these terms, features, numerical values or ranges in connection with terms such as e.g. “approximately, approximately, um, essentially, generally, at least, at least” etc. (ie “approximately 3” should also include “3” or “substantially radial” should also include “radial”).
- the expression “or” also means “and / or”.

Description
The present invention relates to a door fitting, in particular a door fitting with an electronically controlled authentication and a method for fastening a door fitting according to the invention to a door leaf.
Door fittings with electronic access control are known in various embodiments.

Disadvantages of such an assembly are that additional holes have to be drilled in the door, that their diameter and location vary with different fitting models, and that the position / orientation and the size of the holes to be drilled cannot be drilled very precisely with a built-in door , The holes are often drilled a little larger than necessary to compensate for the inaccuracy of the holes and to ensure that the door fitting is installed. However, this means that the position of the door signs can change slightly over time. Furthermore, this fastening method runs the risk that the screw connection will loosen over the years. In addition, it is often not possible or permitted (for example in the case of fire doors) to have holes in the door leaf at a desired one Place to drill.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an improved and, in particular, easy-to-install electronic door fitting.
The object of the present invention is achieved by the independent claims or the aspects discussed below. The dependent claims describe further preferred embodiments and modifications of the invention.
The invention relates to a fitting, in particular a digital door fitting with electronic access control, which is suitable for a door that opens on the right and / or left. In particular, the present invention relates to a door fitting with two fitting plates (in the following the terms fitting plate, fitting plate and door plate are used interchangeably) and at least one bracing element in order to brace the two door plates against a door leaf and / or against one another and / or to be rigid against one another fix, the tensioning element lying in an existing opening of the door leaf / mortise lock provided for the lock cylinder. A door leaf usually has at least two openings; an upper opening for receiving a pusher pin and a lower opening for receiving a locking cylinder, for example a profile cylinder (PZ cylinder). In addition, a lock case (mortise lock) can usually be inserted into a door leaf, the lock case likewise having at least two openings which correspond to and are aligned with the two openings in the door leaf.
Preferably, the two door plates are braced against the door leaves or against one another with exactly one bracing element, i.e. one opening in the door leaf is sufficient to fasten the fitting according to the invention. In addition to this one tensioning element, the handle pin is also installed in order to operate the latch and, if necessary, additionally or alternatively, the bolt of the lock case.
When pressing the door handles, forces are generated which are absorbed by the fitting plates according to the invention and the tensioning element according to the invention and / or the push pin, or are transported to the opposite side of the door leaf and are distributed over the door plates to the door leaf in such a way that the door plates twist is avoided.
According to a preferred embodiment, the bracing element is attached or fastened to a door plate, preferably to both door plates, at a fastening position in order to mount the fitting according to the invention. The mounting position on the door plate is adapted to the dimensions of the lock case. In the following, the directions given above and below refer to correctly installed door plates as they are often used in Germany. For example, with such a fitting the handle pin is arranged in an upper part of the door plate and the position at which a locking cylinder is normally carried out is arranged at the bottom of the door plate. In other countries (e.g. in the USA) this arrangement can also be reversed, i.e. the push pin is at the bottom and the locking cylinder is at the top. A person skilled in the art will recognize that the following directions for corresponding fittings from other countries have to be adapted accordingly. In addition, a geometric connecting line (axis) can be drawn between the handle pin or between a receptacle / opening for a handle pin provided in the door fitting and the position at which a locking cylinder is normally carried out, the fastening position of the bracing element according to the invention lying on this connecting line / axis, to avoid twisting while using the door fitting. According to the invention, this axis lies parallel to the gravitational force when the door fitting is installed correctly. The fastening position lies on the axis, in particular between the upper edge of the handle pin and the lower edge of the locking cylinder when the door fitting is mounted on a door leaf.
In other words, according to the invention, a single bracing element or a plurality of bracing elements can be inserted into one or more existing opening (s) in the door leaf, which are located between the opening for the handle pin and the opening for the PZ, oval or round cylinder. In addition, an opening can also be created between the opening for the pusher pin and the opening for the PZ, oval or round cylinder, which is then used for receiving the tensioning element. Even if the fitting according to the invention was subsequently replaced by a commercially available short fitting, the opening created would be covered by the sheets of the short fitting, ie the additional opening would not be visible from the outside. According to a preferred embodiment, the Opening for mounting the door fitting according to the invention on the connecting lines of the handle pin opening and the locking cylinder opening, preferably between the lower edge of the handle pin opening and the lower edge of the locking cylinder opening, the locking cylinder opening also meeting this requirement. A person skilled in the art will recognize that these directions should be adapted accordingly for a corresponding US system in which the pusher pin is below the locking cylinder.
A particular advantage of the present invention is that the tensioning element or the tensioning elements lies in the opening which is provided for the locking cylinder. Only one of the possible bracing arrangements is described in more detail below.
According to the invention, the door fitting is preferably attached essentially without additional bores and corresponding screws in the door leaf, i.e. only with the aid of the at least one tensioning element.
This has the decisive advantage that inaccurate assembly due to inadequate drilling accuracy can be avoided. In addition, the door fitting according to the invention has the decisive advantage that it is also suitable for fire protection doors in which drilling holes is only possible or permitted to a limited extent.
A door plate is preferably designed as a box profile. A box profile has the advantage that the door plate is more resistant to torsion and bending.
The bracing arrangement is preferably designed to be as torsionally rigid and free of play as possible in order to ensure a defined position of the door plates with respect to one another and to allow moments introduced on one side to be supported from the other side,
In a further embodiment, the trigger pin can transmit parts of the moments to the other side. For this purpose, it is preferably mounted in one of the two door shields against external moments (forces) about the vertical axis of the fitting with little play and maximum rigidity. The essentially exact and play-free alignment of the handle pin achieved thereby, together with the bracing arrangement, results in a defined parallel position of the door plates with respect to one another.
In other words, an essential aspect of the present invention lies in the provision of a door fitting in which the door plates are and remain aligned parallel to one another, even when external forces act on the handle.
Since the access control is preferably not carried out via commercially available locking cylinders, but electronically by engaging and disengaging at least one of the handles, the door fitting according to the invention can preferably be attached via the location of the door leaf provided for the locking cylinder.
The door fitting according to the invention preferably communicates contactlessly with identification media by means of a digital locking and access control system and controls the access and can additionally or alternatively also be operated directly networked online
It is also advantageous if the outside handle is not connected to the inside handle using a commercially available handle pin. A connection between the inside lever and the outside lever is preferably connected with a thinner lever pin. According to a further embodiment, the pusher pin can be stored with play in the pusher (s), so that the (lever) moments acting on the pusher around the vertical or transverse axis of the door plate do not directly over the pusher pin on the pusher on the opposite side of the door leaf are transmitted. Additionally or alternatively, the pusher pin can also have a joint, preferably be equipped with a universal joint, whereby the rotary movement of the handle for actuating the latch is transmitted via the handle pin to the handle on the other side of the door. However, other forces, for example lever forces about the vertical axis or transverse axis of the door plate, which could lead to a displacement of the door plate (s), are not, or only to a greatly reduced extent, transmitted to the opposite side of the door. In other words, a connection is provided between the handle pin and the handle, which is required to transmit an actuating torque (turning the handle pin about its longitudinal axis to actuate the latch), but preferably with a sufficient tilt play compared to moments about the vertical and transverse axes of the door plate ,
The bracing element is preferably designed to be torsionally rigid.
Preferably, at least one door plate is firmly connected to the bracing element, for example screwed or welded. According to this embodiment, a door plate together with the bracing element can be attached to the door from one side, the bracing element being guided through the installation opening in the door leaf which is provided for a locking cylinder. The second door plate can then be connected, for example screwed, to the bracing element located in the profile cylinder opening. That the second door plate can be connected to the bracing element using a different connection type than the first door plate.
According to a further embodiment, both door plates can be detachably connected to the tensioning element, ie the door plates are only connected to the tensioning element during or shortly before assembly. In addition, both door plates can be connected to the bracing element via the same or a different type of connection. The two door plates are preferably braced against one another or against the door leaf simultaneously or subsequently.
Preferably, at least one door plate has an elongated hole, the bracing element being mechanically engaged with the elongated hole in such a way that the door plates can be braced against one another. For example, the bracing element can engage behind the elongated hole and can be displaced along the elongated hole for adjustment purposes. Such a connection has the advantage, for example, that the position of the connection between the tensioning element and the at least one door plate can be changed in the vertical and / or horizontal direction and / or rotatably, so that, for example, the distance between the tensioning element and the handle axis depends on the gauge of one in the door leaf assembled lock is adjustable.
The bracing element further preferably has at least two parts (also referred to below as clamping element components), a first part being connectable or connectable to a first door plate and preferably the second part being connected or connectable to the second door plate. The two parts are preferably displaceable relative to one another for bracing; for example, the two parts can be positively connected to one another by the bracing. Both parts are preferably displaceable relative to one another, so that the extent or the length of the bracing element between the door plates can be changed in order to adapt the fitting to different door leaf thicknesses and / or to brace the two door plates against one another.
The two parts of the bracing element can preferably be screwed to one another and are preferably arranged coaxially to one another about an axis. For example, an inner part of the bracing element can have an external thread and the other part can have a corresponding internal thread. For example, the two parts of the bracing element can be displaced and / or braced against one another with at least one screw, wherein the two parts and the screw are preferably aligned coaxially about an axis to one another.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the door fitting according to the invention has a cover over the door plates, so that the connection between the bracing element and the door plate is not visible from the outside.
According to a further preferred embodiment, at least one fitting plate on the side facing the door leaf has at least one and preferably two or more raised bearing surfaces above or below or above and below the bracing element, by means of which the vertical distances of the supporting force introductions to the bracing element are defined. The contact surfaces are preferably designed in such a way that a frictional connection between the door leaf and the contact surfaces takes place. The raised contact surfaces on the door plate are preferably elastically connected to the door plates or preferably consist of an elastic material so that when the clamping force is applied they shift or deform in such a way that their elevation completely or partially disappears on the side facing the door leaf.
According to a further preferred embodiment, at least one door plate has at least one, preferably two elastomers on the side facing the door leaf, which is / are located between the door leaf and the door plate when the door plates are braced against one another.
DIN EN 1906.The door fitting according to the invention is preferably mountable on all common doors that have an opening for a locking cylinder. The door fitting according to the invention preferably meets the standards DIN 18255 and DIN EN 1906.
In order to ensure a secure fit of the tensioning element within the door leaf, the tensioning element can lie essentially in a form-fitting manner within the perforation provided for the locking cylinder (also referred to as locking cylinder perforation or profile cylinder (PZ) perforation) of a mortise lock / lock case installed in the door leaf.
In addition to the door fitting according to the invention, the present invention also relates to a method according to the invention for fastening a door fitting, in particular a door fitting according to one of the preceding aspects, with the steps: arranging a first door plate, preferably together with the associated (first still vertically displaceable) (first) clamping element component on a first side of the door leaf, the (first) tensioning element component coming to lie in the opening of the door leaf provided for a locking cylinder; Arranging a second door plate together with the associated (second still vertically displaceable) (second) tensioning element component on the opposite second side of the door leaf, the (second) tensioning element component likewise coming to lie in the opening provided for a locking cylinder on the opposite side of the door leaf; Adjustment and fixation of the vertical displaceability of the two Clamping element components with respect to the respectively associated door plates, so that there is a positive connection of the two clamping element components, ensuring a mechanical connection between the first door plate and the second door plate in such a way that the first and second door plates can be braced against one another and / or against the door leaf , wherein a tensioning force is generated by shortening the extent or length of the tensioning element, which is located within the door leaf and is formed from the two tensioning element components.

Since there are no additional holes to attach the fitting to the door, which are intended to minimize the movement of the fitting to the door when the handle is pulled, it is necessary to transmit the tractive force Fz via a play-free mounting of the handle in the door plate, and also to be transmitted to the bracing element (2) by the torsion and bending-resistant design of this door plate (1). Furthermore, a pusher pin (30) is mounted in the pusher (31) in such a way that torques are transmitted essentially without play can, but has more freedom of movement in at least one other direction than movement due to the bearing play of the handle (31) in the door plate (1) and a force-related deformation of the door plate (1) can occur.
