Claims (7)

  1. Method for operating a cooking appliance (1) comprising at least one thermally heatable cooking chamber (2), comprising at least one door (4) which closes the cooking chamber (2) and comprising at least one opening device (10) for the at least one cooking chamber door (4), the cooking chamber door (4) being automatically opened at least a crack (12) by means of the at least one opening device (10) and a controller (5) which is connected to the opening device, in order to promote rapid cooling of the cooking chamber (2), a controller (5) being provided which is connected to the opening device (10), and the automatic opening of the cooking chamber door (4) being integrated into an operation profile,
    characterised in that
    the door (4) is opened during a cooking profile in such a way that, during the cooking process, the cooking chamber (2) is briefly opened for cooling and then closed again.
  2. Method for operating a cooking appliance (1) according to the preceding claim, characterised in that
    the cooking chamber door (4) is automatically opened only after a predetermined time or from a predetermined temperature in the cooking chamber (2).
  3. Method for operating a cooking appliance (1) according to either of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that
    the cooking chamber door (4) is firstly opened only slightly, and is opened to the gap width provided for cooling only after a predetermined time or from a predetermined cooking chamber temperature.
  4. Method for operating a cooking appliance (1) according to any of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that,
    in addition to opening the cooking chamber door (4), the hot-air fan (31) or the fan (20) outside the cooking chamber (2) that blows cold air into the cooking chamber (2) from the outside is simultaneously operated.
