- Viscosity is reduced by supplying vibration energy, wherein the container is adapted to receive the pasty filling material and having at its front end a dispensing opening for dispensing the filling material.
- the invention relates to a corresponding handset with such a container.
- a generic hand-held device and a generic container are described in the German patent application DE 102009 013 000 of the applicant.
- vibrations are usually initiated by a vibration generator in such a container, which is in the container, the filling material.
- the vibration generator may be, for example, a sonic or ultrasonic generator located in the handset.
- the filling compound located in the container is subjected to shearing forces which cause the viscosity of the filling compound to be reduced or decreased and the filling compound thus to be easily susceptible to a tooth cavity, for example. This is advantageous for the connection between the filling compound and the corresponding cavity. Therefore, for a high-quality filling is basically desired that a high
- Liquefaction degree of pasty filling material can be achieved.
- Tooth cavity mechanically acted on the filling material, in particular in order to compact and / or bring it into a specific shape. Therefore, it is advantageous if the container or the handpiece are designed so that they also to a corresponding mechanical processing of the introduced into a cavity
- the invention is based on the object to provide a corresponding container, with which the production of a high-quality filling is facilitated.
- a container for use with a hand-held device, in particular for dental purposes for dispensing a pasty filling material whose viscosity can be reduced by supplying vibrational energy; the container is designed to receive the pasty filling material and has at its front end a dispensing opening for dispensing the filling compound.
- the dispensing opening is formed by a cannula.
- the cannula is made of a material having a different specific gravity than the rest of the container.
- the cannula is made of steel, aluminum or ceramic. These materials have been found to be particularly favorable in terms of increasing the degree of liquefaction, in particular for the case that the remaining container or at least one part of the remaining container which is directly adjacent to the cannula consists of plastic.
- the cannula is flexible or curved. In this way it can be achieved that the filling compound can be better brought to specific spatial areas, in the dental field, for example, to mesial boxes.
- a flexible cannula - for example an aluminum cannula - can be advantageous during a treatment an individual or indication-related pre-bend of the cannula are made.
- the cannula is manually flexible.
- the cannula is connected to the remainder of the container via an adhesive connection, a press fit or a screw connection, or the cannula is connected to the remainder of the container by overmolding during the manufacture of the container.
