Claims (14)

  1. Zuführer (1) von Längsbalken für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Abdeckungen von Paletten aus Holz oder dergleichen, der Führungs- und Vorschubmittel (2) aufweist, welche eine erste Auflagefläche (3) für Längsbalken (4) definieren, welche nebeneinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Führungs- und Vorschubmittel (2) betätigbar sind, um den Vorschub der Längsbalken (4) entlang der Vorschubrichtung (5) mindestens bis zu einer Fügestation (8) zu betätigen, umfassend:
    - mindestens drei Magazine (9, 10, 11), die jeweils dazu angepasst sind, eine Mehrzahl von Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) zu halten, welche wechselseitig entlang einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Richtung (5) gestapelt sind, wobei die drei Magazine (9, 10, 11) voneinander beabstandet sind;
    - eine Wartestation (15) zur Anordnung der Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) aus den Magazinen (9, 10, 11), wobei die Wartestation (15) am letzten Magazin (11) oder direkt stromabwärts des letzten Magazins (11) der Magazine (9, 10, 11) in Vorschubrichtung der Längsbalken (4, 12, 13, 14) entlang der Vorschubrichtung (5) angeordnet ist;
    - Mittel (16) zum einzelnen Entnehmen der Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) aus dem entsprechenden Magazin (9, 10, 11) zu dessen Ablagerung auf einer zweiten Auflagefläche (17), die oberhalb der ersten Auflagefläche (3) angeordnet ist;
    - erste Mittel (18) zum Vorschub der Längsbalken (12, 13, 14), die mindestens von den stromaufwärts des letzten Magazins (11) angeordneten Magazinen (9, 10) ankommen, entlang der zweiten Auflagefläche (17) zu der Wartestation (15), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Längsbalken (4), welche nebeneinander angeordnet sind, längsliegend und parallel zu einer Vorschubrichtung sind, derart dass entlang einer vertikalen Richtung gestapelte Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) quer zu der Vorschubrichtung ausgerichtet sind, und dass die Magazine (9, 10, 11) entlang der Vorschubrichtung beabstandet sind;
    - zweite Vorschubmittel (19), welche in jedem Fall mit dem querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) in Eingriff gelangen können, der an der Wartestation (15) zu seinem Vorschub entlang der Vorschubrichtung (5) von der Wartestation (15) zu der Fügestation (8) angeordnet ist, wobei in jedem Fall ein querliegender Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) über die längsliegenden Längsbalken (4) gelegt ist;
    wobei die Magazine (9, 10, 11), die ersten Vorschubmittel (18) und die zweiten Vorschubmittel (19) oberhalb der Ebene der Anordnung der auf der ersten Auflagefläche (3) angeordneten längsliegenden Längsbalken (4) angeordnet sind.
  2. Zuführer (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner ein voreingestelltes Programm zur Betätigung der einzelnen Entnahmemittel (16) aufweist, um in jedem Fall einen querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) zu den ersten Vorschubmitteln (18) entsprechend dem Typ der herzustellenden Palettenabdeckung zu liefern.
  3. Zuführer (1) nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Magazine (9, 10, 11) einen im Wesentlichen horizontalen Boden (20) aufweist, welcher auf einer Ebene liegt, die in Bezug auf die zweite Auflagefläche (17) angehoben ist, und Seitenwände (21a, 21b), welche sich vom Boden (20) erheben und einen Raum abgrenzen, der daran angepasst ist, einen Stapel der querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) zu enthalten; wobei jedes der Magazine (9, 10, 11) an einer der Seitenwände (21a, 21b) eine Entnahmeöffnung (22) hat, welche direkt über dem Boden (20) angeordnet ist und entlang der Vorschubrichtung ausgerichtet ist; wobei die einzelnen Entnahmemittel (16) für jedes der Magazine (9, 10, 11) eine Platte (23) aufweisen, welche in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene direkt oberhalb des Bodens (20) angeordnet ist und sich mit einer alternierenden Bewegung entlang der Vorschubrichtung (5) bewegen kann, um den querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) aus dem entsprechenden Magazin (9, 10, 11) durch die Entnahmeöffnung (22) heraus zu schieben, der in jedem Fall auf dem Boden (20) aufliegt.
  4. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Vorschubmittel (2) aufweisen: Kanäle (6), welche auf einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene angeordnet sind und parallel zu der Vorschubrichtung (5) ausgerichtet sind, und erste Förderer mit Transportelementen (7), welche mit den in den Kanälen (6) angeordneten längsliegenden Längsbalken (4) in Eingriff gelangen können für deren Vorschub entlang der Kanäle (6) entsprechend der Vorschubrichtung.
  5. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Vorschubmittel (18) mindestens einen zweiten Förderer mit Transportelementen (27) aufweisen, der sich aus dem ersten Magazin (9) der Magazine (9, 10, 11) in Richtung des Vorschubs der Längsbalken (4, 12, 13, 14) entlang der Vorschubrichtung (5) zu der Wartestation (15) erstreckt.
  6. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Vorschubmittel (18) ein Paar von zweiten Förderern mit Transportelementen (27) aufweisen, welche quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (5) voneinander beabstandet sind und mit den querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) unmittelbar an deren Längsenden in Eingriff gelangen können.
  7. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Vorschubmittel (19) mindestens einen Schieber (31) aufweisen, welcher sich auf Befehl mit einer alternierenden Bewegung entlang der Vorschubrichtung (5) von der Wartestation (15) zu der Fügestation (8) und umgekehrt bewegen kann.
  8. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Vorschubmittel (19) ein Paar von Schiebern (31) aufweisen, welche quer zu der Vorschubrichtung (5) voneinander beabstandet sind und in jedem Fall mit einem querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14), der in der Wartestation (15) angeordnet ist, unmittelbar an seinen Längsenden in Eingriff gelangen können.
  9. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Mittel (40) aufweist zur Einstellung des gegenseitigen Abstands der zweiten Förderer mit Transportelementen (27) des Paars zweiter Förderer mit Transportelementen (27) und der Schieber (31) des Paars von Schiebern (31) entsprechend der Länge der querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14).
  10. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Magazine (9, 10, 11) aus zwei Hälften zusammengesetzt ist, welche auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten in Bezug auf eine vertikale Mittelebene (24) angeordnet sind, welche parallel zu der Vorschubrichtung (5) ist; wobei die zwei Hälften entsprechend der Länge der querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegbar sind.
  11. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (31) eine Zwischenauflagefläche (39) definieren, welche den querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) trägt, welcher mit den Schiebern (31) für mindestens einen Teil in seiner Bewegung von der Wartestation (15) zu der Fügestation (8) in Eingriff steht, wobei die Zwischenauflagefläche (39) in Bezug auf die Horizontale geneigt ist für die Abwärtsbewegung des querliegenden Längsbalkens (12, 13, 14) in Richtung auf eine dritte Auflagefläche (50), welche zwischen der zweiten Auflagefläche (17) und der ersten Auflagefläche (3) angeordnet ist, auf die Bewegung der Schieber (31) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung bezüglich der Vorschubrichtung.
  12. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (31) in ihrer Bewegung in Richtung auf die Fügestation (8) mittels ihres in Richtung auf die Fügestation (8) gerichteten Endes mit dem vorhergehend auf der dritten Auflagefläche (50) für dessen Vorschub in Richtung auf die Fügestation (8) abgelegten querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) in Eingriff gelangen können.
  13. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (31) ein Eingriffelement (36) aufweisen, das mit der Seite des querliegenden Längsbalkens (12, 13, 14) in Anlage gelangen kann, der in der Wartestation (15) angeordnet ist, und auf den Vorschub der Schieber (31) in Richtung auf die Fügestation (8) hin weg von der Fügestation (8) ausgerichtet wird; wobei das Eingriffelement (36) flexibel ist, um sich über den in der Wartestation (15) angeordneten querliegenden Längsbalken (12, 13, 14) hinaus zu bewegen auf die Rückbewegung der Schieber (31) von der Fügestation (8) zu der Wartestation (15).
  14. Zuführer (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (16) zum einzelnen Entnehmen, die ersten Vorschubmittel (18), die zweiten Vorschubmittel (19) und die Einstellmittel (40) funktionell mit einem Betätigungs- und Steuerungselement des programmierbaren elektronischen Typs verbunden sind, welches dazu angepasst ist, die Mittel (16, 18, 19, 40) gemäß voreingestellter Programme entsprechend dem Typ der herzustellenden Palettenabdeckung zu betätigen.
