Claims (12)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10), insbesondere für Sportschuhe, mit einer Basis (7), die mit einer Schuhlasche assoziiert werden kann und mit der ein Hebelarm (2) drehbar verbunden ist, wobei der Hebelarm (2) ein Ende (21) aufweist, das mit einer Eingreifeinrichtung versehen ist, um eine nach vorne gerichtete Bewegung eines Zahnbandes (1), das an einem Ende (1A) mit einer anderen Schuhlasche assoziiert werden kann, zu gestatten, und mit einer Raste (6), die drehbar mit der Basis (7) verbunden ist, wobei die Raste (6) eine erste Eingreifeinrichtung (16A) zum Aufrechterhalten der durch das Zahnband (1) eingenommenen Position umfasst, und wobei weiterhin eine Steuereinrichtung (99) an der Raste (6) vorgesehen ist, die mit der ersten Eingreifeinrichtung (16A) für eine schnelle Lösung des Zahnbands (1) interagiert, indem die Steuereinrichtung (99) in einer ersten Richtung betätigt wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raste (6) weiterhin eine zweite Eingreifeinrichtung (16B) umfasst, die mit der Steuereinrichtung (99) interagiert und mit der ersten Eingreifeinrichtung (16A) für eine allmähliche Lösung des Zahnbands (1) zusammenwirkt, indem dieselbe Steuereinrichtung (99) in einer zweiten Richtung betätigt wird, die von der ersten Richtung verschieden ist.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die schnelle Lösung des Zahnbands (1) bewerkstelligt wird, indem die Steuereinrichtung (99) in einer Querrichtung in Bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung des Bands (1) betätigt wird.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die allmähliche Lösung des Zahnbands (1) durch eine hin und her erfolgende Betätigung der Steuereinrichtung (99) in einer vertikalen Richtung in Bezug auf die Bewegungsrichtung des Bands (1) bewerkstelligt wird.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Basis (7) eine flache Bodenfläche (17) umfasst, von der sich wenigstens zwei Schultern (7A, 7B) mit einem im Wesentlichen rechten Winkel auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten nach oben erstrecken, wobei die flache Bodenfläche (17) eine Längsrille (17A) zum gleitenden Einstecken des Zahnbands (2) aufweist, die versetzt angeordnet ist, um eine Vertiefung (70) an der Basis einer der wenigstens zwei Schultern (7A, 7B) zu bilden.
  5. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Raste (6) und eine Verbindungsstange (4) drehbar um einen ersten Achsenstift (8) mit der Basis (7) in dem Raum zwischen den wenigstens zwei Schultern (7A, 7B) verbunden sind, wobei die Verbindungsstange (4) weiterhin einen zweiten Achsenstift (9) umfasst, der sich parallel zu dem ersten Achsenstift (8) erstreckt und um welchen der Hebelarm (2) drehbar verbunden ist.
  6. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die zweite Eingreifeinrichtung (16B) in Bezug auf die erste Eingreifeinrichtung (16A) mit einem Axialabstand von ungefähr n + 1/2 mal dem Zahnabstand des Zahnbands (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die ersten und zweiten Eingreifeinrichtungen (16A, 16B) ausgebildet sind, um während der allmählichen Lösung des Bands (1) wahlweise in die Zähne einzugreifen.
  7. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (99) auf dem oberen Teil der Raste (6) angeordnet ist.
  8. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei die Betätigung der Steuereinrichtung (99) durch eine erste elastische Einrichtung (5) vorgespannt wird.
  9. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 4, wobei die Betätigung der Steuereinrichtung (99) in einer Querrichtung in Bezug auf die nach vorne gerichtete Bewegungsrichtung des Bands (1) eine Verschiebung des Körpers der Raste (6) an der an der Basis (7) vorgesehenen Vertiefung (70) und eine folgende vollständige Lösung der ersten und zweiten Eingreifeinrichtungen (16A, 16B) von den Zähnen des Bands (1) veranlasst.
  10. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 5, wobei die Betätigung der Steuereinrichtung (99) in einer vertikalen Richtung in Bezug auf die nach vorne gerichtete Bewegungsrichtung des Zahnbands (1) eine Hin- und Herbewegung der Raste (6) um den ersten Achsenstift (8) veranlasst, wobei die Hin- und Herbewegung veranlasst, dass die ersten und zweiten Eingreifeinrichtungen (16A, 16B) wahlweise in die Zähne des Bands (1) eingreifen.
  11. Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hebelarm (2) in seiner Mitte mit einer Öffnung (22) versehen ist, die ein Zugreifen auf die Steuereinrichtung (99) und ein Betätigen derselben entlang von zwei verschiedenen Betätigungsrichtungen gestattet.
  12. Schuh mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1.
