  • a drawback of such further embodiment lies in the fact that the motor 50 can present some inertia probêts, when the accelerations and decelerations necessary for a full control of the folding arms 3 functionality are to be reached for very high production speeds.
  • the choice to use one embodiment of the invention with respect to other described ones is in any case subjected to suitability evaluation in function of the productivity and performance requirements of the device 10 in each single case.

Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif 10 pour actionner des bras de pliage dans une machine de pliage-enchevêtré pour la formation des paquets d'articles en feuilles, comme des feuilles de papier tissu ou tout autre matériel, la dite machine de pliage-enchevêtré 100 comprenant au moins un rouleau de pliage 110a, 110b, chacune étant destiné à recevoir en séquence une pluralité d'articles en feuilles 1 qui doit être empilé et, pour chaque desdits rouleaux de pliage 110a, 110b, des moyens de pliage en forme de peigne 2 fournie avec une pluralité de bras de pliage 3, arrangés près dudit rouleau de pliage correspondent 110a, 110b, avec son axe longitudinal substantiellement parallèle à l'axe de ceux-ci, lesdits bras de pliage 3 étant mobile en phase appropriée avec la rotation dudit rouleau de pliage 110a, 110b, suivant un trajet d'opération défini par ledit dispositif d'actionnement 10 pour retirer périodiquement un feuille 1 et pour empiler les feuilles afin de former un paquet correspondent, ledit dispositif d'actionnement 10 étant caractérisé en ce que il comprend: un bâti 10a; des moyens moteurs 50, avec la vitesse de rotation électroniquement contrôlable prévue pour fournir une force mécanique de rotation pour actionner lesdits moyens de pliage en forme de peigne 2; des moyens de transmission mécanique 13 monté sur ledit bâti 10a, connectés à lesdites moyens de pliage en forme de peigne 2 et à un axe de transmission 14, connecté à son tour à la sortie desdits moyens moteurs 50, au fin de convertir ladite force mécanique de rotation dans une oscillation contrôlée desdits moyens de pliage 2 pour actionner lesdits bras de pliage 3 le long dudit trajet d'opération fermé; une unité de contrôle programmable connectée à lesdits moyens moteurs 50 et muni d'un programme de traitement pour la régulation de la vitesse de rotation desdites moyens moteurs 50 par rapport à la position prise par lesdits bras de pliage 3 dans ledit trajet d'opération.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs 50 comportent un moteur électrique unique avec vitesse contrôlable, indépendant de l'actionnement de ladite machine de pliage-enchevêtré 100, avec l'axe de sortie de ceux-ci connecté mécaniquement audits moyens de transmission mécanique 13.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit moteur électrique avec vitesse contrôlable 50 est un moteur sans balais.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit moteur électrique avec vitesse contrôlable 50 est un moteur asynchrone ou un moteur d'étape électrique.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs à vitesse contrôlable 50 comprennent: de moyens moteurs principal 51, fonctionnant à une vitesse prédéterminée, en vue de fournir au moins une partie de la puissance mécanique nécessaire pour actionner lesdits moyens de pliage en forme de peigne 2; des moyens moteurs supplémentaires 55, avec vitesse de rotation contrôlable, destiné à coopérer avec lesdits moyens de moteur principal 51 pour actionner lesdits moyens de pliage en forme de peigne 2; un ensemble différentiel 20, monté sur ledit bâti 10a, reliée mécaniquement auxdits moyen de moteur principal 51, auxdits moyens moteurs supplémentaires 55, et auxdits moyens de transmission mécanique et de conversion 13, destiné à recevoir à l'entrée de la force mécanique de rotation générés respectivement par lesdits moyens moteurs principal et supplémentaires 51 et 55, et à fournir au décollage d'une force mécanique de rotation correspondant auxdits moyens de transmission mécanique et de conversion 13, à une vitesse définie par la combinaison de la vitesse desdits moyens moteurs principal et supplémentaires 51, 55; ladite unité de contrôle programmable étant prévue pour régler la vitesse de rotation induit par lesdits moyens moteur supplémentaire 55 par rapport à la position prise par lesdits bras de pliage 3 dans ledit trajet d'opération.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble différentiel 20 comprend un différentiel mécanique de type épicycloïdal, muni d'un première entrée de force 21, en correspondance avec son boîtier, connectée à lesdits moyens moteurs principal 51, avec une deuxième entrée de force axiale 22, connecté auxdits moyens moteurs supplémentaires 55, et avec une prise de force 23, arrangée dans l'axe de ladite deuxième entrée de force 22, connectée auxdits moyens de transmission mécanique et de conversion 13, la vitesse de rotation de ladite prise de force 23 étant défini par la combinaison de la vitesse de rotation induit par lesdits moyens de moteur principal 51 à la première entrée de force 21 et celle induite par les moyens de moteur supplémentaire 55 à la deuxième entrée de force 22.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs supplémentaires 55 comprennent un moteur à position contrôlable de type sans balais.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs supplémentaires 55 comprennent un moteur asynchrone ou un moteur d'étape électrique.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs principal 51 sont connectés à ladite première entrée de force 21 par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble mécanique de transmission 31 comprenant une courroie de transmission 35, agissant sur ledit boîtier mobile 21 de l'ensemble différentiel 20.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs supplémentaires 55 comprennent un premier moteur sans balais complémentaire 55a et un deuxième moteur sans balais complémentaire 55b, en ce que ledit ensemble différentiel 20 comprend un première différentiel mécanique 20a et un deuxième différentiel mécanique 20b, tous les deux de type épicycloïdal, montés respectivement opposé, muni respectivement d'un première entrée de force 21a, 21b, en correspondance avec son boîtier, connectée à lesdits moyens moteurs principal 51, avec une deuxième entrée de force 22a, 22b, connectée reliée à ledit moteur supplémentaire respectif 55a, 55b, et avec une prise de force 23a, 23b, arrangée dans l'axe de ladite deuxième entrée de force 22a, 22b, lesdites prises de force 23a, 23b, étant une dans l'axe de l'autre et reliées, au niveau des côtés opposés, auxdits moyens de transmission mécanique et de conversion 13, les vitesses de rotation desdites prises de force 23a, 23b, étant défini par la combinaison de la vitesse de rotation induit par lesdits moyens de moteur principal 51 à la première entrée de force respective 21a, 21b, et celle induite par les moyens de moteur supplémentaire 55 à la deuxième entrée de force respective 22a, 22b, les vitesses de rotation desdits moteurs supplémentaires 55a, 55b, étant synchronisées par ladite unité de contrôle de ladite machine de pliage-enchevêtré 100.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens moteurs principal 51 sont connectés à ladite première entrée de force 21a dudit première différentiel mécanique épicycloïdal 20a par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble mécanique de transmission 31 au moyen de une première courroie de transmission 35a, qui agit sur ladite première entrée de force 21 a dudit première différentiel mécanique épicycloïdal 20a, et sont également connectées à ladite première entrée de force 21b dudit deuxième différentiel mécanique épicycloïdal 20b par l'intermédiaire d'un ensemble mécanique de transmission 31, par une deuxième courroie de transmission 35b, qui agit sur ladite première entrée de force 21b dudit deuxième différentiel mécanique épicycloïdal 20b.
