Definitions
- the invention relates to a bag for preparing an infusion beverage in a vessel or in a container, wherein the bag is connected to the head side with a handle. But the invention also relates to the production of the bag or the handle itself.
- Bags for preparing an infusion beverage are known, for example, as tea bags. These usually have a double-chamber bag made of corresponding filter paper, which is connected at the head end to a thread at whose other end a label is attached.
- the exemplary tea bag is placed in a container, for example in a cup. Then hot water is added to the cup.
- the thread is connected before the brewing process, for example, with a handle or a handle of the vessel or the container.
- the tea bag on the label is always tangible, but it should be noted that the connection of the tea bag over the thread with the vessel is not always so safe, so that it may well happen that the thread or the bag from the Dissolves connection and passes during the infusion process or brewing process with the label together in the hot liquid or in the infusion water. The tea bag must then be fished out of the hot water.
- the problem is that of disposing of the bag as drip-free as possible US 2,698,082 , in quasi a kind of tub is proposed, which is attached to the tea bag and at the same time serves as a holder of the bag on the cup rim.
- the bag is removed together with the trough-like receptacle from the container, so that the bag can be stored in the receptacle, for example, stored on a table.
- the disadvantage here however, that due to the length of the teabag, this can only be used on a limited number of flat cups. Deep containers, such as pitchers or high-walled cups, should therefore be excluded.
- the DE 196 18 737 A1 relates to a teabag for making tea in a vessel, comprising an elongated bag part of filter material, such as filter paper or nonwoven fabric, which is filled with tea and connected to a handle forming the filling opening with a handle extending longitudinally beyond the bag part, with which the tea bag can be fixed to the outside of the vessel.
- the handle consists of a rigid material having reforming properties and forms with the bag part a hinge extending over the transverse side, wherein at least one cut is provided on the handle which opens in an area outside the connection area between the handle and the bag part towards the edge of the handle is trained.
- the US 2008/0017043 A1 is also concerned with an infusion bag having a pocket with the scavenging material received therein and a plate, the plate having wings and a central flap, the bag being connected to the central flap so that the bag can be lifted.
- the central tab closes the tea bag at the top opening, the bag being graspable at the central tab when the brewing process is complete.
- the US 2006/0222738 A1 deals with a device for squeezing a tea bag after the brewing process is finished.
- the tea bag is pulled over threads in a pocket whose opposite sides or walls are compressible, so that the still stored in the tea bag liquid can be expressed.
- the invention has for its object to improve a bag, or its handle of the aforementioned type by simple means so that the bag can be attached to a container that the Bag, for example, while dwelling safely dwelled on the container and as easy as possible after the brewing process for the user again removable from the container, while ensuring that the bag as possible without accidentally dripping on the skin of the user by the user can be expressed, removed and disposed of, while at the same time the most efficient and cost-effective but also varied to be produced tea bags should be made available.
- the object is achieved by a handle for a bag for preparing an infusion beverage in a vessel or in a container with the features of claim 1 and by a method for producing a handle with the features of claim 8.
- the handle has a fastening element for fastening the bag and a holding element for holding the bag to the bag Vessel or to the container, wherein the holding element in its basic position has two mutually opposite tabs, the head sides are spaced so that a gap is formed, which extends from the head side to the opposite foot side, preferably expanded cone-shaped, wherein the tabs respectively communicate with at least one cheek on which at least one predetermined breaking web is arranged, which is connected to the fastening element.
- the basic position within the meaning of the invention is the position in which the tabs are not deflected.
- the tabs can be compressed or expanded, leaving the basic position, but preferably return to it.
- the bag is designed with a narrow side, which is narrow relative to its longitudinal side, so that, as it were, an elongated, rectangular bag is formed.
- the bag is connected to the handle so that, for example, a so-called tea stick is formed.
- This tea stick can be placed over the handle, in particular via the holding element with its opposite tabs on a container edge so that the bag is arranged with the infusion material received therein in the filled liquid, so the hot water.
- the handle is gripped, for example, in the region of the fastener, which can be attacked at the same time, for example, on the cheek and / or on the tabs, so that the fastener by destruction of the predetermined breaking webs, which, for example, via a relative rotation of the fastener to the tab or reached to the cheek, is detachable from the cheek.
- the user has the two sub-elements (holding element, fastener) separated from each other, the bag, which is still attached to the fastener is preferably pulled through the gap from bottom to top, at the same time the opposite tabs can be compressed, so that this force causes a squeezing of the infused material.
- the bag can be pulled in sections through the gap between the two tabs, the two tabs can of course also be compressed alternately and can also get back to their original position (home position). This ensures that the bag is quasi-step by step essentially completely freed from the water stored in the infusion. Of course, it is particularly advantageous if this extrusion process so is carried out that the water stored in the infusion also enters the container. When pressing out it is ensured that the user can not injure or scald due to the dissolving hot drops or liquid, because the tabs serve as a kind of shield.
- the bag or the infusion material stored therein is sufficiently squeezed out, the bag can be disposed of without danger of injury, together with the holding element, which is separated from the fastening element.
- the gap may extend with a constant gap amount from the head side to the foot side.
- the respective tab is connected via a connecting web to the respective cheek, wherein the connecting web expediently has at least one cone-shaped section which widens in the direction of the foot side.
- the handle can be placed on differently designed container edges, for example on thick-walled cup walls and / or thin-walled cup edges, and to be able to ensure that the straps, as described above, are compressible
- the straps are flexible the cheeks are arranged. This can be achieved, for example, by briefly slitting the respective tab in the region or directly on the connecting web. In this respect, quasi spring tabs are formed. This is advantageous if the gap from the head side to the foot has a constant amount, so that the tabs can then escape with the respective stress in the appropriate direction. This means that the handle is held at the respective receiving edge quasi in a clamping fit.
- the spring tabs can also escape when the bag is pulled through the gap, in which case already a squeezing out of the stored liquid is effected.
- the tabs or spring tabs are preferably rigidly mounted on the head side, so they can not dodge as much as the foot side, or can not dodge at all.
- the head sides of the tabs have a course adapted to an associated side of the fastening element. This is favorable, as in a release of the fastener from the handle this in the relative rotational movement to the cheek to destroy the breakage webs or to the at least one predetermined breaking web, is set free, so quasi free of impact that is movable without contact to the head side of the tab.
- the handle has additional pliers, which are preferably designed as an extension of the cheeks, the forceps comprise the fastening element like a circle and have a separating slot.
- the head has a gap which widens in the direction of a foot side of the tabs preferably cone-shaped.
- the gap may also have a constant amount.
- planar connecting surfaces are formed in the molding of the handle, so that an easy connection of the two mirror-image parts can be achieved.
- at least one of the fastening part elements is formed so that a receptacle for a head side of the bag is formed, in which the bag before folding the two mirror-image parts can be inserted and connected to this.
- This advantageous procedure has the effect that a receptacle which is adapted to the head side of the bag is made available, wherein a sufficiently planar connecting surface is still present outside the receptacle in order to be able to connect the corresponding planar connecting surface of the other fastening part element to it after folding.
- a bag or a handle is thus provided, which can be attached by the attached to the handle tabs on the container edge, for example, on the cup rim and / or on a cup edge, the handle can also be used to the wet content on the Express container, after the infusion beverage, such as tea, is done, so that the consumer can dispose of the bag, such as the tea bag, drip-free and without risk of injury.
- Another advantage is that, for example, text and image information can be applied to the fastener, so as to the consumer, for example be able to tell which infusion is in the bag, of course, other information and / or advertising messages are conceivable.
- it can further be provided to store a plurality of tea bags, which are each connected to a handle, together in a single outer packaging, wherein the consumer can then selectively remove a single tea bag via the handle from the outer packaging.
- the bag is not placed in the outer packaging, but can be selectively hung.
- this appropriate hangers are used for example in the embodiment as struts in the outer packaging.
- the handle initially consists only of a piece of paper or cardboard, which can also be provided with a film on one side or on both sides, wherein the handle, for example, embossed or deep-drawn. This creates the two mirror-image parts, which are then given their final shape by molding, preferably by punching.
- planar connection surfaces are sufficiently connected to the corresponding planar connection surfaces of the other part of the two mirror-image parts, wherein preferably an adhesive can be provided so that when folding both mirror-image parts these joined over each other corresponding planar connection surfaces cohesively together can be.
- an adhesive can be provided so that when folding both mirror-image parts these joined over each other corresponding planar connection surfaces cohesively together can be.
- said adhesive bond should not be limiting.
- the embossed or deep-drawn areas are advantageously free of adhesive, so that they do not stick together after folding. It is also possible, of course, first to carry out a glueless folding before molding or before punching, the parts then being unfolded again provided with adhesive and then glued together with the bag together.
- the bonding agent or the adhesive can be applied continuously to all planar joint surfaces, embossed or deep-drawn surfaces being excluded therefrom.
- the connecting means can be applied for example via a roller, which of course is not intended to be limiting.
- the bag is placed after the application of the adhesive at one or at the intended location, wherein the two mirror-image parts are folded at the intended location (mirror axis) and possibly compressed.
- the bag may preferably be connected to the handle with an adhesive, but this should be by way of example only and not by way of limitation. Both mirror-image parts thus enter into one another and with the bag, preferably a cohesive connection.
- the bag initially stored separately to handle to merge them in use, ie in the production of the infusion beverage.
- the bag may have an additional connecting element, which is connectable to the fastening element.
- the fastener could have a corresponding receptacle. A separation of fastener and cheek is not required.
- the handle could be used several times or used. Otherwise, the functions described above, in particular the handle, are retained.
- a bag such as a tea bag
- a connecting element for example in the embodiment as a thread to connect to the handle.
- the thread with a bag end head side
- the thread With its opposite end of the bag end of the thread can be fixed to the fastener.
- the thread overhanging the fastening element somewhat with its free end, in which case a securing thickening, may be provided, for example in the configuration of a node, to avoid that the thread slips through the fastener under the action of a tensile force.
- the thread is connected on the head side along the transverse side (head side) with this and merged opposite with its two free ends, e.g. knotted, so that the thread has a triangular course from the head side of the bag in the direction of the exemplary node in the loaded state, ie by the action of gravity caused by the teabag.
- embossments on the two subelements, which are adapted to the course of the thread in order to be able to guide it sufficiently.
- a thread guide is provided, which is arranged in a preferred embodiment of the tabs.
- the thread guides can be executed as molded or embossed elements plan to the remaining adhesive surfaces.
- the thread guide prevents entanglement of the thread when the tea bag is drawn into this in the gap between the tabs to express the bag or its residual content.
- the thread guide is therefore arranged on the tabs and not on the fastener to be solved.
- the thread is connected or glued at the corresponding points with the fastening element.
- the straps are naturally adapted in their longitudinal extent to the configuration of the respective bag, in particular in its longitudinal extent, so that it is preferably completely covered by the straps when the bag after disconnecting the fastener is pulled over the thread in the direction of the head side of the tabs.
- Fig.1 shows a bag 1 for preparing an infusion beverage in a vessel or in a container, the bag 1 is connected at the head with a handle 2.
- the bag can be designed, for example, as a tea bag, and therefore has as an infusion example tea leaves inside.
- the vessel or container may be a cup, a cup or a jug, to name just a few examples.
- the handle 2 has a fastening element 3 for fastening the bag 1 and a holding element 4 for holding the bag 1 on the vessel.
- the holding member 4 has two mutually opposite tabs 6, the head sides 7 are spaced so that a gap 8 is formed, which is shown in the exemplary embodiment, for example, extended from the head side 7 to the opposite foot 9 conically, the tabs 6 each with at least one cheek 11 are in communication, on which at least one predetermined breaking web 12 is arranged, which is connected to the fastening element 3.
- the foot sides 9 can be rounded at their free end ( FIG. 1 ) or linear ( FIG. 2 ).
- the cheeks 11 go over the head in pliers 14, which will be discussed in more detail below.
- the fastening element 3 is designed as a circular plate.
- the predetermined breaking webs 12 are each arranged laterally and diametrically opposite to the fastening element 3 and to the cheeks 11.
- the breakaway webs 12 thus connect the fastener 3 with the cheeks 11, and thus with the holding element 4.
- the breakaway webs 12 are dimensioned so that the fastener 3 does not come off the cheeks 11 in use, but still a deliberately introduced, preferably low force would be sufficient for destroying the predetermined breaking webs 12.
- the head side 7 of the respective tab 6 is designed as shown by way of example adapted to the geometric configuration of the fastener 3, and has a corresponding rounded recess. This is advantageous in that the fastening element 3 will not have any contact with the head side 7 of the tongue 6 during its relative rotation to the cheek 11.
- the tabs 6 are connected as flat plates on the connecting webs 13 with the respective cheek 11.
- the connecting webs 13 expand in a cone shape from the head side 7 of the lugs 6 in the direction of their foot side 9. In this respect, it is also possible to speak of wedge-shaped connecting webs 13.
- the tabs 6 are sufficiently flexible at least at the foot, so that they can be pressed or pressed against each other sufficiently.
- the slot 16 is initially oriented in the direction of the central axis X. and then extends away from a free edge of the connecting web 13 in the direction of the head side 7 and has a length such that the flexibility of the opposite tabs 6 is increased, but at the same time a further tearing in a compression or a flexible load the tabs 6 is avoided.
- the slot 16 is designed so that on the one hand increases the flexibility of the tabs 6 in both directions, ie in a compressing and dodging, while maintaining the required stability, so that the bag or the handle second quasi in the clamping seat preferably can be placed on a container edge.
- pliers 14 are executed according to the geometric configuration of the fastener 3 adapted to this running, the pliers 14 are spaced from the fastener 3, so that in turn a gap between the two is formed.
- the pliers 14 extend in the plane of the drawing Fig.1 and 2 each left and right to the fastener 3 around and include this in a quarter circle section.
- Each of the pliers 14 shown on the left and right in the plane of the drawing are separated from one another by a separating slot 17 which is preferably centered and congruent to the central axis X, so that respective free edges 18 of the pliers 14 lie opposite one another.
- the handle 2 in contrast to the in Fig.2 illustrated embodiment, no pliers.
- the fastening element 3 is formed from two geometrically different partial regions 19, 21.
- the two subregions 19,21 continuously merge into one another, wherein one of the subregions 19 is designed in the manner of a circular plate which is cut in a secant manner, whereby the second subarea 21 adjoins this subarea 19, which is rectangular in the illustrated embodiment ,
- the predetermined breaking webs 12 are in turn arranged diametrically opposite to the fastening element 3 or the circular section-like partial region 19 and the cheeks 11 with respect to the central axis X.
- the tabs 6 in the embodiment according to Figure 3 at the head first with a constant gap amount in the direction of the foot 9, wherein the gap 8 based on the embodiment according to Fig. 2 first extended cone-shaped further down.
- the slot 16 is different from the embodiment according to FIG. 2 each provided with an exemplary horizontally extending portion 26 which extends in the direction of the central axis X.
- a starting material of the handle 2 is shown, which is embossed or deep drawn from a piece of paper or cardboard, which can also be provided with a one-sided or double-sided film. This results in two mirror-symmetrical parts with respect to a mirror axis Y, which then obtain their final shape by shaping, for example punching.
- the production steps shown are already the tabs 6 and the connecting webs 13 and the cheeks 11 can be seen.
- the pliers 14 were punched out in their previously described embodiment, and the cheeks 11 and connecting webs 13 from the base side 9 in the direction of the head side 9 preferably shortened by half.
- the slot 16 has been inserted into the tabs 6.
- the tabs 6 can also be referred to as spring tabs.
- the fastening element 3 is formed from two mutually corresponding fastening sub-elements 23,24, each of which are arranged on the mirror-symmetrical part of the handle 2. It is possible to perform the connecting surface 22 of the respective fastening part elements 23 and 24 continuously plan to then 23 and 24 to secure the teabag between the two fastening part elements before the two mirror-symmetrical parts are folded together and then connected together. But it is also favorable if at least one of the fastening part elements 23 and / or 24 is not designed to be flat on its connecting surface 22, so that a receptacle is formed, in which a head side of the bag 1 can be inserted and connected.
- the other fastening part element 23 and / or 24 can have a flat or planar continuous connection surface 22. If the two mirror-symmetrical parts are then folded onto one another about the mirror axis, and if adhesive is present on the planar connecting surfaces 22, the two mirror-symmetrical parts are joined together to form the handle 2. It extends, as exemplified by the Fig.1 can be removed, the bag through the gap 8 of the handle 2 away. Now, if the fastener 3 is released in the manner described above by the cheek 11, the bag is pulled through the gap 8, wherein the gap 8 at least on the head side can already be dimensioned so that an additional pressing or compressing the opposing tabs 6 not is absolutely necessary to dissolve the water stored in the infusion. Of course, it is quite advantageous nevertheless to solve the water stored in the infusion by means of the supportive compression of the opposing tabs from the infusion. Of course, this can be done alternately, so that the bag is expressed step by step.
- the handle 2 is folded about a 90 ° to the mirror axis Y twisted mirror axis Y1.
- a handle 2 is shown in which no pliers are provided.
- the fastener 3 is according to the execution to FIG. 3 executed.
- the fastener 3 can be released by relatively twisting of the support member 4, both radially to the Y-axis and as described above.
- a one-sided pliers 14 is shown.
- the forceps has its separating slot 17 on the right plane of the drawing.
- the separating slot 17 separates the pliers 14 from the cheek 11. It is conceivable to provide a single breaking web 12. Preference is given to two predetermined breaking webs 12 arranged at a 90 ° angle to each other, wherein one of the predetermined breaking webs is congruent to the middle ash X.
- the tabs 6 may each have an outwardly curved course. It is expedient, if the bulges have such an amount that a squeezing of the bag 1 by means of the tabs 6 is sufficiently accessible.
- the respective buckling amounts can be different.
- the opposing lugs 6 have opposite curvatures, so that in addition to the preferably conical gap 8, a correspondingly curved gap profile or interior space is formed between the two lugs 6. It is also conceivable, however, to provide the opposite lugs 6 with the same curvature orientation, wherein the respective bulging amounts may be different.
- one of the tabs 6 with its curvature center has an outwardly oriented curvature, the other tab 6 having its curvature center having an inwardly oriented curvature. This not only improves the clamping effect, but also facilitates expressions. It is also possible to carry out the two tabs 6, each having a different axial length, so that one tab 6 is longer or shorter than the other.
- the connecting webs 13 not only widen wedge-like, but are also oriented away from the X-axis, so that the tabs 6 widen laterally relative to the X-axis, and wherein the preferably conically widening gap 8 is formed is.
- the tabs 6 are virtually provided with a double cone, in such a way that the gap 8 widens, and broaden the tabs 6 in the transverse direction.
- FIGS. 12 and 13 is exemplified that, of course, embossing 27 or formations can be provided, which facilitate insertion of the bag 1.
- FIG. 13 can be seen particularly clearly, the fastener 3 has a semi-circular portion 28, which merges into a step-like portion 29.
- a further securing element 31 is virtually formed, which provides an improved connection of the bag to the fastening element 3.
- the bag 1 is quasi clamped in this embodiment, the head side in addition to the aforementioned compound.
- the effort to provide the head side of the bag 1 possible manner with adhesive is to set here lower than the advantage achieved an improved connection previously separated elements.
- FIG. 15 shows that the bag 1 is connected to a thread 32 which is arranged on the head side along the transverse direction, so that two free ends 33 are formed, which are connected to each other, for example by means of a knot 34.
- the thread 32 thus virtually comprises a triangle when the thread 32 is subjected to the weight of the bag 1.
- a stamping 36 is arranged on the fastening element 3, which has not yet been produced, which has a corresponding profile.
- a web-like yarn guide 37 is provided, which is designed and arranged so that the two Trumme of the thread 32 always abut against this, even if the bag 1 is retracted by actuation of the thread 32 in the gap 8.
- the thread guide 37 is preferably arranged centrally on the lugs 6 in the region of the head sides.
- both Trumme of the thread 32 are always spaced from each other, so that advantageously a tangling or jamming of the thread 32 in the tabs 6 is avoided.
- the shaped or embossed elements that is, for example, the thread guide 37 with its free protruding surface flat to the remaining adhesive surfaces.
- the exemplary node 34 is guided into the separating slot 17 of the tongs 14, which of course is intended to be exemplary only and not limiting.
- the node 34 is to be considered as a kind of securing thickening 34, which avoids slippage of the thread 32 through the fastening element 3 if the pulling force is too great.
- an embossment is provided, which is arranged in the fastening element 3, or in both sub-elements.
- the embossing is designed to correspond to the triangular course of the thread 32.
- the thread guide 37 is provided.
- the embossment for receiving the node 34 is executed.
- the thread guide 37 may also be referred to as a spacer. Meaningful as the respective thread guide 37 is designed so that the bag 1 can be pulled through the gap 8 after the separation of the fastener 3, and can be expressed by the action of the tabs.
- the tabs 6 may have a longitudinal extent from their top side to the foot side, which corresponds to the design of the bag 1, in particular in its longitudinal extent, so that the bag or the filter material is preferably completely covered by the tabs 6, if this in the gap 8 is fed. In this respect, the dimensions are at least in the FIGS. 14 to 19 not to scale.
- the thread guide 37 is also useful because the (flexible, so not motion-resistant) thread 32, in contrast to the direct attachment of the bag to the fastener 3, itself has no leadership function, and could twist in the handle. However, the handle can not be opened without destroying it. Therefore, the thread guide 37 is provided meaningfully.
- a piece of the bag 1 (head side) is folded and glued to the loop.
- two formations or embossments 38 are provided, which are spaced apart in the transverse direction, so that between two a clearance 39 is formed.
- This embodiment is also suitable for a bag 1, for example in the embodiment as a double-chamber bag, which is connected at the head with a thread 32, such as FIG. 18 shows.
- the thread 32 extends eintrummig from the top of the bag 1 in the direction of its free end 41.
- a label may be arranged.
- a securing thickening 34 or a node 34 is again provided at the free end 41.
- the thread 32 is inserted into the free space 39, and connected to the fastening element 3 or with one of its sub-elements, or preferably glued, both mirror-symmetrical Parts, for example, to the mirror axis Y are folded on each other.
- the node 34 or the securing thickening 34 is guided beyond the fastening element 3, and prevents slippage, should the fastening force not be sufficient against the acting tensile force.
- FIG. 19 illustrated embodiment is based on FIG. 16 a recess for receiving the thread 32 and its node on the fastener 3 and arranged on its sub-elements.
- the handle 2 can therefore be connected directly to the bag 1 either directly with an elongate bag 1 or indirectly via a thread 32, whereby the core of the invention is not left.

Description
The invention relates to a bag for preparing an infusion beverage in a vessel or in a container, wherein the bag is connected to the head side with a handle. But the invention also relates to the production of the bag or the handle itself.
Bags for preparing an infusion beverage are known, for example, as tea bags. These usually have a double-chamber bag made of corresponding filter paper, which is connected at the head end to a thread at whose other end a label is attached. For preparing the infusion beverage, the exemplary tea bag is placed in a container, for example in a cup. Then hot water is added to the cup. To remove the tea bag after the brewing process from the vessel, the thread is connected before the brewing process, for example, with a handle or a handle of the vessel or the container. Thus, the tea bag on the label is always tangible, but it should be noted that the connection of the tea bag over the thread with the vessel is not always so safe, so that it may well happen that the thread or the bag from the Dissolves connection and passes during the infusion process or brewing process with the label together in the hot liquid or in the infusion water. The tea bag must then be fished out of the hot water.
Another problem is that when the teabag is removed from the vessel after the brewing process, it usually drips a bit more, these drops which are dissolved from the teabag naturally being very hot, so that there is a considerable risk of injury to the connoisseur of the tea Tees is because it can scald with the hot drops. After the brewing process, it is therefore desirable to express the liquid stored in the infusion. This happens, for example, so that the bag is placed on a spoon, with the thread being wound around the bag and the spoon under tension. As a result, the hot liquid is partially squeezed, whereby the user can come into contact with the hot liquid, which can also lead to the aforementioned scalding.

Based on the aforementioned prior art and the existing disadvantages, the invention has for its object to improve a bag, or its handle of the aforementioned type by simple means so that the bag can be attached to a container that the Bag, for example, while dwelling safely dwelled on the container and as easy as possible after the brewing process for the user again removable from the container, while ensuring that the bag as possible without accidentally dripping on the skin of the user by the user can be expressed, removed and disposed of, while at the same time the most efficient and cost-effective but also varied to be produced tea bags should be made available.
According to the invention the object is achieved by a handle for a bag for preparing an infusion beverage in a vessel or in a container with the features of
It is advantageously provided that the handle has a fastening element for fastening the bag and a holding element for holding the bag to the bag Vessel or to the container, wherein the holding element in its basic position has two mutually opposite tabs, the head sides are spaced so that a gap is formed, which extends from the head side to the opposite foot side, preferably expanded cone-shaped, wherein the tabs respectively communicate with at least one cheek on which at least one predetermined breaking web is arranged, which is connected to the fastening element.
The basic position within the meaning of the invention is the position in which the tabs are not deflected. The tabs can be compressed or expanded, leaving the basic position, but preferably return to it.
In a first preferred embodiment, the bag is designed with a narrow side, which is narrow relative to its longitudinal side, so that, as it were, an elongated, rectangular bag is formed. The bag is connected to the handle so that, for example, a so-called tea stick is formed. This tea stick can be placed over the handle, in particular via the holding element with its opposite tabs on a container edge so that the bag is arranged with the infusion material received therein in the filled liquid, so the hot water. After completion of the brewing process, the handle is gripped, for example, in the region of the fastener, which can be attacked at the same time, for example, on the cheek and / or on the tabs, so that the fastener by destruction of the predetermined breaking webs, which, for example, via a relative rotation of the fastener to the tab or reached to the cheek, is detachable from the cheek. Thus, the user has the two sub-elements (holding element, fastener) separated from each other, the bag, which is still attached to the fastener is preferably pulled through the gap from bottom to top, at the same time the opposite tabs can be compressed, so that this force causes a squeezing of the infused material. Of course, the bag can be pulled in sections through the gap between the two tabs, the two tabs can of course also be compressed alternately and can also get back to their original position (home position).
If the bag or the infusion material stored therein is sufficiently squeezed out, the bag can be disposed of without danger of injury, together with the holding element, which is separated from the fastening element.
The gap may extend with a constant gap amount from the head side to the foot side. In order to form the preferably cone-shaped gap, it is advantageously provided that the respective tab is connected via a connecting web to the respective cheek, wherein the connecting web expediently has at least one cone-shaped section which widens in the direction of the foot side.
So that the handle can be placed on differently designed container edges, for example on thick-walled cup walls and / or thin-walled cup edges, and to be able to ensure that the straps, as described above, are compressible, it is expedient for the purposes of the invention if the straps are flexible the cheeks are arranged. In addition, the spring tabs can also escape when the bag is pulled through the gap, in which case already a squeezing out of the stored liquid is effected. Of course, these advantages also result in a preferably conically widening gap. The tabs or spring tabs are preferably rigidly mounted on the head side, so they can not dodge as much as the foot side, or can not dodge at all.
It is expedient for the purposes of the invention that the head sides of the tabs have a course adapted to an associated side of the fastening element. This is favorable, as in a release of the fastener from the handle this in the relative rotational movement to the cheek to destroy the breakage webs or to the at least one predetermined breaking web, is set free, so quasi free of impact that is movable without contact to the head side of the tab.
To be able to place the handle or the tea bag with the attached handle on the quasi-preferably conical (gap) spaced tabs on a container edge, and / or to ensure that the tea bag on the handle, for example, on a handle of a Cup of a cup or a jug is easily fastened, is advantageously provided that the handle has additional pliers, which are preferably designed as an extension of the cheeks, the forceps comprise the fastening element like a circle and have a separating slot.
For producing a handle for a bag for preparing an infusion beverage in a vessel or in a container, wherein the bag is connectable to the handle on the head side, advantageously at least the following steps are provided:
Producing two with respect to at least one mirror axis mirror-image parts, which are interconnected via the mirror axis comprising.
Formen von Laschen an den beiden spiegelbildlichen Teilen, wobei die beiden spiegelbildlichen Teile so geformt werden, dass die Laschen über bevorzugt konusartig verlaufende Verbindungsstege mit Wangen in Verbindung stehen,Forming tabs on the two mirror-image parts, wherein the two mirror-image parts are shaped such that the tabs communicate with cheeks via preferably conical connecting webs,
Forms of fastener elements on the two mirror-image parts, which are connected to the cheeks prepared by the molds in the predetermined breaking webs, wherein
in the forms of the tabs and the fastening part elements from the two mirror-image parts planar connecting surfaces are formed, wherein the two mirror-image parts are brought together about their mirror axis and connectable to each other via the planar connecting surfaces.
If the two mirror-image parts are connected to one another via their planar connection surfaces, the two tabs together form a retaining element, the head has a gap which widens in the direction of a foot side of the tabs preferably cone-shaped. Of course, the gap may also have a constant amount.
Before merging the two mirror-image parts is advantageously provided that the cheeks shortened and the connecting webs are partially removed from the tabs. Of course, this step can be carried out simultaneously with the molding of the fastening part elements or release of the fastening part elements.
Advantageously, it can be provided to introduce a slot in the tabs for partially separating the tabs of the remaining connecting web.
As already described above, planar connecting surfaces are formed in the molding of the handle, so that an easy connection of the two mirror-image parts can be achieved. Favorable within the meaning of the invention is also provided that at least one of the fastening part elements is formed so that a receptacle for a head side of the bag is formed, in which the bag before folding the two mirror-image parts can be inserted and connected to this. This advantageous procedure has the effect that a receptacle which is adapted to the head side of the bag is made available, wherein a sufficiently planar connecting surface is still present outside the receptacle in order to be able to connect the corresponding planar connecting surface of the other fastening part element to it after folding. By receiving the bag is nevertheless safe between the two fastening part elements, which then form the fastener held.
Overall, a bag or a handle is thus provided, which can be attached by the attached to the handle tabs on the container edge, for example, on the cup rim and / or on a cup edge, the handle can also be used to the wet content on the Express container, after the infusion beverage, such as tea, is done, so that the consumer can dispose of the bag, such as the tea bag, drip-free and without risk of injury.
Another advantage is that, for example, text and image information can be applied to the fastener, so as to the consumer, for example be able to tell which infusion is in the bag, of course, other information and / or advertising messages are conceivable.
Advantageously, it can further be provided to store a plurality of tea bags, which are each connected to a handle, together in a single outer packaging, wherein the consumer can then selectively remove a single tea bag via the handle from the outer packaging. It is particularly advantageous that the bag is not placed in the outer packaging, but can be selectively hung. Thus, the infusion is stored very gently, the respective bags are also safe and easy to reach. Of course, this appropriate hangers are used for example in the embodiment as struts in the outer packaging.
The handle initially consists only of a piece of paper or cardboard, which can also be provided with a film on one side or on both sides, wherein the handle, for example, embossed or deep-drawn. This creates the two mirror-image parts, which are then given their final shape by molding, preferably by punching.
It is essential that all planar connection surfaces are sufficiently connected to the corresponding planar connection surfaces of the other part of the two mirror-image parts, wherein preferably an adhesive can be provided so that when folding both mirror-image parts these joined over each other corresponding planar connection surfaces cohesively together can be. Of course, other suitable types of connection are conceivable, so that said adhesive bond should not be limiting. The embossed or deep-drawn areas are advantageously free of adhesive, so that they do not stick together after folding. It is also possible, of course, first to carry out a glueless folding before molding or before punching, the parts then being unfolded again provided with adhesive and then glued together with the bag together.
It is essential that by means of the punching primarily the respective fastening part element is released, wherein one of the fastening part elements is then directly connected to the actual bag. In a preferred embodiment, the fastening element or the assembled from the two fastening sub-elements dimensioned from the width, as the thus to be connected or present bag on its head side or on its transverse side. Favorable in the context of the invention is when as little breakage bars are provided for destructible connection of the fastener with the cheeks to reduce the required forces with which the consumer solves the fastener with the associated bag from the handle or from the cheeks , It is possible to provide only a single predetermined breaking web, wherein a plurality, preferably two relative to a central axis diametrically opposite predetermined breaking webs can be provided.
The bonding agent or the adhesive can be applied continuously to all planar joint surfaces, embossed or deep-drawn surfaces being excluded therefrom. The connecting means can be applied for example via a roller, which of course is not intended to be limiting.
The bag is placed after the application of the adhesive at one or at the intended location, wherein the two mirror-image parts are folded at the intended location (mirror axis) and possibly compressed. The bag may preferably be connected to the handle with an adhesive, but this should be by way of example only and not by way of limitation. Both mirror-image parts thus enter into one another and with the bag, preferably a cohesive connection. It is well within the meaning of the invention, the bag initially stored separately to handle to merge them in use, ie in the production of the infusion beverage. For this purpose, the bag may have an additional connecting element, which is connectable to the fastening element. For example, the fastener could have a corresponding receptacle. A separation of fastener and cheek is not required. In this respect, the handle could be used several times or used. Otherwise, the functions described above, in particular the handle, are retained.
In a further embodiment, it is well within the meaning of the invention, a bag, such as a tea bag, by means of a connecting element, for example in the embodiment as a thread to connect to the handle. It can be advantageously provided that the thread with a bag end (head side) is sufficiently connected to the bag. With its opposite end of the bag end of the thread can be fixed to the fastener. Possible is that the thread overhanging the fastening element somewhat with its free end, in which case a securing thickening, may be provided, for example in the configuration of a node, to avoid that the thread slips through the fastener under the action of a tensile force.
Of course, it may be provided to connect not only the known tea bag, but also a tea bag according to the above description accordingly with a thread with the handle or the fastener. For this purpose, the thread is connected on the head side along the transverse side (head side) with this and merged opposite with its two free ends, e.g. knotted, so that the thread has a triangular course from the head side of the bag in the direction of the exemplary node in the loaded state, ie by the action of gravity caused by the teabag. It is conceivable, for example, to arrange embossments on the two subelements, which are adapted to the course of the thread in order to be able to guide it sufficiently.
In a further advantageous embodiment can be provided to connect a bag with the handle or the fastener, which has only one eintrummig axially extending thread. Appropriately, a thread guide is provided, which is arranged in a preferred embodiment of the tabs. The thread guides can be executed as molded or embossed elements plan to the remaining adhesive surfaces. The thread guide prevents entanglement of the thread when the tea bag is drawn into this in the gap between the tabs to express the bag or its residual content. Advantageously, the thread guide is therefore arranged on the tabs and not on the fastener to be solved.
Advantageously, the thread is connected or glued at the corresponding points with the fastening element. If the bag is indirectly connected to the handle or the fastening element via the thread, the straps are naturally adapted in their longitudinal extent to the configuration of the respective bag, in particular in its longitudinal extent, so that it is preferably completely covered by the straps when the bag after disconnecting the fastener is pulled over the thread in the direction of the head side of the tabs. In the case of the direct connection of the bag to the fastening element, on the other hand, it may be expedient to carry out the tabs in their longitudinal extent shorter than the respective bags.

The
The
