  • the disk (4) cannot oscillate and remains in its initial position, as shown in Fig. 2 , in spite of the fact that the catch (1) is at maximum distance from the disk (4), further to actuation of the opening device of the back door.
  • This new position of the memory lever (10) prevents a new oscillating travel of the catch (1) approaching the disk (4), which would occur automatically - because of said return spring assisting the catch (1) - as soon as the action exerted on the catch by the opening device of the back door ends.
  • the back door can be lifted and opened manually, overcoming only the load that is accidentally applied on the back door, given the fact that the tooth (8) of the disk (4) and the counter-tooth (9) of the catch (1) are not momentarily coupled, as shown in Fig. 3 .
