  • the laundry In washing machines, the laundry is placed inside a drum that rotates preferably around a horizontal axis. In different steps of the washing program, the laundry is cleaned with water and detergent by rotating the drum at different speeds. While the drum is being rotated, the laundry is not distributed homogeneously inside the drum, causing an uneven distribution of the laundry by piling up in some regions. Particularly in the spinning step wherein the drum is rotated at very high speeds, the uneven distribution of the load generates vibrations. These vibrations not only generate noise and result in user dissatisfaction, but also cause the machine to wear out. Furthermore, the spinning performance at high speeds is adversely affected.

Claims (8)

  1. Waschmaschine (1) mit horizontaler Achse, wobei die unausgeglichene Ladung in der Trommel mithilfe einer Flüssigkeit ausgeglichen wird, umfassend einen Gehäusekörper (2), eine Trommel, die sich um die horizontale Achse dreht und im Gehäusekörper (2) angeordnet ist und in die die zu waschenden Artikel gelegt werden, und einen Waschbehälter (3), in dem sich die Trommel dreht, gekennzeichnet durch
    • wenigstens zwei Halterungen (4), die gegenüber an beiden Seiten des Gehäusekörpers (2) angebracht sind, derart, dass sie sich parallel zueinander an der horizontalen Achse erstrecken,
    • wenigstens zwei Trageelemente (5), die an beiden Seiten des Waschbehälters (3) befestigt sind, derart, dass sie auf derselben vertikalen Ebene wie die Halterungen (4) bleiben, und dafür sorgen, dass der Waschbehälter (3) von der Halterung (4) getragen wird, indem er auf der Halterung (4) ruht, und
    • wenigstens zwei Keile (7), die zwischen den Halterungen (4) und den Trageelementen (5) angeordnet sind und an den Trageelementen (5) befestigt sind, und
    • wenigstens zwei Gewichtssensoren (6), die zwischen den Keilen (7) und den Halterungen (4) angeordnet sind, derart, dass sie mit den Keilen (7) verbunden sind.
  2. Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens zwei Halterungen (4) an den Flächen beider Seitenwände des Gehäusekörpers (2) befestigt sind, die dem Waschbehälter (3) zugewandt sind, und parallel zur Drehachse der Trommel sind, die sich entlang der horizontalen Achse erstreckt.
  3. Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens zwei Trageelemente (5) sich von der Fläche des Waschbehälters (3) zu einer der Seitenwände des Gehäusekörpers (2) hin erstrecken.
  4. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mantel (8), in dem der Gewichtssensor (6) angeordnet ist und das von unten an der Halterung (4) befestigt ist, und ein Druckelement (9), das im Mantel (8) angeordnet ist, derart, dass es über dem Gewichtssensor (6) bleibt, und von oben am Keil (7) befestigt ist, und das sich im Mantel (8) bewegt und es so ermöglicht, dass die Kraft über den Keil (7) an den Gewichtssensor (6) übertragen wird.
  5. Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch Gehäuse (10), die zwischen dem Mantel (8) und dem Druckelement (9) angeordnet sind, und einen Stift (11), der an den Gehäusen (10) angebracht ist und so verhindert, dass sich der Mantel (8) und das Druckelement (9) voneinander lösen.
  6. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zwei Gewichtssensoren (6), die auf beiden Seiten des Waschbehälters (3) angeordnet sind, derart, dass der eine auf einer Seite vorne und der andere auf der anderen Seite hinten angeordnet ist.
  7. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch vier Gewichtssensoren (6), wobei je ein Paar der Sensoren (6) auf jeder Seite des Waschbehälters (3) angeordnet ist, derart, dass eines vor dem anderen ist.
  8. Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein Stützmittel (12) aus Metallmaterial, das unter und über dem Keil (7) gesichert ist.
