Claims (10)

  1. Anordnung für die Aktivierung und/oder den Nachweis von mikrobiologischen Verunreinigungen, gebildet aus einer ebenen und steifen Filtrationsmembran (3) und einer allgemein ebenen Aufnahme- und Trägerplatte (5) dieser Membran (3), vor allem im Hinblick auf die Aktivierung und/oder den Nachweis von auf dieser blockierten Verunreinigungen, wobei diese Trägerplatte (5) Rückhalte- und Blockademittel aufweist, die imstande sind, mit der Peripherie der Membran (3) zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel mindestens ein nicht verformbares Organ (6) umfassen, das über die allgemeine Ebene der Platte (P) hinausragt und das mindestens ein Bein (60) aufweist, das einen Anschlag bildet, das im Allgemeinen senkrecht zu der Ebene (P) ist, das von einem im Allgemeinen zu der Ebene parallelen Rückhalteansatz verlängert ist, so dass das Eingreifen der Membran (3) in dieses Organ (6) nur gemäß einer ersten Bewegung (k) der Membran etwa parallel zur Ebene (P) der Platte, gefolgt von einer zweiten Bewegung (1) etwa senkrecht zu der Ebene (P), erfolgen kann, und dass die Platte (5) in ihrem mittigen Teil eine Empfangsaussparung (R) eines Markierungs- oder Nachweismaterials der Verunreinigungen aufweist.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein zweites Organ (7) umfasst, das ein Verriegelungsorgan bildet, das ebenfalls über die allgemeine Ebene (P) der Platte (5) hinausragt, wobei dieses Organ (7) derart elastisch verformbar ist, dass es sich bei der zweiten Bewegung (1) einzieht und dann wieder seine Ausgangsstellung einnimmt, um somit die Membran (3) zu verriegeln.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das nicht verformbare Organ (6) entgegen und gegenüber dem zweiten Organ (7) befindet.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (3) mit einem Sporn (32) ausgestattet ist, der imstande ist, mit dem nicht verformbaren Organ (6) zusammenzuwirken.
  5. Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sporn (32) von oben gesehen die allgemeine Form eines "T" hat.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (3) mit einem Sporn (33) ausgestattet ist, der imstande ist, mit dem zweiten Organ (7) zusammenzuwirken.
  7. Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sporn (33) von oben gesehen die allgemeine Form eines lateinischen oder griechischen Kreuzes hat.
  8. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (3) einen Kreis bildet, wobei sich der Sporn (32; 33) radial an der Peripherie dieses Kreises erstreckt.
  9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (5) eine Region (53) aufweist, die das zweite Organ (7) stützt und die vom Rest der Platte durch eine mechanische Schwächungszone (530) getrennt ist, so dass infolge einer mechanischen Beanspruchung, die auf diese Region (53) ausgeübt wird, man ihr eine besondere Ausrichtung in Bezug auf den Rest der Platte (5) verleiht, was erlaubt, die Membran (5) vom zweiten Organ (7) freizusetzen.
  10. Anordnung nach vorangehendem Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Region (53) in Bezug auf den Rest der Platte (5) ein Anhängsel bildet, wobei sich die Schwächungszone (530) an ihrer Grenze befindet.
