A device according to any one of claims 10 to 12, characterized in that said pneumatic actuator includes a device for rapid unlocking of said bar, this rapid unlocking device including at least one purge valve (3-8) that, when opened, releases compressed air that is air injected into a first chamber (2-3) in the interior of said actuator body from said cartridge (3-3).
  14.
