Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vormischbrenner (10) für eine Gasturbine, in Form eines Doppelkegelbrenners, welcher zwei ineinander verschachtelt angeordnete Teilkegelschalen (11, 12) umfasst, die zwischen sich Lufteintrittskanäle (18, 19) bilden, durch die von aussen Verbrennungsluft (20) in einen kegelförmigen Innenraum (30) des Vormischbrenners (10) einströmt, wobei an den Aussenwänden der Lufteintrittskanäle (18, 19) quer zur Strömungsrichtung der Verbrennungsluft (20) verlaufende, lineare Lochreihen von Eindüsungsöffnungen (21) angeordnet sind, durch welche ein gasförmiger Brennstoff (22) in die quer dazu vorbeiströmende Verbrennungsluft (20) eingedüst wird.
Eine Verbesserung in der Durchmischung von Brennstoff und Verbrennungsluft und eine Reduktion der Schadstoffemissionen werden dadurch erreicht, dass die Eindüsungsöffnungen (21) jeweils ein Durchmesserverhältnis von Durchmesser der Eindüsungsöffnung zu effektivem Austrittsdurchmesser des Vormischbrenners aufweisen, der zwischen 0.011 und 0.015 liegt.
Die Erfindung betrifft weiter ein Verfahren zum Nacharbeiten von derartigen Vormischbrennern
