Claims (11)

  1. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe für ein Gasturbinenkraftwerk (1), wobei die Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe (8) mit mindestens einem Durchgangsloch (33) versehen ist, damit der Gasstrom in eine Brennkammer (7) gelangen kann, wobei die Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe (8) umfasst:
    - eine Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34), die mindestens ein Durchgangsloch (35) aufweist und mit einer Außenfläche (36) außerhalb der Brennkammer (7) versehen ist;
    - mindestens ein Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38), das ein Durchgangsloch (39) aufweist und mit der Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) gekoppelt ist, so dass das Durchgangsloch (39) des Frontsegments (38) an dem Durchgangsloch (35) der Frontplatte (34) ausgerichtet ist; wobei das Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) in Position geklemmt und gegen die Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) gedrückt wird;
    wobei jedes Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) eine Vorderwand (40) umfasst, die von der Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) beabstandet und parallel zu ihr ist, eine L-förmige äußere und eine innere Wand (46), die einen ersten Abschnitt (47), der orthogonal zur Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) ist und mit der Vorderwand (40) verbunden ist, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (48) aufweisen, der von der Vorderwand (40) beabstandet und parallel zu ihr ist; wobei jedes Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) eine innere und eine äußere Klemmplatte (49) aufweist, die in der Mitte der äußeren und inneren Wand (46) angeordnet sind und auf den zweiten Abschnitt (48) der äußeren und inneren Wand (46) innerhalb der Brennkammer-Frontsegmente (38) wirken
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    jedes Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) einen inneren und äußeren Schließstreifen (50) umfasst, der der inneren und äußeren Klemmplatte (49) zugewandt ist, zum Klemmen des freien Endes der zweiten Abschnitte (48) der äußeren und inneren Wand (46) zwischen den Klemmplatten (49) und dem inneren und äußeren Schließstreifen (50).
  2. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Gasturbine (1) einen Rotor (3) mit einer Achse (4) aufweist und die Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) ringförmig um die Achse (4) herum ausgebildet ist; die Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) mit einer Vielzahl von Durchgangslöchern (35) versehen ist, die entlang der Frontplatte (34) in gleichen Abständen angeordnet sind; die Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe (8) eine Vielzahl von Brennkammer-Frontsegmenten (38) aufweist, die fliesenförmig ausgebildet sind und die gesamte Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) abdecken.
  3. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 2, wobei jedes Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) eine Vorderwand (40) aufweist, die beabstandet und parallel zu der Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) ist, zwei gegenüberliegende L-förmige Seitenwände (41) mit einem ersten Abschnitt (42), der orthogonal zu der Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) ist und mit der Vorderwand (40) verbunden ist, und einem zweiten Abschnitt (43), der beabstandet und parallel zu der Vorderwand (40) ist; wobei der zweite Abschnitt (43) der Seitenwände (41) der Brennkammer-Frontsegmente (38) geklemmt und gegen die Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) gedrückt wird.
  4. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 3, wobei jedes Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) zwei seitliche Klemmstreifen (44) aufweist, deren Länge gleich der Länge der Seitenwände (41) ist, die auf den zweiten Abschnitt (43) der Seitenwände (41) innerhalb der Brennkammer-Frontsegmente (38) wirken.
  5. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 4, wobei jedes Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) zwei den Seitenklemmleisten (44) gegenüberliegende Seitenabschlußleisten (45) zum Festklemmen des freien Endes des zweiten Abschnitts (43) der Seitenwände (41) zwischen den Seitenklemmleisten (44) und den Seitenabschlußleisten (45) aufweist.
  6. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Klemmplatten (49) an einem in der Innenfläche des Lochs (39) ausgebildeten Stufensitz (52) anliegen.
  7. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 6, wobei der innere und äußere Schließstreifen (50) und die seitlichen Schließstreifen (45) jeweils einstückig miteinander verbunden sind, um einen einzigen quadratischen Rahmen (51) zu bilden.
  8. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, wobei sie eine Dichtung (53) zwischen dem Brennkammer-Frontsegment (38) und der Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) aufweist.
  9. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Dichtung eine Seildichtung (53) ist, die in einer umlaufenden Nut (54) untergebracht ist, die in der Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Außenfläche (36) der Brennkammer-Frontplatte (34) aus geraden Abschnitten besteht.
  11. Gasturbinenkraftwerk (1) mit
    - einem Rotor (3), der sich um eine Achse (4) dreht;
    - einen Kompressor (5), der stromaufwärts an den Rotor (3) gekoppelt ist, um Luft zu verdichten;
    - eine ringförmige Brennkammer (7), in der die verdichtete Luft mit Brennstoff gemischt und verbrannt wird, um ein Hochdruckgas zu erzeugen;
    - eine Turbine (10), die stromabwärts mit dem Rotor (3) gekoppelt ist, wobei das Hochdruckgas expandiert und Arbeit am Rotor (3) leistet;
    wobei die ringförmige Brennkammer (7) konzentrisch zur Achse (4) angeordnet ist und eine Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe (8) aufweist, die mit einer Vielzahl von Brennern (11) gekoppelt ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Brennkammer-Frontbaugruppe (8) entsprechend den vorstehenden Ansprüchen realisiert wird.
