These known construction props comprise an outer pipe with a longitudinal central axis. The known outer pipe is provided with a foot at a lower end of the outer pipe and screw thread adjacent an upper end of the outer pipe. Further, two slotted holes are provided the screw thread which extend in a direction parallel to the longitudinal central axis and which are provided diametrically relative to each other in the outer pipe. The known construction props further comprise an inner pipe which is slideably received in the outer pipe.

The parts of the tangential creases 36 located radially inwardly remain undamaged. Therefore, sliding the inner pipe 20 inwardly or outwardly relative to the outer pipe 12 can take place unhindered, even when there is some extent of denting.
  • the tangential creases 36 are provided in an area of the outer pipe 12 which extends from adjacent the lower end of the outer pipe 12 over a length of 10 - 50 cm. In the example shown, the length of the area over which tangential creases have been provided from the foot 14 is approximately 15 cm.

  • the tangential creases 36 have a wave-shaped cross sectional profile viewed in a cross sectional plane in which also the longitudinal central axis L extends, as shown in Figs. 3 and 5 . In the exemplary embodiments shown, the crests 36a, 36c turned radially outwardly and the bases 36b, 36d of the wave-shaped cross sectional profile are not equally long.
  • the crests 36a turned radially outwardly are short relative to the bases 36b which extend in the same cylindrical plane as the rest of the wall of the outer pipe 12.
  • the crests 36c turned radially outwardly are long relative to the bases 36d which extend in the same cylindrical plane as the rest of the wall of the outer pipe 12.
  • the length of the crests and the bases of the wave-shaped profile of the tangential creases 36 can indeed be equally long.
  • the distance D between the crests 36a or 36c of two neighbouring creases 36 can be in the range of 0.5 to 3.5 cm. With such a distance, it is sufficiently provided that impact with a large hammer or beam does not lead to dent formation in the parts of the foot reinforcement 34 located radially inwardly. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the distance D is approximately 25 mm.
  • the foot reinforcement 34 can also comprise axial creases in addition to the tangential creases 36.
  • the axial creases which are provided through plastic deformation of the outer pipe wall, can promote guiding of the inner pipe relative to the outer pipe while still the resistance against squashing of the outer pipe is retained as a result of the presence of the tangential creases.

Claims (8)

  1. Stütze für Bauarbeiten, umfassend:
    • ein Außenrohr (12) mit einer länglichen Mittelachse (L), das Außenrohr (12) versehen mit:
    ∘ einem Fuß (14) an einem unteren Ende des Außenrohres (12);
    ∘ einem Schraubgewinde (16) angrenzend an ein oberes Ende des Außenrohres (12);
    ∘ zwei schlitzförmigen Löchern (18), die an dem Schraubgewinde (16) angeordnet sind und die in einer Richtung parallel zu der länglichen Mittelachse (L) verlaufen und die diametral zueinander in dem Außenrohr (12) bereitgestellt sind;
    • einem Innenrohr (20), das verschiebbar in dem Außenrohr (12) aufgenommen ist und das versehen ist mit:
    ∘ einer Reihe von Lochpaaren (22), angeordnet über einen Teil der Länge des Innenrohres (20), wobei die zwei Löcher von jedem Lochpaar (22) diametral zueinander in dem Innenrohr (20) angeordnet sind;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Außenrohr (12) eine Fußverstärkung (34), angrenzend an ein unteres Ende des Außenrohres (12), umfasst, mit mehreren Falten (36), die jeweils in tangentialer Richtung um den gesamten Umfang des Außenrohres (12) verlaufen, wobei jede Falte (36) in einer gedachten Ebene (P1, P2...Pn) verläuft, die senkrecht zur länglichen Mittelachse (L) verläuft, wobei die tangentialen Falten (36) in einem Bereich des Außenrohres (12) vorgesehen sind, der vom angrenzenden unteren Ende des Außenrohres (12) über eine Länge von 10-50 cm verläuft, und wobei die tangentialen Falten (36) durch plastische Deformation der Rohrwand bereitgestellt sind und ein wellenförmiges Querschnittprofil, gesehen in einer Querschnittsebene, in der auch die längliche Mittelachse (L) verläuft, aufweisen.
  2. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Abstand (D) zwischen den Scheiteln (36a, 36c) von zwei benachbarten Falten im Bereich von 0,5 bis 3,5 cm ist.
  3. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend:
    • eine Stell mutter (26), die mit Innengewinde bereitgestellt ist, konfiguriert zum Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Schraubgewinde (16) des Außenrohres (12).
  4. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach Anspruch 3, ferner umfassend:
    • einen Stützstift (28), der, bei Verwendung, durch eines der Lochpaare (22) des Innenrohres (20) und die schlitzförmigen Löcher (18) in dem Außenrohr (12) verläuft und der auf einer Oberseite der Stellmutter (26) aufsetzt.
  5. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    • eine Endplatte (24), die mit einem oberen Ende des Innenrohres (20) verbunden ist und die mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen oberen Fläche versehen ist, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der länglichen Mittelachse (L) verläuft.
  6. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    • eine Höhenmarkierung (30), die an dem Innenrohr (20) bereitgestellt ist.
  7. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    • eine Schwerpunktmarkierung (32) an dem Außenrohr (12) im Schwerezentrum der Stütze für Bauarbeiten (10), wenn das Innenrohr (20) in einem am meisten eingeschobenen Zustand in dem Außenrohr (12) ist.
  8. Stütze für Bauarbeiten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend:
    • axiale Falten in der Fußverstärkung (34), die die tangentialen Falten (36) kreuzen.
