Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden eines Geräts (5) an eine Armanordnung einer Maschinenanlage, wobei das Gerät (5) eine erste Stiftträgerplatte (4) aufweist, die von einer zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (6) beabstandet angeordnet ist, wobei jede Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) ein Paar Öffnungen (9, 10, 11, 13) aufweist, wobei die Öffnungen (9, 10, 11, 13) so angeordnet sind, dass sie erste gegenüberliegende Öffnungen (9, 10) und zweite gegenüberliegende Öffnungen (11, 13) bereitstellen, die sich quer durch einen Raum (7) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) gegenüberstehen, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:eine erste Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (2), umfassend einen Stift (28) und zwei Paare Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38), die zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Stift (28) angepasst sind, wobei der Stift (28) durch jedes Paar Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38) und durch die ersten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (9, 10) der ersten (4) und der zweiten (6) Stiftträgerplatte steckbar ist;wobei ein Paar Buchsen (32, 34) in die erste Stiftträgerplatte (4) eingreift und das andere Paar Buchsen (36, 38) in die zweite Stiftträgerplatte (6) eingreift, so dass ein Paar Innenbuchsen (34, 36) auf dem Stift (28) in Bezug auf die erste (4) und die zweite (6) Stiftträgerplatte definiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassjede Buchse der zwei Paare von Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38) eine exzentrische Öffnung zur Aufnahme des Stiftes (28) aufweist, so dass die Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (2) beweglich ist, um die räumliche Trennung zwischen dem Stift (28) und einem zweiten Stift (40), der zwischen den zweiten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (11, 13) der ersten (4) und der zweiten (6) Stiftträgerplatte angeordnet ist, einzustellen, und die Länge des Stiftes (28) zwischen den Innenbuchsen (34, 36) variiert ist, um die Abmessungen eines Stifteingriffsabschnitts der Armanordnung der Maschinenanlage aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung überdies eine zweite Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) aufweist, bei welcher der zweite Stift (40) und ein Paar Buchsen (46, 48) angepasst sind, um mit dem zweiten Stift (40) zusammenzuwirken, wobei der zweite Stift (40) durch das Paar Buchsen der zweiten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) und durch die zweiten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (11, 13) der ersten (4) und der zweiten (6) Stiftträgerplatte steckbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine der Buchsen (46) des Paares Buchsen (46, 48) der zweiten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) mit der ersten Stiftträgerplatte (4) eingreift und die andere Buchse (48) des Paares Buchsen (46, 48) der zweiten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) mit der zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (6) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) zwei Paare Buchsen (44, 46, 48, 50) aufweist, die angepasst sind, um mit dem zweiten Stift (40) zusammenzuwirken, wobei ein Paar Buchsen (44, 46) in die erste Stiftträgerplatte (4) eingreift und das zweite Paar Buchsen (48, 50) in die zweite Stiftträgerplatte (6) eingreift, so dass ein Paar Innenbuchsen (46, 48) auf dem zweiten Stift (40) und in Bezug auf jeweils die erste und die zweite Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) definiert ist, so dass die Länge des zweiten Stifts (40) zwischen den Innenbuchsen (46, 48) der zweiten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) variable ist, um die Abmessungen eines Stifteingriffsabschnitts der Armanordnung der Maschinenanlage aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (28) an einem Ende einen Flanschanschluss (30) aufweist, um es zu ermöglichen, den Stift (28) entweder an der ersten Stiftträgerplatte (4) oder an der zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (6) zu befestigen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Stift (40) an einem Ende einen Flanschanschluss (42) aufweist, um es zu ermöglichen, den zweiten Stift (40) entweder an der ersten Stiftträgerplatte (4) oder an der zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (6) zu befestigen.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flanschanschluss (30) des Stifts (28) an die entsprechende Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) durch eine der Buchsen (32, 38) der ersten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (2) montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flanschanschluss (42) des zweiten Stifts (40) an die entsprechende Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) durch eine der Buchsen (44, 50) der zweiten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Montagescheibe (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26) auf jeder der ersten und zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) auf beiden Seiten jeder Öffnung der ersten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (9, 10) und der zweiten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (11, 13) in der ersten und der zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) bereitgestellt ist und wobei überdies eine entsprechende Buchse an der entsprechenden Montageschreibe montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere der Buchsen einen Flansch (35) aufweist, wobei ein Teil des Flansches bei Verwendung innerhalb einer entsprechenden Öffnung der ersten und der zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) positioniert ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (2) rotierbar ist, um die räumliche Trennung des Stiftes (28) und des zweiten Stiftes (40) anzupassen und welche an jeder der Stiftträgerplatten (4, 6) in einer beliebigen Anzahl von vorgegebenen Rotationsstellungen montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (3) rotierbar ist, um die räumliche Trennung des Stiftes (28) und des zweiten Stiftes (40) anzupassen und welche an jeder der Stiftträgerplatten (4, 6) in einer beliebigen Anzahl von vorgegebenen Rotationsstellungen montierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer oder beide des Stiftes (28) und des zweiten Stiftes (40) einen Mittelabschnitt (15) aufweist, der zwischen einem ersten Endabschnitt (17) und einem zweiten Endabschnitt (19) gebildet ist, wobei der erste (17) und der zweite (19) Endabschnitt den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen und größer als der Durchmesser des Mittelabschnitts (15) sind, so dass nur der Mittelabschnitt (15) dem Stifteingriffsabschnitt der Armanordung ausgesetzt ist.
- Gerät (5), welches mit der Aufhängung einer einer Vielzahl von Machinenarmanordnungen verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerät die Vorrichtung gemäß einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche aufweist, welche mit den voneinander beabstandeten ersten und zweiten Stiftträgerplatten (4, 6) des Gerätes (5) gekoppelt ist.
- Verfahren zum Verbinden eines Geräts (5) mit einer Armanordnung einer Maschinenanlage, wobei das Gerät (5) eine erste Stiftträgerplatte (4) aufweist, die von einer zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (6) beabstandet ist, wobei jede Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6) ein Paar Öffnungen (9, 10, 11, 13) aufweist, welche erste gegenüberliegende Öffnungen (9, 10) und zweite gegenüberliegende Öffnungen (11, 13) definieren, die sich quer durch einen Raum (7) zwischen der ersten (4) und der zweiten (6) Stiftträgerplatte gegenüberstehen, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Bereitstellen einer ersten Stift- und Buchsenanordnung (2), umfassend einen Stift (28) und zwei Paare Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38), die angepasst sind, um mit dem Stift (28) zusammenzuwirken;wobei ein Paar Buchsen (32, 34) die erste Stiftträgerplatte (4) eingreift und das andere Paar Buchsen (36, 38) die zweite Stiftträgerplatte (6) eingreift, so dass ein Paar Innenbuchsen (34, 36) auf dem Stift (28) in Bezug auf die erste (4) und die zweite (6) Stiftträgerplatte definiert ist;wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass: die Länge des Stiftes (28) zwischen den Innenbuchsen (34, 36) variiert ist, um die Abmessungen eines Stifteingriffsabschnitts der Armanordnung aufzunehmen;wobei das Verfahren überdies durch die folgenden Schritte gekennzeichnet ist: Positionierung des Stiftes (28) durch jedes Paar Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38) und durch die ersten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (9, 10) der ersten und zweiten Stiftträgerplatte (4, 6);Bereitstellen eines zweiten Stiftes (40) und Positionierung des zweiten Stifts (40) durch die zweiten gegenüberliegenden Öffnungen (11, 13) der Stiftträgerplatten (4, 6);Bereitstellen von exzentrischen Öffnungen in jeder Buchse der Paare von Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38);Rotation der Buchsen (32, 34, 36, 38) mit den exzentrischen Öffnungen, so dass die räumliche Trennung zwischen dem Stift (28) und dem zweiten Stift (40) angepasst wird;Befestigen des Stifts (28) und des zweiten Stifts (40) an die ersten und zweiten Stiftträgerplatten (4, 6); undEingreifen des Stifteingriffsabschnitts der Armanordnung mit dem Gerät (5) durch den Stift (28) und den zweiten Stift (40).
