Claims (11)
- Feed device (09) for feeding a printing forme (16), which has an angled-over hook-in leg at least at its leading end (24) in the production direction (P), to a forme cylinder (02) of a press unit (01), having a flat support (63), on which support (63) the printing forme (16) which is to be fed to the forme cylinder (02) is placed or at least can be placed, the support (63) having, on its side which faces the forme cylinder (02), an edge (64) which extends in the axial direction of the forme cylinder (02), there being at least one holding device (68) which holds the printing forme (16) to be fed to the forme cylinder (02), the printing forme (16) which is placed on the edge (64) of the support (63) being locked or at least being capable of being locked at the said edge (64) by way of the at least one holding device (68), characterized in that the edge (64) is configured as a hook-in edge (64), on which the printing forme (16) to be fed to the forme cylinder (02) can be hooked by way of its angled-over hook-in leg which is formed at the leading end (24), the support (63) having, in a region which faces the forme cylinder (02), a slot (66) which extends in the axial direction of the forme cylinder (02) at least over a width (B) of the printing forme (16) to be fed to the forme cylinder (02), at which slot (66) the hook-in edge (64) is formed, the at least one holding device (68) being arranged so as to act on the hook-in edge (64) of the support (63), the at least one holding device (68) being configured as a clamping piece which is connected fixedly to a shaft (71), it being possible for the clamping piece to be pivoted by a rotational movement of the shaft (71) out of a position which releases the slot (66) into a position which holds the hook-in leg of the printing forme (16) which is attached at the hook-in edge (64) of the support (63).
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the angled-over hook-in leg of the printing forme (16) to be fed to the forme cylinder (02) is attached or at least can be attached at the hook-in edge (64) such that it is in diagonal register in relation to the forme cylinder (02).
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the locking of the printing forme (16) which is attached at the hook-in edge (64) of the support (63) can be actuated remotely.
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support (63) is of shorter dimensions than a length, extending in its production direction (P), of the printing forme (16) to be fed to the forme cylinder (02).
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support (63) is arranged such that it is inclined by an inclination angle with respect to a horizontal, the inclination angle lying in a range between 15° and 60°.
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the slot (66) has, at one of its end-side ends, a fixed stop (67) for the orientation in correct lateral register of the printing forme (16) to be fed to the forme cylinder (02).
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rotational movement of the shaft (71) is controlled by a control unit.
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of holding devices (68) which are arranged in each case at a spacing (k) from one another are provided next to one another in the axial direction of the forme cylinder (02), it being possible for the said holding devices (68) to be actuated jointly or optionally individually.
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support (63) is arranged in a plane (14) which is tangential with respect to the forme cylinder (02).
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 9, characterized in that the slot (66) of the support (63) is arranged in the plane (14) which is tangential with respect to the forme cylinder (02).
- Feed device (09) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the printing forme (16) which is attached at the hook-in edge (64) of the support (63) is locked or at least can be locked in a positively locking connection on the said hook-in edge (64) by way of the at least one holding device (68).
