Claims (10)

  1. Verriegelungsvorrichtung (V) einer Eisenbahnweiche, die einen ortsfesten Teil (PF), der dazu bestimmt ist, fest mit einer Hauptschiene (26) verbunden zu werden, und einen Teil (PM) enthält, der bezüglich des ortsfesten Teils beweglich und dazu bestimmt ist, am entsprechenden Weichenteil (27) befestigt zu werden, wobei der bewegliche Teil das Aufbringen des Weichenteils auf die Hauptschiene und seine Verriegelung mittels eines Verriegelungsarms (15) erlaubt, der dazu bestimmt ist, von einem Betätigungsorgan der Weiche angetrieben zu werden, wobei der ortsfeste Teil einen Bolzen (7) mit Hohlschraube enthält, in der ein Kolben (75) gleitet, der dazu bestimmt ist, von dem Weichenteil betätigt zu werden, um den Regler (30) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung zu steuern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlschraube einen Schraubenkörper (71) und einen Hammerkopf (72) aufweist, der sich vom Schraubenkörper unterscheidet und fest mit diesem verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung (V) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubenkörper (71) und sein Hammerkopf (72) durch Einführen eines Endes des Schraubenkörpers in eine im Hammerkopf hergestellte Öffnung fest miteinander verbunden werden.
  3. Vorrichtung (V) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubenkörper (71) und sein Hammerkopf (72) durch konisches Einpassen des Schraubenkörpers in die im Hammerkopf hergestellte Öffnung fest verbunden werden.
  4. Vorrichtung (V) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubenkörper (71) und sein Hammerkopf (72) mit Einrichtungen (76) zur relativen Positionierung versehen sind.
  5. Vorrichtung (V) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zur relativen Positionierung Einrichtungen zur radialen Zentrierung bezüglich der Achse des Schraubenkörpers sind.
  6. Vorrichtung (V) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen zur relativen Positionierung einen Stift (76) auf einem der Bauteile aufweisen, der mit einer Einkerbung komplementärer Form auf dem anderen Bauteil zusammenwirkt.
  7. Vorrichtung (V) nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (76) radial am Ende des Schraubenkörpers (71) vorsteht und mit einer Einkerbung komplementärer Form in der Öffnung des Hammerkopfs (72) zusammenwirkt, in die das Ende des Schraubenkörpers eingeführt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung (V) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubenkörper (71) mit Drehsperreinrichtungen (78) der zugeordneten Mutter (74) versehen ist.
  9. Vorrichtung (V) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehsperreinrichtungen mindestens eine vorspringende oder vertiefte Zone (78) auf der Endseite des Schraubenkörpers (71) entgegengesetzt zum in den Hammerkopf (72) eingeführten Ende aufweisen.
  10. Vorrichtung (V) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Hohlschraube zugeordnete Mutter (74) eine selbstbremsende Mutter ist.
