Abstract

Die Montageeinrichtung weist ein Montagegestell (6) auf, auf das eine Frontverkleidung (2) aufgesetzt ist. Die Frontverkleidung (2) ist zur Befestigung eines Sanitärelementes (3) von Befestigungsmitteln (4) durchsetzt, die an einer Traverse (5) des Montagegestells (6) verankert sind. Die Frontverkleidung (2) besteht aus wenigstens einem oberen Teil (8) und einem unteren Teil (9), die plattenförmig ausgebildet sind. Zwischen den beiden Teilen (8, 9) besteht ein Zwischenraum (16), in dem eine Befestigungsschiene (25) angeordnet ist, die von den genannten Befestigungsmitteln (4) durchsetzt ist. Beim Montieren können die beiden Teile (8, 9) an der Befestigungsschiene (4) ausgerichtet werden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Montageeinrichtung mit einem Montagegestell, auf das eine Frontverkleidung aufgesetzt ist, welche zur Befestigung eines Sanitärelementes von Befestigungsmitteln durchsetzt wird, die an einer Traverse des Montagegestells verankert sind.
  • Eine Montageeinrichtung der genannten Art ist im Stand der Technik durch die EP-A-2 166 163 des Anmelders bekannt geworden. Diese dient zum Montieren einer WC-Schüssel. Zur Befestigung der WC-Schüssel ist ein Montagerahmen vorgesehen, an dem eine plattenförmige Abdeckung angeordnet ist und welche den Montagerahmen wenigstens frontseitig verdeckt. Die Frontverkleidung ist mit Durchbrüchen versehen, die von Gewindestangen durchsetzt wird, an denen die WC-Schüssel befestigt ist.
  • Die DE-A-25 11 775 offenbart eine Montageeinrichtung, die für die Altbaumodemisierung vorgesehen ist und bei welcher der Montagerahmen von einer Verkleidungsschale abgedeckt ist. Zur Befestigung und für den Anschluss eines Waschbeckens weist die Verkleidungsschale diverse Öffnungen zum Durchstecken von Stehbolzen auf. Die Verkleidungsschale ist zur Anpassung unterschiedlicher Stockwerkhöhen aus zwei Teilen hergestellt, die teleskopartig übereinander stecken.
  • Die DE-A-197 09 463 offenbart ein Befestigungssystem für die Vorwandmontage, bei welcher ein Montagehilfsmittel mit zwei Traversen vorgesehen ist, an denen eine Grundplatte befestigt ist. Die Grundplatte besitzt Durchbrüche für die Befestigung eines Sanitärelementes.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Montageeinrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine noch einfachere und dennoch sichere Montage ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Montageeinrichtung dadurch gelöst, dass die Frontverkleidung aus wenigstens einem oberen und einem unteren Teil besteht, die plattenförmig ausgebildet sind und zwischen denen ein Zwischenraum besteht, in dem eine Befestigungsschiene angeordnet ist, die von den genannten Befestigungsmitteln durchsetzt ist. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Montageeinrichtung sind an der Frontverkleidung somit keine Durchbrüche für die Befestigungsmittel des Sanitärelementes erforderlich. Es sind hier lediglich Durchbrüche für evtl. Armaturen oder beispielsweise für den Anschluss eines Siphons erforderlich. Die Befestigungsschiene ermöglicht ein einfaches und präzises Ausrichten der beiden Teile der Frontverkleidung. Der obere Teil kann hierbei von oben und der untere Teil von unten an die Befestigungsschiene angelegt werden. Denkbar ist auch eine Ausführung mit mehr als einer Befestigungsschiene. Beispielsweise können drei Befestigungsschienen und entsprechend drei plattenförmige Teile angeordnet sein.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Traverse und die Befestigungsschiene im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen. Die Traverse und die Befestigungsschiene können separat hergestellte Teile sein. Die Traverse kann beispielsweise, wie an sich üblich, kostengünstig aus einem abgekanteten Blechprofil bestehen. Die Befestigungsschiene kann aus einem anderen Material hergestellt werden, das auch in ästhetischer Hinsicht hohe Anforderungen befriedigt. Grundsätzlich ist auch eine Ausführung denkbar, bei welcher die Traverse und die Befestigungsschiene einstückig aus einem länglichen Teil bestehen. Denkbar ist auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher die Befestigungsschiene an der Traverse angespritzt ist. Die Traverse und die Befestigungsschiene können dann aus unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sein. Vorzugsweise ist die Befestigungsschiene vor der Traverse angeordnet. Die Befestigungsschiene und die Traverse können miteinander verbunden sein, beispielsweise mit Befestigungsschrauben.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der genannte Zwischenraum durch eine untere Schmalseite des oberen Teils und eine obere Schmalseite des unteren Teils gebildet wird. Diese beiden Schmalseiten sind vorzugsweise parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnet. Der Abstand kann unterschiedlich sein, beispielsweise 1 bis 5 cm betragen. Es sind aber auch andere Abstände denkbar.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Befestigungsschiene länger ist als die Traverse und diese an wenigstens einer Seite überragt. Dies ermöglicht die Herstellung einer Montageeinrichtung mit einer Frontverkleidung, die breiter ist als die Breite des Montagegestells. Das Montagegestell ermöglicht somit eine Abdeckung mit unterschiedlichen Breiten.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Befestigungsschiene ausser zur Befestigung eines Sanitärelementes auch zur Befestigung eines Zusatzteils, beispielsweise einer Seifenschale vorgesehen ist. Ein solches Zusatzteil kann besonders einfach an dieser Befestigungsschiene angebracht und gegebenenfalls auch ausgetauscht oder ersetzt werden. Dies ist dann besonders einfach möglich, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Befestigungsschiene im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen C-förmig ausgebildet ist. Das Zusatzteil kann dann beispielsweise von vorne auf dem Befestigungsteil aufgerastet oder von der Seite in dieses eingeschoben werden. In einfacher Weise können dann auch Blendteile an der Befestigungsschiene befestigt werden. Gegebenenfalls können diese dann auch einfach ausgetauscht werden.
  • Beim erfindungsgemässen Verfahren ist insbesondere vorgesehen, dass der obere Teil und der untere Teil der Frontverkleidung an der montierten Befestigungsschiene ausgerichtet werden. Beim Montieren wird das Montagegestell in Vorwandmontage oder Unterputzmontage montiert. Die Traverse und die Befestigungsschiene können hier bereits vormontiert sein. Eine nachträgliche Montage insbesondere der Befestigungsschiene ist aber durchaus denkbar. Nach dem Ausrichten der Befestigungsschiene können die beiden Teile der Frontverkleidung an der Befestigungsschiene ausgerichtet und am Montagegestell befestigt werden. Bei der Vorwandmontage ist zudem vorgesehen, dass die Verkleidung durch Seitenteile ergänzt wird, die sich vertikal und horizontal erstrecken können. Ist die Verkleidung montiert, so kann das Sanitärelement an den Befestigungsmitteln, beispielsweise Gewindestangen, montiert werden, welche die Befestigungsschiene durchsetzen und an der Traverse verankert sind. Die Verankerung erfolgt beispielsweise mit Nutensteinen, welche in einen Kanal der Traverse eingesetzt sind. Nach der Befestigung des Sanitärelementes können gegebenenfalls noch Zusatzteile an der Befestigungsschiene befestigt werden. Das Verfahren eignet sich für Frontverkleidungen aus unterschiedlichen Materialien, beispielsweise Glas, Stein, Kunststoff, Holz oder Metall.
  • Weiter vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.

  • Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Montageeinrichtung 1 ist eine Vorwandmontageeinrichtung, die vor einer Gebäudewand 23 angeordnet und auf einem Gebäudeboden 24 abgestellt ist. Sie dient zur Befestigung eines hier strichpunktiert dargestellten Sanitärelementes 3. Dieses ist ein Waschbecken, das einen Siphon 20 aufweist. Über dem Waschbecken bzw. Sanitärelement 3 ist eine Armatur 21 vorgesehen, die ebenfalls strichpunktiert dargestellt ist und die einen Wasserhahn bildet. Anstelle eines Waschbeckens ist hier aber auch ein anderes Sanitärelement denkbar.
  • Die Montageeinrichtung 1 besitzt eine Frontverkleidung, die einen oberen Teil 8 und einen unteren Teil 9 aufweist. Diese beiden Teile 8 und 9 sind plattenförmig und vorzugsweise, jedoch nicht zwingend, rechteckig. Die Teile 8 und 9 können aus gleichen oder unterschiedlichen Materialien hergestellt sein. Als Materialien sind beispielsweise Glas, Stein, Kunststoff oder auch andere geeignete Materialien denkbar. Zwischen den beiden Teilen 8 und 9 ist eine Befestigungsschiene 25 angeordnet, die sich über die gesamte Breite der Frontverkleidung 2 erstreckt. Wie die Fig. 6 zeigt, liegen die beiden Teile 8 und 9 jeweils mit einer Schmalseite 15 bzw. 14 an dieser Befestigungsschiene 25 an. Die Teile 8 und 9 sind gemäss Fig. 6 im Wesentlichen gleich breit wie die Befestigungsschiene 25. Vorzugsweise erstreckt sich die Befestigungsschiene 25 horizontal.
  • Die Befestigungsschiene 25 besitzt jeweils zwei Langlöcher 26, die jeweils von einer Gewindestange 27 (Fig. 6) durchsetzt sind. Wie insbesondere die Fig. 6 zeigt, bilden die Gewindestangen 27 jeweils mit einer Gewindemutter 17, einer Unterlagscheibe 18, einem Halteteil 19 und einem Nutenstein 13 Befestigungsmittel 4. Mit diesen Befestigungsmitteln 4 ist das Sanitärelement 3 an der Montageeinrichtung 1 befestigt.
  • Hinter der Befestigungsschiene 25 verläuft eine Traverse 5, die gemäss Fig. 5 an einem Montagegestell 6 befestigt ist. Die Traverse 6 ist mit hier nicht gezeigten Befestigungsschrauben, Rastmitteln oder dergleichen am Montagegestell 6 befestigt. Sie kann höhenverstellbar sein. Das Montagegestell 6 kann, wie üblich, aus vertikalen und horizontalen Teilen bestehen. Zudem ist hier eine weitere Traverse 7 vorgesehen, welche im Abstand und unterhalb der Traverse 5 angeordnet ist. Bei der Montageeinrichtung 1', gemäss Fig. 2, ist das Montagegestell in einer Nische der Gebäudewand 23 angeordnet. Das Montagegestell 6 kann unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein. Wesentlich ist lediglich, dass die Traverse 5 stabil gehalten ist. Bei der Montageeinrichtung 1 nach Fig. 1 ist das Montagegestell 6 vor der Gebäudewand 23 angeordnet.
  • Die beiden Teile 8 und 9 sind gemäss Fig. 6 mit einer Rückseite 12 an die Traversen 5 und 7 angelegt und an diesen abgestützt. Die beiden Teile 8 und 9 liegen auch an den anderen Teilen des Montaggestells 6 an. Im montierten Zustand liegt zudem das Sanitärelement 3 mit einer Rückseite an einer Frontseite 11 der Frontverkleidung 2 an und presst diese gegen das Montagegestell 6. Wie die Fig. 6 zeigt, sind die Traverse 5 und auch die Befestigungsschiene 25 im Querschnitt C-förmig. Die Traverse 5 ist nach hinten offen, während die Befestigungsschiene 25 nach vorne und vorzugsweise auch seitlich offen ist. Die oben genannten Langlöcher 26 ermöglichen eine stufenlose Einstellung des Abstandes zwischen den beiden Gewindestangen 27. Die Traverse 5 besitzt gemäss Fig. 5 entsprechende Langlöcher 26. Dies ermöglicht eine einfache Anpassung an unterschiedliche Sanitärelemente 3.
  • Die Befestigungsschiene 25 überragt das Sanitärelement 3 seitlich. In den überragenden Bereichen ist jeweils ein vorderer Schlitz 29 der Befestigungsschiene 25 sichtbar. Zur Abdeckung kann in die Befestigungsschiene 25 eine hier nicht gezeigte Blende eingeschoben sein. Der Schlitz 29 kann zudem zur Befestigung eines Zusatzteils (Accessoire), beispielsweise einer Seifenschale, eines Gerätes, eines Mittels zum Aufhängen eines Handtuches, eines Beleuchtungsmittels oder dergleichen verwendet sein. Die entsprechenden Befestigungsmittel können seitlich in die Befestigungsschiene 25 eingeschoben oder von vorne aufgerastet sein. Dies ermöglicht insbesondere einen einfachen und schnellen Austausch und eine einfache Montage der entsprechenden Zusatzteile. Die Befestigungsschiene 25 und die evtl. Blende sind auch in ästhetischer Hinsicht relevant, da sie sehr viele Variationen bezüglich Farbe und Material erlauben. Die Befestigungsschiene 25 kann zudem Beleuchtungsmittel aufweisen oder selbst beleuchtet sein. Ist die Montagevorrichtung 1 eine Vorwandmontageeinrichtung, so sind vorzugsweise Seitenteile 10 vorgesehen, welche das Montagegestell 6 seitlich und oben abdecken. Die Frontverkleidung 2 kann diese Seitenteile 10 seitlich und oben überragen. Die gezeigte Montageeinrichtung 1 ist jeweils für ein Sanitärelement 3 vorgesehen. Denkbar ist auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher an der Montageeinrichtung 1 bzw. 1' zwei oder mehr Sanitärelemente 3 befestigt sind. Diese Sanitärelemente 3 können gleich oder unterschiedlich sein.
  • Die beiden oben erwähnten Schmalseiten 14 und 15 der Teile 8 und 9 bilden gemäss Fig. 6 einen sich vorzugsweise horizontal erstreckenden Zwischenraum 16, in dem die Befestigungsschiene 25 verläuft. Vorzugsweise ist die Breite der Befestigungsschiene 25 im Wesentlichen gleich der Dicke der Teile 8 und 9.
  • Nachfolgend wird das Montageverfahren näher erläutert.
  • In einem ersten Montageschritt wird das Montagegestell 6, in an sich bekannter Weise, installiert. Die Traverse 5 kann hierbei am Montagegestell 6 vormontiert sein. Dies gilt ebenfalls für die Befestigungsschiene 25. Diese kann jedoch auch nachträglich nach dem Erstellen des Montagegestells 6 an diesem befestigt werden. Das Montagegestell 6 und die Befestigungsschiene 25 werden genau ausgerichtet, so dass insbesondere die Befestigungsschiene 25 horizontal verläuft. Nun werden die beiden Teile 8 und 9 mit ihren Schmalseiten 14 bzw. 15 an der Befestigungsschiene 25 angelegt und damit entsprechend ausgerichtet. Mit den Befestigungsmitteln 4 wird nun das Sanitärelement 3 an der Montageeinrichtung 1 bzw. 1' befestigt. Anschliessend wird der Siphon 20 in an sich bekannter Weise angeschlossen und schliesslich wird die Armatur 21 montiert. Für den Anschluss des Siphons 20 und der Armatur 21 sind entsprechende Durchbrüche 22 und 28 im Teil 9 bzw. Teil 8 vorgesehen.

Claims (14)

  1. Montageeinrichtung mit einem Montagegestell (6), auf das eine Frontverkleidung (2) aufgesetzt ist, welche zur Befestigung eines Sanitärelementes (3) von Befestigungsmitteln (4) durchsetzt wird, die an einer Traverse (5) des Montagegestells (6) verankert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontverkleidung (2) aus wenigstens einem oberen Teil (8) und einem unteren Teil (9) besteht, die plattenförmig ausgebildet sind und zwischen denen ein Zwischenraum (16) besteht, in dem eine Befestigungsschiene (25) angeordnet ist, die von den genannten Befestigungsmitteln (4) durchsetzt ist.
  2. Montageeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traverse (5) und die Befestigungsschiene (25) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen.
  3. Montageeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschiene (25) vor der Traverse (5) angeordnet ist.
  4. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Zwischenraum (16) durch eine untere Schmalseite (15) des oberen Teils (8) und eine obere Schmalseite (14) des unteren Teils (9) gebildet wird.
  5. Montageeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schmalseiten (14, 15) parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind.
  6. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschiene (25) länger ist als die Traverse (5) und diese an wenigstens einer Seite überragt.
  7. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschiene (25) ausser zur Befestigung eines Sanitärelementes (3) auch zur Befestigung eines Zusatzteils, beispielsweise einer Seifenschale vorgesehen ist.
  8. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traverse (5) und die Befestigungsschiene (25) als separate Teile oder als ein Teil ausgebildet sind.
  9. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vorwandmontageeinrichtung oder eine Unterputzmontageeinrichtung ist.
  10. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschiene (25) im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen C-förmig ist.
  11. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschiene (25) frontseitig einen Schlitz (29) aufweist.
  12. Montageeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsschiene (25) eine Breite aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Breite der Frontverkleidung (2) ist.
  13. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Montageeinrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (8) und/oder der untere Teil (9) der Frontverkleidung (2) vor der Befestigung am Montagegestell (6) an der montierten Befestigungsschiene (25) ausgerichtet wird bzw. werden.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Befestigungsschiene Zusatzteile, wie beispielsweise eine Seifenschale, Geräte, Beleuchtungsmittel oder dergleichen befestigt werden.
