Claims (12)

  1. Présentoir de produits, notamment étagère réfrigérée, avec une caisse (1), et avec au moins un recouvrement (6) de type store, destiné à fermer une ouverture d'accès (3) à la caisse (1),
    - le recouvrement (6) comportant au moins un joint (11) marginal et
    - une unité de réserve (14, 15, 16) avec une unité d'enroulement (15) pour le joint (11) étant prévue, laquelle guide le joint (11) par l'intermédiaire d'un interstice entre le recouvrement (6) et la caisse (1) et/ou de l'interstice entre deux recouvrements (6) voisins,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'unité de réserve (14, 15, 16) coopère avec un dispositif de serrage (17) pour le joint (11), raccordé par le côté extrémité sur le joint (11),
    - le dispositif de serrage (17) est assemblé avec le recouvrement (6) ou les recouvrements (6) dans la zone de l'interstice à fermer, et
    - le dispositif de serrage (17) chevauche l'interstice restant entre des recouvrements (6) voisins et qui doit être obturé à l'aide du joint (11) respectif.
  2. Présentoir de produits selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement du joint (11) est adapté au déplacement du recouvrement (6).
  3. Présentoir de produits selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'enroulement (15) déforme le joint (11) et en ce que l'unité de réserve (14, 15, 16) est dimensionnée en fonction de la caisse.
  4. Présentoir de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'enroulement (15) est équipée d'un axe d'enroulement (16) orienté à la transversale de l'extension de l'interstice.
  5. Présentoir de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de réserve (14, 15, 16) est raccordée sur un dispositif de guidage (10) pour le recouvrement (6).
  6. Présentoir de produits selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de réserve (14, 15, 16) est raccordée sur une flèche (10a), notamment une console murale (10a) du dispositif de guidage (10).
  7. Présentoir de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de réserve (14, 15, 16) est placée dans la zone de l'interstice à obturer, côté haut de la caisse (1) et de préférence au-dessus de l'ouverture d'accès (3).
  8. Présentoir de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement (6) respectif et/ou la caisse (1) comporte en complémentarité du joint (11) un joint auxiliaire (18) marginal, pour assurer l'étanchéité supplémentaire de l'interstice.
  9. Présentoir de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le recouvrement (6) est équipé d'un joint horizontal (12) d'extrémité.
  10. Présentoir de produits selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le joint horizontal (12) s'engage dans une rainure réceptrice (13) en partie basse de la caisse (1).
  11. Présentoir de produits selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le joint (11) est conçu en tant que sangle.
  12. Présentoir de produits selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le joint (11) comporte un revêtement en matière plastique.
