Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a refrigerator, comprising a body with an inner container that forms a cooling space and a shelf for refrigerated goods, which is mounted on linear guides in the cooling space.
  • a generic refrigerator is in DE 10 2006 018 203 A1 described.
  • the shelf there for a refrigeration device has a frame and a carrier plate encased in the frame.
  • the frame is assembled from extrusion profile pieces and ends of the profile parts connecting the extrusion profile pieces. To make the shelf easy to pull out, it is carried by telescopic pull-outs.
  • the extrusion profile pieces have a vertical and a horizontal leg in cross section, and a telescopic extension is hidden in an angle spanned by the two legs of each extrusion profile piece.
  • the carrier plate can in particular be a glass plate, or a grid with a surrounding frame and two struts connecting opposite sides of the frame.
  • the ends of the struts are preferably connected to the frame frontally.
  • the carrier plate is held by two extrusion profile pieces located opposite one another.
  • the extrusion profile pieces also extend above the carrier plate.
  • One vertical and one horizontal leg of each extrusion profile piece forms an angle in which a telescopic extension is received. Due to the sections of the extrusion profile pieces which extend upward beyond the plane of the carrier plate, the storage area on the carrier plate is reduced.
  • US 2,719,772 discloses a refrigerator according to the preamble of claim 1 and a shelf with erected, rolled side walls.
  • the recirculated side walls have an end that protrudes from the bottom of the shelf.
  • a portion of the shelf near the side walls is cut free and forms a downwardly curved element to act as a hanging leg with the protruding end to provide a guide section for the shelf.
  • Shelf support means are also provided. These shelf support means have a pair of spaced, horizontally arranged rollers. The roles are firmly on the side walls near the open front of one Compartment attached.
  • the shelf support means comprise C-shaped guide members which engage around the rollers. Guide receiving sections are provided on the guide members to cooperate with guide sections of the shelf. These guide receiving sections are provided in the form of horizontal ears on a separate link or vertical metal part which are fixedly connected to the guide link by means of a plurality of rivets.
  • the shelf is supported on L-shaped links. The L-shaped links are connected to the C-shaped guide links.
  • EP 0 327 933 A1 discloses a storage space for refrigerated goods, which in the front area of its underside has two hooks formed on each side and in the center, parallel to one another, and rear receiving guides for guide rails, including hook-in lugs and snap hooks, which are aligned with the longitudinal axis of the hooks.
  • the guide strips are inserted on the underside of the shelf with a positive and non-positive fit.
  • US 5,642,924 discloses a wire mesh shelf having a cross wire.
  • the wire mesh shelf is extendably supported on ribs, the ribs having a recess into which the cross wire engages, so that the extension length of the wire mesh shelf is limited.
  • WO 2009/124881 is state of the art according to Art. 54 (3) EPC and discloses a refrigerator with a fastening element for the detachable fastening of shelves.
  • a coupling element which interacts with the fastening element is arranged on the shelf.
  • An adapter strip, which has the coupling element, is arranged on the side of the shelf.
  • US 2,310,872 discloses a shelf that is extendably supported on channel-shaped members.
  • DE 197 51 309 A1 discloses a refrigerator with a drawer-like container, above which a refrigerated goods shelf is arranged.
  • the refrigerated goods shelf has a front section which is foldably arranged on a rear section of the refrigerated goods shelf.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a refrigerator with an increased capacity for refrigerated goods.
  • the customer benefit should be Linear guides and preferably telescopic pull-outs, extendable support plate can be improved.
  • linear guides have supports which engage under the storage plate and at least one flat plate section of the storage plate extends over the supports to the inner walls of the inner container enables the area on the storage plate which can be used for storing refrigerated goods to be increased.
  • the pull-out shelves used in cooling units are mainly designed as trays or baskets.
  • the pull-outs in particular telescopic pull-outs, used for pulling out and pushing in the trays or baskets, are usually arranged to the left and right of the tray or basket. So the bowl or basket is between two drawers. This reduces the usable area in the bowl or basket by the width of the side drawers. Due to the side walls in the pull-out tray or in the basket, it is possible to use the tray volume located directly above the pull-outs by expanding the width of the side walls above the side pull-outs accordingly.
  • an extendable flat plate is to be provided instead of a bowl or a basket, then there are unusable areas above the pull-outs if the flat plate is arranged at the same height between the pull-outs.
  • the user could load the volume with refrigerated goods directly above the pull-outs. If the flat plate was pulled out without side walls, however, the refrigerated goods would fall off the side of the pull-out plate.
  • an arrangement of a flat pull-out plate at the same height between the two pull-outs is thus achieved by arranging the flat pull-out plate above i.e. replaced over the statements.
  • Linear guides are understood to mean all types of bearings which are suitable for bringing the storage plate into a removal position from a storage position in which the storage plate is pushed into the cooling space so that the door of the refrigeration device can be locked, in which the storage plate open door of the refrigerator is at least partially positioned towards the user.
  • the linear guides can be telescopic pull-outs, ie slidable along a route Bearings that consist of several parts that can be moved into each other, such as rails, strips or pipes.
  • One type of such a telescopic pull-out is, for example, in the DE 10 2006 018 203 A1 shown.
  • linear guides can be formed by grooves on the inner walls of the inner container.
  • the invention is not concerned with linear guides in which the grooves spring back from the plane of the inner walls of the inner container, since the problem of a reduced storage space does not arise there.
  • the invention only deals with configurations which have telescopic extracts. With regard to all variants according to the invention, it is crucial that a storage space reduced due to telescopic pull-outs is increased again by the flat storage plate being designed in such a way that it extends as close as possible to the inner walls of the inner container over the supports which reach under the storage plate .
  • the flat shelf according to the invention is constructed in such a way that the footprint of the shelf is not arranged between the two pull-outs but above the pull-outs. As a result, a full width of the inner container of the refrigerator can be realized. Chilled goods can therefore only be placed directly on the shelf and not on a drawer. Even when loading very close to the container wall of the refrigerator.
  • the volume underneath the shelf between the two pull-outs can then be used to store the refrigerated goods that stand or lie on an underlying second shelf or tray.
  • the space between the two pull-outs can also be used to store a removable tray.
  • the at least one flat plate section of the storage plate can be brought up to the inner walls of the inner container while leaving only a slight gap.
  • the flat storage plate can therefore extend in the direction of the inner walls of the inner container while leaving only one gap.
  • a slight gap is required in order to be able to pull out and push in the storage plate unhindered without the side edges of the storage plate or the support strips chafing or standing against the inner walls of the inner container.
  • the storage plate can be completely flat.
  • the storage plate can have at least two flat plate sections, one of which is assigned to one of the linear guides.
  • the flat plate sections can each be designed to extend at least over a third of the entire width of the storage plate.
  • Telescopic pull-outs generally have holders for the storage shelves to be pulled out. These holders can be formed by sections of movable guide rails of the telescopic pull-outs which are firmly connected to the storage plate.
  • the storage plate is connected to support rails, which form the supports and are connected to the movable guide rails of the linear guides.
  • the support strips consequently form connecting elements in order to firmly connect the movable guide rails to the storage plate. It should be taken into account that the support strips could be the cause, which would reduce the usable storage space on the storage plate. Therefore, according to the invention, the position of the support strips is to be selected so that the support strips i.e. the supports reach under the shelf that has just been formed.
  • the support strips have, at least flush, a receptacle which is open towards the lateral edge strips of the storage plate and is arranged below the storage plate and within which the linear guides are at least largely, in particular such that they are flush with the free edges facing away from the storage plate.
  • a recessed arrangement of the linear guides in the receptacle is also conceivable.
  • the support strips and the receptacles are advantageously connected to one another, in particular in one material.
  • the storage plate can be positively connected to the support strips.
  • the support bar can be designed such that it laterally encompasses the edge sections of the storage plate, so that the storage plate is held in a groove-like recess in the support bar.
  • the storage plate can be inserted on two opposite lateral edges in receiving grooves of the support strips, which are arranged above the linear guides.
  • the support bar encompasses the lateral edges of the shelf only by means of a thin wall of the support bar, so that the maximum possible footprint on the shelf can be used over the full width of the inner container of the refrigerator.
  • Two opposing first support strip sections which extend downward from the flat storage plate, can also delimit a receiving space for at least one removable refrigerated goods tray.
  • the support strips are used to combine functions, since the support strips not only form a support for the movable guide rails and the storage plate, but also a holder for hanging refrigerated goods trays.
  • the support bar sections extending downward from the flat storage plate can have holders for hanging storage of the refrigerated goods tray.
  • the holders are connected to the support strips or can be formed in one piece with them.
  • the holders can be designed as usual, i.e. they can be formed, for example, by angular strips that extend along the length of the support strips, or they can be formed, for example, by grooves that are introduced into side walls of the support strips and engage in the edge sections of the refrigerated goods trays.
  • Removable refrigerated goods trays in cooling devices have so far been inserted into an additional support frame.
  • This support frame is hooked under a fixed shelf and encompasses the shelf from the front and back.
  • a space for removable refrigerated goods trays is created between the two side support strips under the flat shelf. This means that a receiving contour of the removable tray is now placed laterally in the area of the pull-outs. This makes it possible to dispense with an additional complex support frame and instead to use the existing support strips of the storage shelf or the pull-outs or to expand them as holders for the refrigerated goods trays.
  • the storage capacity for refrigerated goods is further increased by the fact that the refrigerated goods trays are not stored hanging on separate holders of the supporting strips, but rather directly under the storage plate on the floor of the cooling room or the refrigerating device be turned off.
  • a pull-out plate with an optimal footprint should be placed at the bottom of the device, and the combination with a removable refrigerated goods tray pushed underneath should be selected, since the free space underneath is too small to be able to store refrigerated goods sensibly.
  • a large, deep, refrigerated goods tray can be replaced by several, smaller, deep, refrigerated goods trays, which are also placed on the bottom of the container.
  • two opposing second support strip sections which extend upward from the flat storage plate, can form part of a fall protection barrier.
  • the fall protection barrier can have at least one wire bracket section, which is arranged at a distance from the top of the storage plate and extends parallel to it.
  • the variants of the flat pull-out plates according to the invention enable the user to make optimal use of the cooling device volume.
  • the combination of flat pull-out plates and removable refrigerated goods trays underneath enables a cost-effective solution with high customer benefits, particularly with regard to the capacity for refrigerated goods.
  • a household refrigerator 1 according to Fig. 1 has a body 2 with an inner container 3.
