Claims (8)
- Procédé de raccordement d'un corps chauffant comportant une première plaque chauffante et une seconde plaque chauffante à une conduite de flux ou de reflux pour un fluide chauffant au moyen d'une pièce de raccordement (1) comprenant une tubulure de fluide chauffant (3), une première tubulure de connexion (4) et une seconde tubulure de connexion (5), la tubulure de fluide chauffant étant connectée à la conduite de flux ou de reflux, la première tubulure de connexion (4) à la première plaque chauffante et la seconde tubulure de connexion (5) à la seconde plaque chauffante, et un élément de bifurcation (30) dans une première position étant intégré dans la pièce de raccordement (1), dans laquelle position il ferme de manière étanche au fluide un premier passage entre la tubulure de fluide chauffant (3) et la première tubulure de connexion (4) et maintient ouvert un second passage entre la tubulure de fluide chauffant (3) et la seconde tubulure de connexion (5), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bifurcation (30) est pivoté depuis une seconde position dans laquelle il maintient le premier passage ouvert et ferme le second passage de manière étanche au fluide vers la première position.
- Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture (40) pratiquée dans une surface circonférentielle de l'élément de bifurcation (30) est guidée par pivotement au-dessus du second passage.
- Corps chauffant comportant une première plaque chauffante, une seconde plaque chauffante et une pièce de raccordement (1) qui présente une tubulure de fluide chauffant (3) pour le raccordement d'une conduite de flux ou de reflux pour un fluide chauffant, une première tubulure de connexion (4) pour connexion à la première plaque chauffante, une seconde tubulure de connexion (5) pour connexion à la seconde plaque chauffante, et un élément de bifurcation (30) inséré dans la pièce de raccordement (1) de manière à ce que l'élément de bifurcation (30) ferme de manière étanche au fluide un premier passage entre la tubulure de fluide chauffant (3) et la première tubulure de connexion (4) et maintienne ouvert un second passage entre la tubulure de fluide chauffant (3) et la seconde tubulure de connexion (5), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bifurcation (30) s'appuie de manière pivotable dans une seconde position dans laquelle l'élément de bifurcation (30) ouvre le premier passage et ferme le second passage de manière étanche au fluide.
- Corps chauffant selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement (1) comporte une tubulure de soupape (6) pour le raccordement d'une soupape de réglage.
- Corps chauffant selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure de soupape (6) est de forme tubulaire et est posée au niveau d'un corps de base (2) de la pièce de raccordement (1).
- Corps chauffant selon une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement (1) présente un tuyau (31) s'étendant dans un axe longitudinal (12) de la tubulure de soupape (6) et au moyen de laquelle la tubulure de fluide chauffant (3) peut être raccordée à la soupape de réglage.
- Corps chauffant selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de bifurcation (30) entoure le tuyau (31) en forme annulaire.
- Corps chauffant selon une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement (1) présente un élément à correspondance géométrique (43) dans laquelle un moyen de manutention est insérable en correspondance géométrique de manière à ce que l'élément de bifurcation (30) soit pivotable par pivotement du moyen de manutention.
