Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de régulation centrale d'installations, et notamment un système amélioré de régulation centrale d'installations dans plusieurs pièces ou bâtiments, permettant une utilisation plus efficace d'une énergie, par ex. de l'énergie de chauffage, de l'énergie de refroidissement ou de l'énergie lumineuse. Le système comporte au moins deux régulateurs d'installations (120, 130) pour commander au moins deux installations (122, 132), conçus pour recevoir un signal de commande; au moins deux détecteurs (125, 135) pour détecteur un état de fonctionnement dans au moins deux pièces; au moins une unité de commande (110) dans un bâtiment, conçue pour recevoir un signal de détection d'état de fonctionnement et pour transmettre un signal de commande; et une unité de commande centrale (140) reliée en communication avec la ou les unités de commande (110) pour transmettre et recevoir des signaux, l'unité de commande (110) produisant le signal de commande sur la base d'informations de valeurs de consigne d'état de fonctionnement dans un signal issu de l'unité de commande centrale.
