Abstract

Nach diesem Verfahren werden im Betontrassee (45) im Voraus abgelegte Schienen (3) angehoben und über der Fahrbahn (1) (Boden) des Betontrassees (45) gehalten. Dann werden die Schienen (3) vorjustiert und hernach werden einzelne, nicht miteinander verbundene, das heisst lose Schwellenblöcke (16) von unten an die Schienen (3) herangefahren und mit ihnen form- und kraftschlüssig verspannt. Dann werden die Schienen (3) mitsamt den an ihnen hängenden Schwellenblöcken (16) feinjustiert und hernach mittels Einbau eines Gleisrost-Stützsystems der so erstellte Gleisrost gesichert in Position gehalten. Das Betontrassee (45) wird danach unter Einschluss der Schwellenblöcke (16) mit Beton ausgegossen wird. Am Schluss werden die Gleisrost-Stützsysteme wieder aus dem ausgehärteten Beton herausgehoben und entfernt. Das Verfahren ermöglicht einen raschen, hochpräzisen und kostengünstigen Einbau eines Gleises bei geringem Personalaufwand.
