Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Saugreinigungsvorrichtung mit einem Sauggerät (14) und einem verfahrbaren Sockel (12), auf den das Sauggerät (14) aufsetzbar und von dem das Sauggerät bei Bedarf abnehmbar ist. Um die Saugreinigungsvorrichtung derart weiterzubilden, dass Zubehörteile (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) auf einfache Weise verstaut werden können, ohne dass dies die Handhabung des Sauggeräts erschwert, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass der Sockel mindestens einen Aufnahmeraum (61, 62, 63, 64, 72) für Zubehörteile des Sauggeräts aufweist.

Description

Saugreinigungsvorrichtung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Saugreinigungsvorrichtung mit einem Sauggerät und einem verfahrbaren Sockel, auf den das Sauggerät aufsetzbar und von dem das Sauggerät bei Bedarf abnehmbar ist.
Sauggeräte in Form von Staubsaugern mit einem Schmutzsammelbehälter, der von einem motorisch angetriebenen Saugaggregat mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden kann, sind seit langem bekannt. Leistungsstarke Sauggeräte können ein beachtliches Gewicht aufweisen. In vielen Fällen können deshalb die Sauggeräte mittels Laufräder entlang einer Fläche verfahren werden. Es wurde auch schon vorgeschlagen, die Sauggeräte auf einen verfahrbaren Sockel aufzusetzen, von dem sie bei Bedarf abgenommen werden können. Der Sockel kann einen Griffbügel umfassen, so dass ein Benutzer den Sockel mit Hilfe des Griffbügels stehend lenken und verfahren kann. Das Sauggerät kann dann sowohl auf dem Sockel betrieben werden als auch getrennt vom Sockel. So können beispielsweise auch Flächenbereiche abgesaugt werden, die vom Sockel nicht erreichbar sind.
An das Sauggerät kann üblicherweise ein Saugrohr oder ein Saugschlauch an- geschlossen werden, der an seinem freien Ende eine Saugdüse trägt. Das
Saugrohr kann häufig aus mehreren Saugrohrabschnitten zusammengesteckt werden und bildet ebenso wie zum Einsatz kommende Saugdüsen ein Zubehörteil. Derartige Zubehörteile des Sauggerätes werden in vielen Fällen getrennt von diesem aufbewahrt. Es sind aber auch Sauggeräte bekannt, bei- spielsweise aus DE 102 60 226 Al und DE 1 628 702, bei denen im Gehäuse des Sauggerätes ein Aufnahmeraum für ein Zubehörteil vorgesehen ist. Die Bereitstellung derartiger Aufnahmeräume vergrößert allerdings die Baugröße des Sauggerätes, so dass dessen Handhabung und Transport erschwert sind.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Saugreinigungsvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art derart weiterzubilden, dass Zubehörteile auf einfache Weise verstaut werden können, ohne dass dies die Handhabung des Sauggerätes erschwert.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Saugreinigungsvorrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass der Sockel mindestens einen Aufnahmeraum für Zubehörteile des Sauggerätes aufweist. Die Bereitstellung von mindestens einem Aufnahmeraum im Sockel der Saugreinigungsvorrichtung hat den Vorteil, dass die Baugröße des Sauggerätes verhältnismäßig gering gewählt werden kann. Falls der Benutzer das Sauggerät vom Sockel abnehmen möchte, so erleichtert ihm die verhältnismäßig geringe Baugröße des Sauggerätes dessen Handhabung. Beispielsweise vereinfacht die verhältnismäßig geringe Baugröße dem Benutzer den Transport des Sauggerätes zu ei- nem Einsatzort, der vom verfahrbaren Sockel nicht erreichbar ist. Durch die Bereitstellung des Aufnahmeraumes im Sockel ist aber gewährleistet, dass Zubehörteile des Sauggerätes bei Bedarf zur Hand sind, da sie im Sockel mitgeführt werden können.
Von Vorteil ist es, wenn der mindestens eine Aufnahmeraum dem Benutzer auch bei auf den Sockel aufgesetztem Sauggerät zugänglich ist. Der Benutzer kann somit Zubehörteile dem Aufnahmeraum entnehmen, ohne dass er zuvor das Sauggerät vom Sockel abnehmen muss.
Eine weitere Vereinfachung wird bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Saugreinigungsvorrichtung dadurch erzielt, dass der mindestens eine Aufnahmeraum als dem Benutzer unmittelbar zugängliche Ausnehmung oder Vertiefung des Sockels ausgestaltet ist, die also keinen Deckel aufweist. Das im Aufnahmeraum verstaute Zubehörteil ist somit dem Benutzer unmittelbar zugänglich, ohne dass er zuvor eine Abdeckung in eine Freigabestellung überführen oder aber einen Deckel abnehmen muss.
Als vorteilhaft hat es sich erwiesen, wenn der Sockel eine Aufnahme aufweist, in die ein Unterteil des Sauggerätes vorzugsweise formschlüssig einsetzbar ist, wobei die Aufnahme eine Bodenwand umfasst, die mindestens einen Aufnah- meraum für ein Zubehörteil definiert. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders kompakte Ausgestaltung des Sockels, so dass trotz der Bereitstellung von mindestens einem Aufnahmeraum für Zubehörteile der Bauraum des Sockels verhältnismäßig klein gehalten werden kann.
Es kann beispielsweise vorgesehen sein, dass die Bodenwand des Sockels mindestens eine Vertiefung aufweist, in die ein Zubehörteil einsetzbar ist.
Von besonderem Vorteil ist es, wenn an der Vertiefung der Bodenwand mindestens ein das eingesetzte Zubehörteil übergreifendes Halteteil angeordnet ist. Das Halteteil kann an die Bodenwand angeformt sein. Mit Hilfe des Halteteils kann das Zubehörteil in der Vertiefung festgelegt werden.
Das Zubehörteil ist bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform in die Vertiefung der Bodenwand einschiebbar, wobei bezogen auf die Einschieberichtung am vorderen und/oder am hinteren Ende der Vertiefung ein Halteteil angeordnet ist. Die Halteteile können beispielsweise in Form eines Halbringes ausgebildet sein, der ein in die Vertiefung eingesetztes Zubehörteil übergreift und sichert.
Von besonderem Vorteil ist es, wenn das Halteteil zumindest bereichsweise elastisch verformbar ist, so dass ein Zubehörteil mit dem Halteteil verklemmbar ist.
Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist der Sockel eine Rückwand auf, und mindestens ein Aufnahmeraum für Zubehörteile ist von der Rückwand aus zugänglich. Vorzugsweise sind sämtliche Aufnahmeräume des Sockels von der Rückwand aus zugänglich. Während des Transports der Saugreinigungsvor- richtung nimmt der Benutzer häufig eine Stellung an der Rückwand des Sockels ein. Ihm wird daher die Handhabung erleichtert, wenn Zubehörteile von der Rückwand aus zugänglich sind.
Günstigerweise umfasst die Rückwand mindestens eine Vertiefung, die einen Aufnahmeraum für ein Zubehörteil, beispielsweise für eine Bodendüse, eine Fugendüse oder auch ein Saugrohr definiert.
Wie bereits erläutert, ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Saugreinigungsvorrichtung einen Griffbügel aufweist. Dieser ist bevorzugt an der Rückwand gehalten, von der aus mindestens ein Aufnahmeraum zugänglich ist. Um den Bauraum der Saugreinigungsvorrichtung bei Einsatz eines Griffbügels möglichst gering zu halten, ist es günstig, wenn der Griffbügel an der Rückwand verschwenkbar gehalten ist. Dies gibt die Möglichkeit, den Griffbügel in eine ausgeschwenkte Stellung zu bewegen, wenn die Saugreinigungsvorrichtung entlang einer Fläche verschoben werden soll. Soll die Saugreinigungsvorrichtung verstaut werden, so kann der Griffbügel in eine eingeschwenkte Stellung verschwenkt wer- den.
Der Sockel kann, darauf wurde schon hingewiesen, eine Aufnahme aufweisen, in die das Sauggerät einsetzbar ist. Bei einer mechanisch besonders belastbaren Ausgestaltung der Saugreinigungsvorrichtung ist die Aufnahme von ei- ner mit Verstärkungselementen verstärkten Rückwand und einem doppelwan- digen C- oder U-förmigen Stoßschutz umgeben, und in die Bodenwand der Aufnahme sind Vertiefungen eingeformt, die einen Aufnahmeraum für Zubehörteile definieren. Die verstärkte Rückwand und der doppelwandige Stoßschutz verleihen dem verfahrbaren Sockel eine hohe mechanische Belastbar- keit, so dass er beispielsweise auch in rauen Umgebungsbedingungen, wie sie insbesondere auf Baustellen herrschen, zuverlässig eingesetzt werden kann. Zubehörteile des Sauggerätes können mit dem Sockel mitgeführt werden, wobei sie im Bereich der Bodenwand der Aufnahme verstaut werden können und somit vor mechanischen Einwirkungen geschützt sind. Die Bodenwand weist hierzu Vertiefungen auf, in die die Zubehörteile eingesetzt, vorzugsweise von der Rückwand des Sockels ausgehend eingeschoben werden können.
Die nachfolgende Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung dient im Zusammenhang mit der Zeichnung der näheren Erläuterung. Es zeigen : Figur 1 : eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Saugreinigungsvorrichtung schräg von vorne;

In der Zeichnung ist schematisch eine insgesamt mit dem Bezugszeichen 10 belegte Saugreinigungsvorrichtung dargestellt. Diese umfasst einen verfahr- baren Sockel 12, auf den ein Sauggerät 14 aufgesetzt ist. Der Sockel 12 weist eine Aufnahme 16 auf, die in Figur 5 erkennbar ist. In die Aufnahme 16 kann das Sauggerät 14 mit einem Unterteil 18 formschlüssig eingesetzt werden. Das Unterteil 18 bildet einen Schmutzbehälter 19 aus mit einem Saugan- schluss 20, an den in üblicher und deshalb in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellter Weise ein Saugschlauch angeschlossen werden kann. An das freie Ende des Saugschlauches kann ein mehrteiliges Saugrohr oder eine Saugdüse, beispielsweise eine Bodendüse oder eine Fugendüse angeschlossen werden. In
Figur 3 sind drei zusammensteckbare Saugrohrabschnitte 21, 22, 23 sowie eine Bodendüse 24 und eine Fugendüse 25 als Zubehörteile des Sauggerätes 14 dargestellt.
Auf das Unterteil 18 kann ein Oberteil 27 aufgesetzt werden, das in an sich bekannter und deshalb in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellter Weise ein elektromotorisch antreibbares Saugaggregat aufnimmt, mit dessen Hilfe der Schmutzbehälter 19 mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt werden kann. Das Oberteil 27 bildet oberseitig eine Ablagefläche 30 aus mit einer zentralen Vertiefung 31, die von einem Tragegriff 32 überbrückt ist. Auf die Ablagefläche 30 kann ein Werkzeug oder auch ein Werkzeugkasten während des Transports der Saugreinigungsvorrichtung 10 abgesetzt werden.
Die Aufnahme 16 des Sockels 12 weist eine Bodenwand 35 auf, die von einer Rückwand 36 und einem im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Stoßschutz 37 umgeben ist. Die Rückwand 36 ist mittels Stützrippen 39 verstärkt und trägt oberseitig im Abstand zueinander zwei Stützen 41, 42, die über ein erstes Gelenk 44 und ein zweites Gelenk 45 mit einem Griffbügel 47 verbunden sind. Mittels der beiden Gelenke 44 und 45 ist der Griffbügel 47 um eine Schwenkachse 48 verschwenkbar. Die Schwenkachse 48 ist parallel zu einer gemeinsamen
Drehachse 49 ausgerichtet, um die am Sockel 20 gelagerte Hinterräder 50, 51 frei drehbar sind. Zusätzlich zu den Hinterrädern 50 und 51 sind am Sockel 20 Lenkrollen 52, 53 gelagert.
Der U-förmige Stoßschutz 37 ist doppelwandig ausgebildet, er umfasst eine die Aufnahme 16 begrenzende Innenwand 56 und eine im Abstand zu dieser angeordnete Außenwand 57, die über eine im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Querwand 58 einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
Die Bodenwand 35 der Aufnahme 16 weist insgesamt vier Vertiefungen 61, 62, 63, 64 auf. Die Vertiefungen 61, 62 und 63 sind halbzylinderförmig ausgestaltet und nehmen jeweils einen Saugrohrabschnitt 21, 22 bzw. 23 auf, und die Vertiefung 64 ist komplementär zu einem Umfangsabschnitt der Fugendüse 25 ausgestaltet und nimmt die Fugendüse 25 auf. Sämtliche Vertiefungen 61 bis 64 der Bodenwand 35 sind von der Rückseite der Saugreinigungs- Vorrichtung 10, das heißt von der der Aufnahme 16 abgewandten Außenseite der Rückwand 36 aus zugänglich. Der Benutzer kann die Saugrohrabschnitte 21, 22 und 23 sowie die Fugendüse 25 von der Rückseite der Saugreinigungs- vorrichtung 10 in die jeweiligen Vertiefungen 61 bis 64 einschieben und bei Bedarf entnehmen.
In Einschieberichtung am vorderen und am hinteren Ende der Vertiefungen 61, 62 und 63 ist jeweils ein Halteelement in Form eines Halbringes 66 bzw. 67 angeordnet. Der vordere Halbring 66 umgreift einen vorderen Endbereich eines Saugrohrabschnitts 21, 22 bzw. 23, und der hintere Halbring 67 umgreift einen hinteren Endbereich des jeweiligen Saugrohrabschnitts 21, 22 bzw. 23.
In entsprechender Weise sind am vorderen und am hinteren Ende der die Fugendüse 25 aufnehmenden Vertiefung 64 ein quaderförmiges vorderes Halteelement 68 bzw. ein hinteres Halteelement in Form eines hinteren Halbringes 69 angeordnet zur Sicherung der in die Vertiefung 64 eingesetzten Fugendüse 25. Rückseitig ist in die Rückwand 36 eine weitere Vertiefung 72 eingeformt, die die Bodendüse 24 formschlüssig aufnimmt, wobei die Bodendüse 24 in die Vertiefung 72 eingeklemmt werden kann. Die Vertiefungen 61, 62, 63 und 64 bilden ebenso wie die Vertiefung 72 jeweils einen Aufnahmeraum für ein Zu- behörteil des Sauggerätes 14 aus, wobei die Aufnahmeräume dem Benutzer unmittelbar zugänglich sind, ohne dass er eine Abdeckung oder einen Deckel aus einer Schließstellung in eine Freigabestellung überführen muss. Der Benutzer kann die Saugrohrabschnitte 21, 22 und 23 ebenso wie die Bodendüse 24 und die Fugendüse 25 unmittelbar in die jeweilige Vertiefung einsetzen und bei Bedarf der Vertiefung entnehmen.
Aufgrund der Bereitstellung der Aufnahmeräume im Bereich des Sockels 14 kann die Baugröße des vom Sockel 12 abnehmbaren Sauggeräts 14 verhältnismäßig gering gewählt werden. Dies erleichtert die Handhabung des Saug- gerätes 14, insbesondere kann es vom Benutzer mittels des Tragegriffes 32 einfacher getragen werden.

Claims

PAT E N TA N S P R Ü C H E
1. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung mit einem Sauggerät und einem verfahrbaren Sockel, auf das das Sauggerät aufsetzbar und von dem das Sauggerät abnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (12) mindestens einen Aufnahmeraum (61, 62, 63, 64, 72) für Zubehörteile (21, 22, 23, 24, 25) des Sauggerätes (14) aufweist.
2. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Aufnahmeraum (61 bis 64, 72) dem Benutzer auch bei auf dem Sockel (12) aufgesetztem Sauggerät (14) zugänglich ist.
3. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Aufnahmeraum (61 bis 64, 72) als dem Benutzer unmittelbar zugängliche Ausnehmung oder Vertiefung des Sockels (12) ausgestaltet ist.
4. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (12) eine Aufnahme (16) aufweist, in die ein Unterteil (18) des Sauggeräts einsetzbar ist, wobei die Aufnahme (16) eine Bodenwand (35) umfasst, die mindestens einen Aufnahmeraum (61 bis 64) für ein Zubehörteil (21, 22, 23, 25) definiert.
5. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenwand (35) mindestens eine Vertiefung (61 bis 64) aufweist, in die ein Zubehörteil (21, 22, 23, 25) einsetzbar ist.
6. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Vertiefung (61, 62, 63, 64) mindestens ein das Zubehörteil (21, 22, 23, 25) übergreifendes Halteteil (66, 67, 68, 69) angeordnet ist.
7. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zubehörteil (21, 22, 23, 25) in die Vertiefung (61, 62, 63, 64) einschiebbar ist, wobei bezogen auf die Einschieberichtung am vorderen und/oder am hinteren Ende der Vertiefung ein Halteteil (66, 67, 68, 69) angeordnet ist.
8. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (12) eine Rückwand (36) aufweist und mindestens ein Aufnahmeraum (61 bis 64, 72) von der Rückwand (36) aus zugänglich ist.
9. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (36) mindestens eine Vertiefung (72) aufweist, die einen Aufnahmeraum definiert.
10. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückwand (36) ein Griffbügel (47) gehalten ist.
11. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Griffbügel (47) an der Rückwand (36) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
12. Saugreinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockel (12) eine Aufnahme (16) aufweist, in die das Sauggerät (14) einsetzbar ist, wobei die Aufnahme (16) von einer mit Verstärkungselementen (39) verstärkten Rückwand (36) und einem doppelwandigen C- oder U-förmigen Stoßschutz (37) umgeben ist und dass in eine Bodenwand (35) der Aufnahme (16) Vertiefungen (61, 62, 63, 64) eingeformt sind, die einen Aufnahmeraum definieren.
