- the DE 202005003825 U1 describes a cream jar with a housing having a pot-like cavity in which a cup-shaped insert inserted.
- the insert can be filled with a pasty mass, namely a cream.
- the Au ⁇ enwandungs simulation of the insert is applied to the inner wall surface of the housing wall.
- the housing wall is thick-walled. Due to the large material thickness of the housing wall, the manufacturing process takes place on an injection molding machine with very long cycle times.
- the invention has for its object to provide measures by which the well-known cream jam is on the one hand to produce cheaper and on the other hand is to make visually appealing.
- the claim 1 provides initially and essentially that the housing wall is formed by two spaced apart by an air gap of translucent or transparent material webs, wherein an outer web has the outer wall surface and an inner web having the inner wall surface.
- the two webs form a thick wall provided with an air gap, with each individual web being designed to be thin-walled, so that the production process has significantly reduced cycle times.
- the visual appearance is strongly influenced by the optical property of the housing. If the housing wall is translucent, ie, like a frosted glass or transparent, ie transparent, then the cup-shaped insert can be recognized by the outer housing wall or can be recognized in its corporeality. The outer wall surface then forms a visible surface on the insert.
- the housing wall is formed by two webs which are spaced apart from one another by an air gap and which are translucent or preferably transparent, the result is a different optical appearance.
- the main reflection surfaces are the two outer wall surfaces of the two webs. Both outer wall surfaces are bounded by air. The outer wall surface of the outer web is adjacent to the ambient air. The outer wall surface of the inner web is adjacent to the air of the air gap.
- the outer wall surface of the cup-shaped insert rests against the inner wall surface of the inner web so that a minimal air gap remains between the outer wall surface of the insert and the inner wall surface of the inner web.
- the housing wall provided with an air gap acts optically similar to a thick-walled housing wall, which in contrast to the housing wall according to the invention, however, is considerably more complicated to manufacture.
- the two webs form nested, for example circumferentially equally spaced, in particular a round, oval or polygonal cross-section having tubular body. These webs are preferably materially connected to the housing bottom.
- the housing bottom and the housing wall formed by the two webs can thus be assigned to a single molded part which can be produced in the plastic injection molding process.
- the visual appearance also becomes more attractive as the sidewalls of the air gap transition to the bottom of the air gap to form a curve. As a result, sharp reflection edges are avoided in the bottom area.
- the attachment of the insert with the housing can be made via the inner web.
- a to free end edge of the inner web tapering end portion can engage in an annular groove of the insert.
- the end portion may have teeth which engage in corresponding tooth gaps of the annular groove.
- the housing part has an upwardly open air gap. This proves to be suitable as a demoulding technology. In particular, it is favorable if the distance between the two gap walls increases slightly in the direction of the opening of the gap.
- the mold used for injection molding may have a cooled pipe section forming the air gap.
- This opening ring clearance of the air gap may be closed by a collar.
- This collar can be molded to the insert.
- the collar may have an outer edge which bears against the inside of the outer web.
- the collar can also be connected via a clip connection with the free end edge of the outer web.
- a neck is formed on the collar, which carries an external thread on which an internal thread of a housing cover is screwed.
- the insert may also be connected to the housing bottom. This can be done via a fixing rib, which engages in a fastening groove.
- the cream jar of the invention may have inner and outer webs, which have a material thickness in the range between 1.5 mm and 4 mm.
- the material thicknesses of the webs are in the range between 2 mm and 3 mm.
- the width of the air gap is about 3 mm to 6 mm.
- a cream jar with an insert having a receiving volume of, for example, 50 ml, a relatively large and especially large diameter shape are given, which on the one hand, the stability and on the other hand, but also easier to handle.
- the total height of the cream jar so the height of the housing with screwed lid, less than the diameter of the cream jar.
- the housing preferably has the shape of a cylinder, wherein the base of a Circle is preferred.
- the lid of the cream jar can consist of two bowls.
- the inner shell has the internal thread, with which the cover is screwed onto the neck of the insert.
- An outer shell may be opaque, translucent or transparent.
- a cylindrical side wall of the lid is flush over into the outer wall surface of the housing.
- the surface of the lid preferably runs parallel to the base of the housing.
- the housing 1 shown in the embodiments consists of a one-piece, manufactured by injection molding plastic part, wherein preferably a colorless, clear plastic is used.
- the visible surfaces of the housing base 1 may be polished.
- the housing base 1 which has a substantially cylindrical shape, has a flat housing bottom 2, from which an outer web 3 protrudes in the edge region.
- the outer, cylindrical tube-shaped web 3 surrounds an inner web 4 arranged coaxially with the outer web 3.
- the inner web 4 likewise rises from the bottom 2 and is substantially equidistant from the outer web 4, so that there is an engagement between the two webs 3, 4 above open air gap 5 results.
- the outer wall surface 4 "of the inner web 4 pointing toward the air gap 5 merges into an air gap bottom 5 'to form a rounding 26.

The invention has for its object to provide measures by which the well-known cream jam is on the one hand to produce cheaper and on the other hand is to make visually appealing.
The object is achieved by the invention specified in the claims.
The
Beide Außenwandungsflächen grenzen an Luft.
If, in such a cream jar, the housing wall is formed by two webs which are spaced apart from one another by an air gap and which are translucent or preferably transparent, the result is a different optical appearance. Especially with a clear design of the two webs completely different reflection surfaces. The main reflection surfaces are the two outer wall surfaces of the two webs. Both outer wall surfaces are bounded by air. The outer wall surface of the outer web is adjacent to the ambient air. The outer wall surface of the inner web is adjacent to the air of the air gap. These two, preferably equally spaced apart Außenwandungsflächen determine the visual appearance of the cream jar. It is of particular advantage that the outer wall surface of the cup-shaped insert rests against the inner wall surface of the inner web so that a minimal air gap remains between the outer wall surface of the insert and the inner wall surface of the inner web. Then, the housing wall provided with an air gap acts optically similar to a thick-walled housing wall, which in contrast to the housing wall according to the invention, however, is considerably more complicated to manufacture. The two webs form nested, for example circumferentially equally spaced, in particular a round, oval or polygonal cross-section having tubular body. These webs are preferably materially connected to the housing bottom. The housing bottom and the housing wall formed by the two webs can thus be assigned to a single molded part which can be produced in the plastic injection molding process. The visual appearance also becomes more attractive as the sidewalls of the air gap transition to the bottom of the air gap to form a curve. As a result, sharp reflection edges are avoided in the bottom area. The attachment of the insert with the housing can be made via the inner web. A to
free end edge of the inner web tapering end portion can engage in an annular groove of the insert. The end portion may have teeth which engage in corresponding tooth gaps of the annular groove. The housing part has an upwardly open air gap. This proves to be suitable as a demoulding technology. In particular, it is favorable if the distance between the two gap walls increases slightly in the direction of the opening of the gap. The mold used for injection molding may have a cooled pipe section forming the air gap. This opening ring clearance of the air gap may be closed by a collar. This collar can be molded to the insert. The collar may have an outer edge which bears against the inside of the outer web. Alternatively, the collar can also be connected via a clip connection with the free end edge of the outer web. Beyond the cup-shaped receiving body of the insert a neck is formed on the collar, which carries an external thread on which an internal thread of a housing cover is screwed. Instead of the above-mentioned clip connection, the insert may also be connected to the housing bottom. This can be done via a fixing rib, which engages in a fastening groove. The cream jar of the invention may have inner and outer webs, which have a material thickness in the range between 1.5 mm and 4 mm. Preferably, the material thicknesses of the webs are in the range between 2 mm and 3 mm. The width of the air gap is about 3 mm to 6 mm. In this way, a cream jar with an insert having a receiving volume of, for example, 50 ml, a relatively large and especially large diameter shape are given, which on the one hand, the stability and on the other hand, but also easier to handle. Preferably, the total height of the cream jar, so the height of the housing with screwed lid, less than the diameter of the cream jar. The housing preferably has the shape of a cylinder, wherein the base of a Circle is preferred. The lid of the cream jar can consist of two bowls. The inner shell has the internal thread, with which the cover is screwed onto the neck of the insert. An outer shell may be opaque, translucent or transparent. Preferably, a cylindrical side wall of the lid is flush over into the outer wall surface of the housing. The surface of the lid preferably runs parallel to the base of the housing.

The
The
The
In the transition region between the
The
The

From the
The radially outwardly facing edge side of the

The embodiments have a
