Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system or a device for analyzing a body fluid with a collecting element receiving the fluid in a reservoir, a test element designed to detect an analyte in the fluid, a transfer device for establishing a fluidic connection between the collecting element and the test element, and a detection unit detecting an analyte-specific measurement signal on the test element during a measurement interval.

  • the object of the invention is to further develop the products and methods known from the prior art and to provide a configuration that is also optimized with regard to the provision / disposal of the expendable parts and reproducible measurement results.

  • Benefits for use also result from the fact that the collecting element and the test element after the measurement interval, for example, for a separate disposal as disposable parts are again separated from each other. Abstract
